The staff were excellent. Warm and friendly but also very professional. The quality of the food is outstanding. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. They two guys that worked in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us. I am diamond member at Hilton and wanted to get away from a large corporation feel, often boutique hotel can miss the mark. This one did not! Everything was good with the added surprise of exceptional food.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Room equipment nice and new, paying attention to the details. Option to have also a la cart breakfast with great options to choose from. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Not that I did not like , it is just a recommendation to be even better: 1. To inform the guests that the restaurant is not yet open for lunch or dinner so they need to go out of the hotel to eat. 2. To inform the guests that there is no lift. It might be a useful information for families with little kids 3. Maybe to install a curtain or some kind of protection in the shower not to have the water all over the floor in the bathroom.

The only issue was that the toilet seat (and the person sitting on the toilet and all their facial expressions) can be seen from any angle of the room and it's separated only by a thin sliding glass door, that also doesn't shut completely. We understood that's how all rooms are and the only other option was a curtain instead of the sliding door. Hilarious. I understand how a fully clear view to the bathroom is a sexy thing, just not the toilet also. We told the reception this when they asked how our experience was, but the man said something along the lines that we don't understand the concept. Hilarious.

Great location at lively Cvetni Trg with many caffes. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast menu very tasty. Rooms are with a lot of wood making then "warm".

Our room was a bit noisy as it was right above the busy pedestrian street with people passing under all the time. The A/C is super loud making it difficult to control the temperature in the room. We had an issue with a smell in our room, but the hotel staff offered us another room which was much better. I think this was an isolated case with this one room. Charging for coffee at the breakfast was very strange. We did not mind paying, but it is very unusual and puts waiters in an uncomfortable position of having to warn every guest that they are paying for the coffee.

Although I haven’t been to Japan, the aesthetics reminded me of a serene and stylish Japanese retreat. The warm yellow lighting throughout the room adds a cozy and relaxing vibe, making it an absolute pleasure to unwind in. Having stayed at several hotels in Belgrade, I can confidently say this is the best one yet. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel sets a new benchmark for comfort and hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

My room was on the street-facing side, so I could hear a bit of noise from passing cars, and some light filtered through the window at night. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall comfort and quality of the stay.

The welcoming from the staff was so friendly! We felt comfortable quickly. The hotel is beautiful, the Japanese style makes the trick, the room was very clean a,d cozy. The situation is very nice. You may have a lot of choice for restaurants and you're not far from the touristic center of Belgrade. Easy access to museum and parks.

The only issue we had was the heat in our room. I cannot sleep with the window open as I'm sensitive to noises so this wasn't an option. We tried by decreasing the temperature on the airconditioning screen and the radiator in the bathroom but it tooks hours to have someting bearable (in the morning). We had a very hard time to sleep. It really a shame because this was the only negative thing. Maybe there is something to improve here.

The hotel has great location and unique design. Staff were superb, very polite, attentive. We enjoyed spa, which was reasonably prices at 30 EUR per hour and only available to 1 room, because it is a small size. Room was comfortable, good lighting, small coffee machine.

Breakfast really needs to be improved. The choice was good, but we felt it was a waste of products, because nothing was tasty, filter coffee was cold, sandwiches stone cold as well. You have a choice of 1 meal to order on menu, but again it was cold and not tasty. It seems restaurant pre-cooked most of meals and stored them in a fridge.

Very nice hotel in perfect location,but what amazed me the most is the attitude of the people working there.If more people are like Jelena and Philip ,this planet will be much better place for all of us.They help us in hard situations and treat us like a family.Thank you so much for all you did !Outstanding attitude !!!

Lets me start with saying this - The staff is very welcoming. They greet you well, they treat you well. The breakfast is not just limited to the general items, but they also offer you a good a la carte menu (part of includive breakfast) which is really amazing. Prior to my arrival, I had requested for some romantic dinner plans with my Fiancee as a surprise. They out did themself by booking us a private spa sauna and hammam too. The whole place was a private booking just for us 2 for an hour and the dinner was organized in the room with a bottle of wine when we arrived back. It was super nice of them to go beyond their limits to assist their guest. This property is just 1 year old but they are surely doing their best to be the best in Belgrade. I am sure this place will become a talked about place very soon.

Its not something i did not like as I had no problems with it. But maybe in future they can consider that if breakfast is included in the room option then they should consider coffee as part of the breakfast too. Coffee is a separate cost of 500 dinar which honestly is not expensive and surely not a problem in my point of view. Just a thought for future

All the staff were lovely and very helpful, thank you Tamara on the front desk in particular! The hotel was beautifully done, the room was very well appointed and comfortable and breakfast was very good. We used the Spa, the sauna was good and the massage fantastic. Location was also great. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but also not far to walk to the main part of the old town or the waterfront.

Our room overlooked a road which was a bit noisy at night.
