I stayed here for one night, the day before departing from Senegal. It was very comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and all of the staff were very polite. The small beach and swimming area is lovely and very scenic. I had dinner in the Terrace restaurant which was very nice and allows you to look out over the ocean. It was a very peaceful stay and they have taxis on site with prices advertised so it was easy to catch a taxi to the airport the next day.

Nothing much to complain about but although the food was very good, I do think that the restaurant is overpriced when compared to what you might pay off-site. So if you are on a budget, don't be afraid to venture elsewhere for some of your meals.

The spacious room came with a balcony, sea view; fairly quiet. Very good bathroom/shower; great breakfast selection and service - wonderful fresh juices (5-6?) including ginger and grapefruit. Good food / dinner in the restaurant. Nice beach and sunbeds. Helpful staff allowing us to keep same room when an agent extended our stay with another two nights (due to some delay on a cruise, another story).

Nothing really unfavorable, just reminders: Not walking distance to the old city/markets in the heat of the day, should book transport. Beware mosquitoes may sting in the middle of the day at the beach which appeared eco-friendly with birds and lizards which were much appreciated, and we just had to remember repellent.

The location next to the beach, the restaurant and the newly opened bar. The room view was also great. The staff is very friendly.

The sea in front of the hotel did not seem suitable for swimming. The check in time is 15.00, while there is no flexibility for getting into the room earlier especially considering that many flights arrive very early in the morning.

Everything about the Terrou-Bi is awesome. The staff are amazing a real credit to the hotel. Room was fantastic and so clean. Breakfast had a very good range. Private beach with life guards and massive adults pool and smaller toddler pool. Very hard to find a good hotel in Dakar, but this one could compare with other locations like New Your, UK and Australia etc etc ….

Lovely, high end hotel on the water with nice see views. Meals including breakfast and dinner were top notch, as well as the service, hotel pool and bars.

Entertainment is limited. Not much to do around this area. Though on the beach, it is not much of a beach experience, as the water here is dammed.

I was lucky enough to find cheikh tidiane at the reception. A big smile on his face vwry helpful and very professional. He didnt hesitate to make us feel more confortable. Initially my stay was for 3 days but i felt so comfortable that i endee up staying more than a week.

Lots of knocking by the stuff for useless things. But i guess they just want to make sure we are not missing anything

The location was beautiful and the hotel was nice. the best part was the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming.

Two things I didn’t like were roaches, and the haggling with some taxi drivers on the property. One, i understand roaches can’t always be controlled, however, it’s an expensive 5 star hotel. I should not be battling roaches in my room and bathroom. Two, one driver in particular was terrible. He told us one price before we departed the hotel and mid-drive he tried to charge us extra to turn on the air condition and then he increased the price because HE missed our stop by mistake.

Very comfortable and luxurious full facility hotel. Comfortable room, and high quality breakfast and food generally. The pool and beach area are excellent. Good gym included also. Taxis on site for airport and local transfers too.

A few issues with room on arrival including broken balcony door (wouldn’t lock properly, and room was on ground floor so this was an issue).

The hotel is located by the Atlantic Ocean and the place is so serene and peaceful. The breakfast is also very rich and nourishing. I used the Spa facilities and I enjoyed the service. It is a good place to relax and unwind.
