The location was great! The room and facilities were great! The breakfast was great! Playing Rammstein songs in the hallway was a big surprise!

The little shower head was not working, or maybe I didn't know how to use it. :) Some of the light bulbs were burned out. Reserved a two beds room, got one with a single bed. The price was way too big for only two nights. 160€ per night is a lot of money, especially for Balkans. 60 - 70€ per night would be a fair price. The receipts for the difference should also be in English. A pool would have made it excellent :).

The location is OK, if you want to explore Novi Beograd and Zemun. The parking was (temporarily, as the staff informed me) free. The staff themselves were very cooperative. The amenities for a good stay (SPA, restaurant, etc.) are principally there, although we didn't have the time to enjoy them.

Some of the furniture in the room looked worn. There were cobwebs here and there. The upper part of the shower was leaking during use. The towels, although clean looking, smelled funny. Overall, because of these detais, the quality didn't exactly match the price tag.

The hotel offers excellent service, comfort, and tranquility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and provided everything necessary for a trouble-free stay. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The location is convenient with easy transportation to reach the central part of Belgrade. We are satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn hotel and would use it again in the future.

The location is great if you are driving (free parking) or have events in the new town (e.g. concert). But it's also not far to the old town and the pedestrian area there. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The price is good for the services received.

Breakfast is definitely not good. It is not well organized and does not have the expected variety for this class of hotels.

Location was very close to main motorways.. Free parking. Big rooms. They have updated my reservation without any fee even if they have chance to get money. Thanks for help

Apple juice was the only cold drink available. Numbers of cold drinks can be increased.. there were only öne type of cheese. Numbers of cheese can also be increased

Visited many times. It's okay.

They keep increasing the prices that will hit back one day. The same quality is reachable in Prague for half price. I'll switch to an other hotel as soon as I can only due to the high price that is unrealistic in this segment.

My access to the room was canceled before check-out, but I was given three hours free of late check-out.

Breakfast was so-so, coffee machine was slow and created a queue. Short range of tee bags in the room. Only one tee and very specific.

Clean room, The bar and breakfast was great and very kind staff.

Front office when checked out, it would have been great to explain at the first that they dont have changes instead not telling and not giving. They just said thats it i had to tell that i didnt get all changes back and after she said we dont have changes so thats all.

generally the hotel is super clean nice comfortable modern well equipped , very nice location , 10 min ride from ap.

restaurant prices are abnormally high for belgrade. it is more expensive than in few places in milan nice or barcelona. never ever use the restaurant

The receptionist at the desk during my check in was overwhelmed by the number if people and it took too long as he was doing it all by the book (the whole speech). Either additional receptionist should jump in at such times or the receptionist cuts short the monologue.
