This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was superb. I am very particular about cleanliness, but this hotel exceeded my expectations in this area as well. Super clean, 10/10. I hope all hotel rooms have similar cleaning standards. The breakfast was very good. They offer parking space in their garage for an additional cost, but that is no problem. I shared a room.with my colleague and we had plenty of space. Regarding the location it is about 15 minutes walking from Knez Mihailova which is perfect for me.

The lobby was really cold for my standards.

I stayed at the Marquise Hotel Garni for 3 nights and I couldn't have made a better choice! The location is strategic, close to the center and well connected, but still quiet. The structure is modern, very clean and cared for in detail. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the check-in, always ready to provide useful advice on what to visit in the city. The room was comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and excellent Wi-Fi connection. Very good breakfast, with both sweet and savory options. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for comfort, quality and hospitality in Belgrade!

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped for whatever purpose - we were there with our baby and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, no matter the request we had. Special thanks to Mrs. Dragica, who not only cleaned our room, but made us feel welcomed, greeting us every morning and having a nice, meaningful conversation. She also provided a baby blanket, so that our son could sit and play on the floor, although we did not ask for it :-). One day Dragica even waited for our son to wake up, so that she could clean our room, no matter that her shift was already over that day. Absolutely amazing!

The food can be somewhat better.

The reception staff and the breakfast staff were exceptional. The service was fantastic and they are all so friendly and welcoming. The room size was great, very clean and the products for the shower were really good quality (smelt amazing) the selection of the mini bar and breakfast was really good too. (Breakfast was very relaxing with music, the news on tv and a lovely little room to eat in), location is perfect for getting anywhere in Belgrade and right by some wonderful places to eat and drink. Overall 100% would recommend and will be coming back! HVALA ☺️

Everything was great, quiet but lively, Zorana receptionist - outstanding service, fantastic person and a great first impression of the hotel. She welcomed me on arrival in such way that little things mattered after that :), highest points for reception. Cook- really, really nice, great breakfast - everything was so tasty, another high point. Cleanliness- one more high point. Fantastic, frendly, just right personnel :)

There is nothing that I didn’t like!

Located in centre of Belgrade the hotel is a good choice for anyone who wants to be close to sightseeings and events. The hotel is nicely decorated, the staff is frendly and helpful. Breakfast is a standard one, with everything one would expect in a hotel of this type. The price is good for downtown Belgrade, so the hotel is a good value for your money.

If you arrive by car, be aware that the driveway to the garage is really narrow (between two walls) as well the entry from a (narrow) street into the driveway is under the square angle. Quite some manouvering is needed to drive in with a medium sized car (like VW golf or renault megane), while with bigger cars you should look for another parking option. The matress on the bed is more on the hard side, so if you want a soft bed you should reconsider your choice.

- very friendly stuff. Especially Diana who helped to organize a birthday surprise for my mum. She helped with the flowers delivery to the room and chocolates; - great location, walking distance to the main sightseeing spots is 10 min on foot; - very safe, women should not be afraid to take trips on their own; - clean - the room was cleaned every day in a proper manner;

- breakfast. the food was overcooked, coffee machine had only coffee in "3 in 1" style; bar coffee is an option, but for an additional price, of course :) for 4-star hotel the quality of the breakfast might be better; - not enough racks in the bathroom even there were many shelves to leave the stuff; - wi fi connection was not stable;

All staff is very polite, friendly communication, helpful. Very warm welcoming, since we did check- in one hour earlier . Hotel is located in city heart, walk distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, parks, St.Sava church and a lot of attractions. Modern equipped with new furniture, cleaning service on daily basis, parking included and it means a lot , breakfast various and delicious. Great value for the money. Highly recommended 😊 will be back again

It’s in a quiet street downtown! Excellent location! The room was spacious, and the drenching shower was great. Also, the restaurant and the choice of food for breakfast was good

The room number was printed and adhered to the card with Scotch tape. Bathroom was painted little too fast (the painting streaks can be seen). The change in floor level at the entrance (and maybe elsewhere) is not labeled

Big room with very comfortable temperature, nice bed. Toilet brush included. Solid WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and they don't rush to close it up on the hour. Great location with all necessities nearby. A nice quiet hotel with relaxing atmosphere.

Tiny desk with an uncomfortable chair, had to move it to be able sit and work. Bathroom looks nice but not very functional: window curtain is semi-transparent (and it's a big window), big shower with nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor, uncomfortable toilet seat with a sharp inner edge. Shower glass wall leaked water, making a puddle around the sink. Had a room with windows directly facing a construction site, and they start early!
