Everything was excellent, but the Wi Fi.

When I travel for work, I expect my accommodation to have at least decent internet connection. Colleague and myself had trouble opening static pages, never mind working on a presentation that we wen to Belgrade to deliver to our client. It was horrifying. I woke up early to try and get it to work while everyone else is sleeping - did not help. I went to the reception at 6 AM and they gave us a router for our room, but that did not really improve the connection. I have to be honest, it is a deal breaker for me - next time going to Belgrade on business I will be choosing a different hotel.

The room was super clean. I could not find a fault in that. Great bed sheets and towels. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet so we had a good rest.

Considering for a room like ours you are expecting 2 guests, the number of provided water bottles on behalf of the hotel should be 2, not 1. We stayed at 3 star hotels that would provide 2 water bottles everyday free of charge as well as a teapot, tea, coffee in the rooms for guests to make themselves. Was expecting something like this from a 4 star hotel. They claim to have a spa (which stands from sano per aqua, english: health through water) but they do not have a pool nor a jacuzzi, only sauna and a fitness room. It was misleading and our fault we did not read well what they offer so if you want to relax in jacuzzi, don't be mislead.

I had a nice stay at IN Hotel in Belgrade, Serbia. From the moment I arrived, I liked the welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities.. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. The hotel's location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently situated near major business districts, shopping centers, and cultural attractions. The proximity to public transportation made exploring the city hassle-free. Overall, IN Hotel Belgrade met my expectations with its service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

In Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers—no frills, but it covers the essentials. The rooms are basic yet comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Its location is a major plus: close to the main road for easy access and just a short distance from the Arena, making it convenient for events or meetings.

Smoking in the lobby is an absolute disaster—unpleasant. Thankfully, the rooms are strictly non-smoking, which is a major relief.

The hotel location is 15 minutes on foot from Beograd New railway station and this was the main criteria for my choice. Also it is 10 km from the airport. So it is an ideal location if you need to stay overnight before your flight.

The price in my opinion was out of market and if not for location I would never select it. Room has no kettle, this is a 4 star hotel, so you can not make yourself tea. In a bathroom you find "disinfected" polybags wrapped around items, which were not even cleaned. I am not fussy about it, but it is disappointing to read "disinfected" on something which has toothpaste stain marks. Just simply wash it! Breakfast price is 17 EUR, too expensive, I chose to have breakfast in a cafe right next to the breakfast area. People are allowed to smoke in the breakfast lounge.

Modern and well equipped Hotel. The room has everything you need on a business trip. Bed and bedroom comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast I liked exceptionally. There was lots of choices incl. local specialties, not just the typical hotel breakfast.

The location is good for visiting the industrial area and quite close to the airport. Being the first time in Belgrade I should have stayed closer to the city center though..

Hotel In is a great choice for anyone visiting Novi Beograd. The location is ideal for both business and leisure, with easy access to the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was good. However, I found the breakfast to be overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it's a good stay if you’re looking for convenience in Novi Beograd, but the breakfast could be more reasonably priced.

The hotel is located in New Belgrade, in the heart of business offices. It is within walking distance of the bus and railway stations. The reception is open 24/7, and they are there for you. The room is spacious and has a work table and closet. The bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is excellent, and you can also find traditional Serbian dishes. You definitely need to try it out.

Large and comfortable room, cosy bathroom. Breakfast with extraordinary choice of local specialities, cheeses, sweets, fruit selection, warm, cold, and everything from continental breakfast. You don't find such variety in the Western countries. There was a large group having breakfast, yet none of the plates were empty.
