Great room and beds, shower spacious, good breakfest, all kind of facilities, good price

The pool even if was open, reception told us is closed. When we went to room we could hear people inside pool and asked again, we got different answer that it some people have trainings there and try again tomorrow. It was one if the reasons we picked this place General attitude of staff wasn't that great...we could ignore that, but good to know

Short stay with a sporty touch. It was certainly one of the more interesting places ever stayed at. Check-in was smooth as and staff super friendly. We utilised the outdoor pool which was paid for extra, well worth the extra chill in the hot weather conditions. Only note they only take cash! Hotel itself delivered on the thin with an incredible value for money.

The elevator was a bit slow, that's it!

We spent one night there and value for money was very good. I've read several negative comments on Google, but currently the hotel is OK. 2nd and 3rd floor was already renewed and the 1st is in progress. Everything new, the shower area is huge. They have several parking spots. The breakfast is OK, not exceptional, but you have options. Bar is OK, they are very helpful.

Some minor things, but all due to the renovation and they will be OK withinh a month or so.

Location is very nice. In walkable distance to the river and some restaurants.

This the first hotel where I was told I have to pay city tax additionally even though the room was paid upfront. But also for some reason I could not pay it at accomodation, but at leaving. Also the room's windows were quite small and awkwardly positioned.

The room was very big, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big with a good shower. It had 2 desks which was perfect since we are 2 people travelling and working. Breakfast was GREAT, coffee was included (clarifying this since I read other comments saying it was not) and it had a good variety of food. It was well located, a short distance from Gardos downtown and also from the bus, 15min away from Belgrade downtown. The lady at the reception was very friendly and kind, she printed our bus tickets and helped us.

The room was not deeply clean. The fridge was unplugged and a bit smelly. Also the bathroom was not deeply clean. Wifi did not reach the entire room. It would work from the desks but not from the beds. At night there was a lot of humidity in the hallway coming from the pool downstairs. I would say all this was not terrible, could improve though, but the place is not bad.

the rooms were clean and modern. a swimming pool is available for an extra charge. rich breakfast.

The restaurant does not offer dinner. And other restaurants are quite far, but there is a supermarket nearby.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel looks great from inside and the rooms are big and clean.

The location. It's not easy to spot it, it was dark when we got there and had to walk ( in darkness) a lot from the parking to the entrance. The facilieties/ furniture need some improvements.

The hotel is very nice. The bathroom is spacious, and the staff is smiling and very accommodating. The breakfast is good! Price-quality ratio: 5 stars!

Dear operator, I stayed with you as a guest for 1 night. The hotel was on the busy road and there was no parking pointer. The employees were kind. There was no kettle in the hotel room. The room was large and comfortable. There was no shampoo. Breakfast was poor

little bit further from the city, but if you are by car, they have a secured parking, very nice staff, nice breakfast, modern clean room.

the sound of cars from the street ( since the room was on a first floor and couldn’t get tv (channels) only radio on tv. this were minor issues but in general loved the room and big windows.
