My two-week stay at the MARK Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was both comfortable and spacious, offering a great environment for relaxation and work. The hotel staff (specially Marco and Slobodan) were exceptionally kind and accommodating, with the reception even granting a late checkout without any hassle. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed, bathroom, and work desk, as well as the hotel's central location, which made exploring the area convenient. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious and satisfying start to each day.

Despite the positives, there were some drawbacks to my stay. My initial room faced a street with tram traffic, which was somewhat noisy. Thankfully, the hotel moved me from the third to the sixth floor, mitigating the issue slightly. However, like many hotels, internal soundproofing was poor. This became problematic during two nights when a group of teenagers on an excursion frequently slammed doors late into the night. Additionally, the single elevator often became congested during peak times when the hotel was busy or hosting large groups.

Room was very good, very clean and big, with nice little gestures like leaving some candy and free coffee on bed. AC was one of the good ones that don't give you a headache the next morning. Location was very nice, definitely worth a revisit when staying in Belgrade. Staff was extremly nice, giving me recommendations where to go and what to visit. They even had a map to hand out. Breakfast was not its strong point, it was certainly not bad, not as good as the other services in comparison.

My room was very spacious and clean, with a big and quite comfortable bed. There was a jacuzzi or smth like that, a huge bath😂 Prices for minibar were perfectly fine 😂 Nice and friendly people, always smiling, including cleaning ladies whenever you meet them. Options for breakfast are faire, the staff refreshes and cleans non-stop. The location is really great, everything needed is in a walking distance: shopping, eating out, the national museum, or Tesla museum, etc.

It's not what I didn't like, but just to know: it's not a new building. There was a light toilet leaking which was fixed the next day. I didn't hear other guests at all, but heard door opens.

Very suitable location and nice perspective from superior floors. I was beneficiary of a room upgrade (Slobodan facilitated/offered this; he was very helpful, friendly, with wide smile and professional attitude) and the apartment from 7th floor was enough large, with big windows and double side view. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, water heater, iron table (but not the ironing machine in this room). Clean bath with profi toiletries and nice large marble on the walls and the floor. Good breakfast, finding enough tasty veggie dishes or without meat.

Just suggestions: Ironing machine in this room, having ironing table :). I am sure could have it, if I had asked. Better quality of towels for 4* hotel, but a lot depend of the number of tourists :)

The hotel's location is perfect, with all major attractions easily accessible. You can reach tourist spots like the Kalemegdan Fortress, the Nikola Tesla Museum, and the Temple of Saint Sava by foot. Additionally, the renowned Knez Mihailova Street, filled with restaurants and shopping centers, is very close to the hotel. Transportation is easily accessible as well. If you need a taxi, you can ask at the reception. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, particularly Marko, who is an exceptionally kind receptionist. The breakfast was delicious.

During the night, when it's quiet, you might hear the tramway. My advice is to request a quiet room when booking, and I am confident you'll get what you need.

Great location for sightseeing with lots of public transport options on the doorstep. Clean, comfortable room with plenty of plug sockets. We liked it a lot. Breakfast is ok.

Neither the duvet nor the curtains were quite wide enough which meant fighting for the covers and waking up early because of the light. The breakfast room is quite uncomfortable acoustically, lots of scraping of chairs and the music is loud.

I loved the location, beds were comfy, staff was extra friendly and helpful, especially Marko and Slobodan. The breakfast was also good!

There was a problem with a toilet in the room, the flush was broken. We stayed for 2 nights and it was not too problematic for us as we were not all the time at the hotel. We also asked the staff to come to see the issue but it was too late and many tourists were checking in, so we went to sleep with no disturb note in the end.

The room was very spacious, and the bed very comfortable, the room was well equipped with complimentary water and coffee, hairdryer, bathrobes, cosmetics, mini fridge and tv, The aircon works very well. The breakfast was quite good, with variety of food including serbian specialities, I would only say that the coffeemaker could have worked a bit faster. At the checkout we left our luggage in the safe place tagged by the receptionist, so we could enjoy the rest of the day. The receptionist Marina Marku was very nice and professional, I would recommend everyone this hotel.
