My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional, and one of the main reasons for that was the outstanding quality of the staff, especially Manager Kristina. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. Kristina, with her contagious smile and genuinely friendly approach, played a key role in making my experience unforgettable. It’s clear she loves her work and is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. During my stay, Kristina was incredibly helpful, addressing every request promptly and efficiently. She also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, showcasing her deep knowledge of the area and genuine interest in making my trip special. The entire reception staff is outstanding, but Kristina stands out for her ability to make every guest feel valued and unique. She is a true leader, and her commitment shines through in the excellent service provided by the whole team. My recent stay at the Metropol palace was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location offered stunning views and easy access to local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made my stay truly relaxing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the high-quality toiletries and the complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing directions or recommending local restaurants.

The restaurant in the ground floor, terrible service, it looks like they are doing us a favour, not nice, no smiling, long time waiting for them to come to the table outside, they prefer to be inside in the bar talking. One of the nights I’ve waited so much, that I had to leave and had dinner outside the hotel. It’s impossible to have customers there, with that kind of treatment. Simply horrible. It surprises me that they don’t even feel ashamed. There’s no one to take care of those people? If they don’t like their job, get something else

Hotel with history, nice rooftop restaurant, everything is built high-end although it's a bit old. Good breakfast, good restaurant. A bit old but good spa and pool. Staff is polite.

Our payment card didn't work for the fist time ever, only in this hotel. Bath robe was missing in the room, we ardered it from reception but they didn't brought it until we went down to check what is happening. Only one person is working at the entance, so simetimes you have to wait a bit for basic things, like getting a cab or your car.. On the pics it looks a bit better than in reality.

I am frequently in the hotel and i am always very satisfied. What makes the hotel great is the incredibly great staff at the reception and the bellboys are incredible! overall a great hotel

Incredible amenities, spacious common space and ideal for business travelers. I enjoyed working on the rooftop terrace. The suite was comfortable and had everything needed.

It was renovated over a decade ago, some touch ups are needed.

The Metropol Hotel is a five-star hotel in an excellent location. The hotel has one of the highest levels of service that a hotel can have. Katerina is sensitive to every guest's problem and immediately finds a solution to every problem. The breakfast is exceptional in quality and quantity. The coffee and natural orange juice are delicious to the palate, and all that remains to be said is that this is one of the best hotels you have ever stayed at, along with a luxurious spa and pool. Thank you Katerina and the entire Metropol team.

Excellent restaurant on the 10th floor, nice view. The pool was actually much larger than it seemed in the picture. Also, the fitness room was large.

The floor around the pool facilities was wet and dangerous; there is no rack or anybody to clean it. The hotel is a bit outdated, with old elevators. The receptionists were polite, but not very polite. I went to try the ground-floor bar outside, and nobody served me.

First time in Belgrade and Metropol Palace was the best choice we could have made. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are wonderful, the room was spacious, cool, clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet. The breakfast was lovely. We had dinner in the roof top restaurant, where the dishes and the service were exceptional. However, the best part of the hotel are its people, the staff in every post. They are highly professional, friendly, extremely polite, well mannered and helpful. They make you feel at home, at ease and so comfortable. We will be back, for sure.
