Well maintained even though the rooms were a bit tired. But there are plans to update the rooms soon. Really nice staff. Having three pools was great. Kids had a great time. And all the adults had a relaxing time. Staff kept the hotel clean.

Ambience, room, staff and setting very nice as always.

There has been no Prawns on the buffet menu, this is our 5th vist staying at the hotel, and still no prawns. My room service of mix sea food I ordered had no shrimps. There are many tiny ants in the room that appear on counter table after having tea. Room need to be fumigated.

Nothing! We read on here that the beach boys are a nuisance , but we’ve had more hassle in Europe with the hard sell to be honest! They are no problem at all , very friendly , and no different to anywhere else , just offering tours or a sun hat! And when declined they are fine . The walk along the beach is lovely, and extremely safe , come out of the hotel and turn right on the beach, lovely shack along the way called “Costa Rica’ selling cool drinks and coconuts with charming young owner.

From the time of entering this resort, we were received with a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely friendly. Amina helped me arrange a surprise 50th Birthday dinner for my husband, and I honestly could not fault this. The resort and the surprise dinner exceeded my expectations and the staff made our stay enjoyable. I would especially like to give a shout out to Amina, Cliff, Japhether, Joseph, Margaret, George, and Yvonne. Also Lillian in the Salon and Alice who chauffeured us each time we left the resort. Our room was cleaned daily by George with fresh towels, bedding and toiletries each day.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this resort. I can't praise this resort enough and will definitely be going back again.

The ventilation in the beauty saloon should be installed. Horrible smell, really not a good working environment for the staff.

Stayed there before so was a return guest I enjoy the facilities and the all inclusive options

The hotel has a meal theme everyday but the theme seems to be a light touch ie 75% of the meals would be the same and 25% or less speaking to the theme . Expanding the options on the snack menu would be great

The meals, both breakfast and dinner (my package did not include lunch), were excellent: broad variety and deliciously prepared. At breakfast, I enjoyed the pancakes and sausages so much. The meals blended local and continental dishes well. The afternoon tea and snacks from 4 pm were sumptuous. In the room, we were initially given two twin beds, but this was changed quickly to a double bed when i asked them.

Our two rooms were not next to each other, contrary to wat I had requested; hence our two boys stayed in a separate block. This was not convenient for us. The property's beach is coral and rough, not good for swimming.

The property, other than stated is fantastic. The area around the gift shop is a place of beauty with birds nesting. The dining area superb.

The room I was in was very tired and in urgent need of a restoration. When shown some higher priced rooms they were immaculate

The staff were fantastic…courteous, helpful and friendly. The room we had directly overlooked the sea, and was in a very peaceful area of the hotel. The meals were excellent, whether in the main buffet area or in the Italian or Seafood restaurants The number of large swimming pools was excellent. You could always find one to fit your mood - peaceful, beachfront relaxing or fun with pool games.
