Well maintained even though the rooms were a bit tired. But there are plans to update the rooms soon. Really nice staff. Having three pools was great. Kids had a great time. And all the adults had a relaxing time. Staff kept the hotel clean.

Not much to complain about.

The facilities and staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to ensure u were having a good time and often asked. The beach is a bit of a no go area due to goods and safari sellers, but the 3 great pools made up for that. We had a superior room that had just been refurbished and it was superb. Very large and the USB A and C sockets were handy. Great aircon and ceiling fan kept us cool. The food was plenty full but had a distinct asian style so if you love that type of food you’re in luck. Some more European style food would have been welcome. Our all-inclusive package gave us a great range of drink including cocktails but beware they use the local spirits, if u want the good branded stuff u have to pay extra. Lastly tipping is expected so having a few US$1 goes a long way to ensuring u get the best service.

Ambience, room, staff and setting very nice as always.

There has been no Prawns on the buffet menu, this is our 5th vist staying at the hotel, and still no prawns. My room service of mix sea food I ordered had no shrimps. There are many tiny ants in the room that appear on counter table after having tea. Room need to be fumigated.

Everything ! Great selection of bars and food , lovely views over the beach, beautiful adults only infinity pool. Attentive happy staff

Nothing! We read on here that the beach boys are a nuisance , but we’ve had more hassle in Europe with the hard sell to be honest! They are no problem at all , very friendly , and no different to anywhere else , just offering tours or a sun hat! And when declined they are fine . The walk along the beach is lovely, and extremely safe , come out of the hotel and turn right on the beach, lovely shack along the way called “Costa Rica’ selling cool drinks and coconuts with charming young owner.

Booked this holiday for my family as a gift and they enjoyed everything there is to offer. They also got upgraded to rooms that had ocean view, which was greatly appreciated.

My niece was there on her 9th birthday and we requested if the staff can make a little celebration of it with a candle to blow on a plate cake (within the dessert selection so nothing specifically made for her). They refused this request as it was not requested at the time of booking. A little disappointing..

The voyager beach resort was amazing. The staff were excellent and so accommodating and helpful. We stopped as a group of 10 people. Winnie signed us all in and looked after us when we got there. She was amazing. She sorted out the rooms for us so we were all close together. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great, there was a lot of choice for food. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it and stop there again if in Mombasa.

From the time of entering this resort, we were received with a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely friendly. Amina helped me arrange a surprise 50th Birthday dinner for my husband, and I honestly could not fault this. The resort and the surprise dinner exceeded my expectations and the staff made our stay enjoyable. I would especially like to give a shout out to Amina, Cliff, Japhether, Joseph, Margaret, George, and Yvonne. Also Lillian in the Salon and Alice who chauffeured us each time we left the resort. Our room was cleaned daily by George with fresh towels, bedding and toiletries each day.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this resort. I can't praise this resort enough and will definitely be going back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind – everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive at all times. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The warm atmosphere and outstanding service truly made my stay special. Nice Place verry nice Staff Beach Try Massage from Rebecca my Daughter doesnt want leave and Martin the Tour Guide also speak German he can Manage all ! Try it And the Kamel on Beach verry nice smile ! The Bar on the klifs Phantastic Must visit
