Service quality was excellent. The room is super clean. It is silent when up to guest’s floors. Amazing skyloudge. Very nice location.

The parking should be free of charge for hotel guests. This need to be discussed seriously. It is upper class hotel, the amount is low for about 19 euro per day but it would be great gesture if it was free.

From the moment we checked in, Hilton Belgrade lived up to its name. The room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a huge window letting in natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall design felt premium yet warm. Breakfast was a highlight. The spread was generous—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to hot made-to-order eggs—and the quality was consistent each morning. Service staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made mornings even better. The location is a winner. It’s right in the heart of Belgrade, within walking distance to St. Sava Temple, Nikola Tesla Museum, and plenty of cafés. It’s also well-connected for exploring other parts of the city. What stood out most was the service—polished, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear the team is trained to make guests feel valued. Overall, a great blend of comfort, convenience, and service. Would absolutely stay here again when in Belgrade.

The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

Good location, fantastic shower and very good room size and quality of the beds. The service is very good and hands on, always helping and having good suggestions for us, very flexible on check in and check out which we really appreciated. And good breakfast!

not a "dont like" but more a feedback for improvement - Jacuzzi could be a bit bigger or more jacuzzis...(not sure this is something to considerate) and would be good to had a pool but I guess this would not be possible - with this it would be perfect!

great hotel with very helpful staff. i loved the outdoor garden area on sunny days. it's like a oasis in the middle of the city. gym and spa is awesome too.

- more vegan options at the breakfast buffet would be highly appreciated - at a 5* hotel i should be allowed to wear shorts 🩳 at the restaurant, especially when i'm on vacation and it's 28 degrees outside. i will never get why women can wear hot pants and men are refused the entry in knee length shorts

Best place in the city. Staff are absolute best. They do everything to make us comfortable and assist with our needs. We had to extend our stay and they did everything not to have to move us to a different room. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Car garage is available for those arriving with a car. Location is great. Almost all you need is a walking distance from the hotel. That’s why we keep coming back again and again

Absolutely everything! Dinner at the Sky Lounge restaurant was excellent, the massage at the spa was made very professionally, the breakfasts had everything you could wish for. In Hilton hotel you find a very friendly staff, excellent location and most importantly - excellent soundproofing of the rooms, I have not slept so sweetly in any hotel in the world, and I travel a lot. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for making our stay so comfortable

The SPA lacks a pool, but it's just that I'm very picky. For relaxation, the spa has everything you need.

For us Hilton Belgrade feels like home away from home. We’ve stayed here few times in the past few months. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Garage(parking)is on site convenient for those arriving with a car. Excellent breakfast. Gym is fantastic. Different restaurants to suit any occasion and taste are right there. It’s in an amazing location. You step out and all you need is a walking distance. But what keeps us coming back more than anything else is people. Staff is so professional, kind and helpful beyond measure. All of them. From the gentleman at the entrance, reception staff,restaurant staff all the way to the lovely ladies who keep our rooms clean and cosy. Thank you to all at Hilton Belgrade
