As with all my previous stays at Radisson Collection Hotel Old Mill, nothing was short of exceptional. The rooms are stylish spacious and perfect both for leisure and business travelers. All of the facilities are well-equipped and cleanliness is up to the highest hotel standards. Warm recommendation for both short and long term stays.

Paid parking at 20 EUR/day seems a bit over the top for such a high level hotel, where it would be expected that the parking is included in the price for the guests. But this is normal for Belgrade, hence I cannot say that this is exactly a direct con for the hotel, but for the city in general.

Executive room little bit tired. Executive lounge closed, instead of it just coupon to restaurant. Crowded and small breakfast area, without any terrace during summer. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

Clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Car park available. Location is good.

We are regular customers at this hotel. Since its opening in Belgrade, as we are a member of the Radisson hotels. Two years ago, our experience was not up to the expectations, so we didn't come last year. This year we decided to give it a go ("one last chance") and we are positively surprised! It felt like "coming back home". First of all, Jelena Vasic was at the front desk and she was very helpful and understanding (thank you so much!). I've heard that other Jelena (who used to work at the restaurant) has another position in the hotel, so I think with those 2 Jelena's at the right positions, nothing can go wrong:) Variety of the quality food for the breakfast buffet makes an excellent beginning of the day. We had a Premium room, and it was as usual, up to the Radisson norm. The little things like when you open the door of the room, it doesn't swings back, (as you are having luggage in both hands, it gets right back into your face in other hotels) and it is a feature which none of the well-known hotels in the world have, except Radisson! Very comfortable large rooms with as comfortable, large beds, air -conditioning which you don't hear (very silent!) and an excellent rain shower in the bathroom. Hotel is situated at a very good location nearby the main highway and the very important boulevard leading into the heart of the city in only 5 minutes. The new built area "Water front" with a very modern shopping mall called "Galerija" is only 3 minutes away. We will certainly be back next year!

Mosquitos in the bar in the evenings. But I had a anti mosquito spray, so we were OK.

The hotel has a stylish design, cozy, clean, and modern rooms, stunning views of Belgrade, a well-equipped gym, and a great à la carte restaurant.

The breakfast selection is quite limited, and by the end of breakfast time, the hot food containers are often empty. Additionally, the hotel is bordered by a road and a tram line on one side and very old residential buildings on the other, which—at least at first—doesn’t encourage walking in the area.

The hotel's location is perfect, offering stunning views of the city and easy access to key attractions. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The dining experience was remarkable, with a diverse menu featuring delicious local and international dishes. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness centre and spa, were top-notch and provided a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Hotel in Belgrade for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Everything was top-notch. As a wheelchair user, I can say that the room was very spacious and adapted to my needs. The staff even prepared a dog bed and a bowl for my dog, which I truly appreciate! I was attending a Jehovah’s Witnesses convention, and thanks to this hotel, I was able to rest well and feel truly comfortable during my stay.

The buffet breakfast had an incredible selection. The bedroom was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom. I walked from the hotel to the Belgrade Fortress which took about 30 minutes with other locations I was site seeing closer still making it an ideal place to explore Belgrade on foot.

The gym was petite and could be an issue if a number of people want to work out at the same time, competing for equipment. That said it was stocked with water, towels and fruit which is a nice touch.

The hotel staff made our experience very positive and our stay memorable with positive vibes of Belgrade. Everything was great about our stay at this hotel.

Finding taxi can be quite a challenge in this city, most of mobile taxi apps didn't work properly and not enough taxi cars available. The walking distance is not an ideal alternative. But we didn't had the courage to use the public transport, under the assumption it must work smoothly as the process of joining the EU ;-)

The hotel feels isolated from the nearby highway because it is located higher than the road. We had some good time with my son playing near the fountain which is located just before the hotel. However the surrounding area does not have any places of interest for most small kids, Breakfast was good. Room is very comfortable and rather well thought but we felt some lack of lighting in the evening. The price of taxi to and from airport is not very high and the ride takes not much time. It's possible to get a taxi from the hotel to the center of Belgrade for half the price of taxi to the airport. We've seen some aircraft crew members staying here.

The surrounding area is probably not very interesting. The same apples to views from some windows (ours included). There were floor scales in the room, which were misaligned from 0 and heavily dusted on the belly side.
