I only stayed one night at Putnik Inn this time, but it left me with the kind of quiet satisfaction that makes you think, “I’ll gladly come back.” This time, I was given a double apartment—and that made all the difference. Even though I wasn’t there to work, having a bit of extra space felt like a quiet luxury. The room had a small living area with a sofa, a table, and a TV. It gave the feeling of being in a little suite rather than just a hotel room. After a long drive, it was simply nice to stretch out with a sense of space around me—not just crash into a bed. Breakfast the next morning was exactly what I needed: a thoughtful mix of familiar and local. I always enjoy when hotels make the effort to offer more than just the usual continental basics. Here, there were warm regional dishes side by side with classic breakfast fare. The dining room itself felt calm, unhurried. The location is quiet, set in New Belgrade, and while it’s a bit away from the Old Town buzz, it has its own rhythm—close enough to the river and main roads, yet away from the city’s chaos. A comfortable room, a nourishing breakfast, a peaceful night. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a place feel like it understands what travelers really need.

The parking barrier wasn’t working, with a charming little sign telling you to “press the button.” After a long drive, this turned into a real challenge: finding which button they meant. Should I go on a button hunt around the entrance? Or should I just sit in the car, looking lost, and wait for someone from the staff to notice me and open the barrier remotely? Take a wild guess which option I chose. I went with the classic: sit and stare blankly in the car until someone noticed me. Luckily, it only took about 5 minutes. Any longer and I probably would’ve fallen asleep right there.

The Hotel is nice and has a good value for money. The Breakfast is very good and has various types of meals to offer. The Location is very good, it is close to one of the main streets, so public transportation is convenient, but also easily reachable with the car. Not far from the Hotel is the Danube Kay and you have a lot of nice small restaurants and places to have a drink, a coffee or something to eat. Also, it is a nice place to take a walk in the park at the Danube Kay. The staff is very helpful and forthcoming.

If you travel with the car, it can be an issue, only because the parking. The parking place in front of the Hotel has very limited amount of parking spots. You definitely need to make a reservation for parking as soon as you make a reservation for the room. If there is not a parking spot available, there is a public parking garage, approximately 200 meters, down the street ( Garaža stari Merkator - Garage Old Mercator).

I stayed at Putnik Inn Belgrade from Feb 18 to Feb 21, and it was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast and dinners were delicious. The staff was friendly and responsive, making the stay even more pleasant. I especially loved the morning and evening walks to the nearby river and the city park—both were close enough to enjoy a refreshing stroll.

Next time, I’ll book a bigger room as it felt a bit small for two people, but since we spent most of our time exploring the city, it was just fine.

(Ausländer, Rammstein) Hotel was in a pretty good location for us, New Belgrade, relatively near the Ušće Park (30-45 minutes of walking), which was important because of an concert event there. Room was nice and clean. Toilet was also OK and clean. Room view was pretty OK, nice looking streets. Bed was very comfortable. We did not try the breakfast as it was charged extra, so we opted for the nearby bakery called "Skroz dobra pekara" and nearby coffee place. :) We got a free parking right below the hotel on the first day, while for the second day we got to book the hotel parking for the extra 10 euro.

In total we had a pleasant stay, the beads were confortable, the rooms were generaly clean ( although had a large beverage stain on the wall), the personale was pleasant, the heating and cooling sistem was very eficient, there wasn't anything extraordinary, it was an ok 3 star hotel. There was a convenience store across the road of the hotel and a lot of coffeshops and restaurants around.

We didn't like that the parking was very small, with barely any room to exit the car, the parking has a very steep access road and it was a bit on the expensive side, u don't keep the same place for the entire stay. We didn't have a fridge in our room, the rooms ar smaller than in the photos and our city view was mostly the interior of the hotels backyard.The pool program was very short, we didn't get to enjoy it.

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport bus stops and numerous shops, bakeries, and fast foods. It has secured parking spaces, but there are also plenty of spots available on the public parking next to the hotel, which is free of charge. The reception staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, quite varied, and served in buffet style. The room was small, but quite enough for our needs. Though a bit worn, it was impeccably clean. We are completely satisfied with our choice.

Decent breakfast. Very good location if your interest is Usce park and the concerts. I liked the fact that they upgraded us to an apartment at check in. Good communication with the front desk via Booking.com messages.

It was worth a few more smiles at the front desk considering the 2x increased price we paid for a standard room during a concert. Parking spaces are to small, so you have to pay attention when parking. The vents were left uncleaned for a while. We had a confirmed parking spot at the premises but when we arrived there were many parking spots with name tags on them but not ours. Eventually they said to park where there is a free spot. Expensive restaurant comparing the prices in the BW area.

The attentive and friendly staff responded to every question we had immediately. They attended to all our requests immediately. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Old Belgrade 15 min by public transport. Usce Park and river 10 min. Airport 20 minutes by taxi. Super market and small fast food restaurants are right next to the hotel.

The drunks who came to the park next to the hotel at midnight and shouted and made noise until the morning were not pleasant. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault !

We did not need a city centre hotel as were going to Kopaonik the following morning -this hotel was an easy taxi journey from hotel so met our needs . Modern , clean hotel with helpful staff and nice bar area showing Premier League football- which was perfect as I was waiting several hours for my son to arrive. I ordered a club sandwich with fries from bar menu , which was very good . The breakfast included in price was excellent .In my opinion this hotel was very good value for money , and would use again in similar circumstances .

Well, as a repeated customer, I know my ways and feel comfortable around the hotel area. Personnel is always friendly and helpful. Location is right close to my work. Booking is always easy without surprises and when possible, I get upgrades.

Only thing I do not like is related to the cleaning feeling, however not related to cleaning itself, rather to the old decoration and equipment. Carpets and fabrics could be replaced to carry less "years" :) The cleaning personnel however are doing their best to keep things at a good level. On the positive side, last time there was painting on the corridors, which shows development and effort!
