My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional, and one of the main reasons for that was the outstanding quality of the staff, especially Manager Kristina. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. Kristina, with her contagious smile and genuinely friendly approach, played a key role in making my experience unforgettable. It’s clear she loves her work and is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. During my stay, Kristina was incredibly helpful, addressing every request promptly and efficiently. She also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, showcasing her deep knowledge of the area and genuine interest in making my trip special. The entire reception staff is outstanding, but Kristina stands out for her ability to make every guest feel valued and unique. She is a true leader, and her commitment shines through in the excellent service provided by the whole team. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its quality facilities but also for the exceptional hospitality experience that Kristina and her team deliver. My recent stay at the Metropol palace was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location offered stunning views and easy access to local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made my stay truly relaxing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the high-quality toiletries and the complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing directions or recommending local restaurants.

It was the second time we have stayed in Metropol Palace Belgrade and it only reinforced my excellent opinion of it. Everything is of high standard, the rooms, the facilities, breakfast, the services. A big thank you to all hotel staff, who with their professionalism, politeness and friendliness made us feel so welcome. We are definitely coming back in the future.

Hotel with history, nice rooftop restaurant, everything is built high-end although it's a bit old. Good breakfast, good restaurant. A bit old but good spa and pool. Staff is polite.

Our payment card didn't work for the fist time ever, only in this hotel. Bath robe was missing in the room, we ardered it from reception but they didn't brought it until we went down to check what is happening. Only one person is working at the entance, so simetimes you have to wait a bit for basic things, like getting a cab or your car.. On the pics it looks a bit better than in reality.

The restaurant in the ground floor, terrible service, it looks like they are doing us a favour, not nice, no smiling, long time waiting for them to come to the table outside, they prefer to be inside in the bar talking. One of the nights I’ve waited so much, that I had to leave and had dinner outside the hotel. It’s impossible to have customers there, with that kind of treatment. Simply horrible. It surprises me that they don’t even feel ashamed. There’s no one to take care of those people? If they don’t like their job, get something else

I am frequently in the hotel and i am always very satisfied. What makes the hotel great is the incredibly great staff at the reception and the bellboys are incredible! overall a great hotel

Incredible amenities, spacious common space and ideal for business travelers. I enjoyed working on the rooftop terrace. The suite was comfortable and had everything needed.

It was renovated over a decade ago, some touch ups are needed.

We stayed at the Metropol Palace for four nights and really enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. Our room overlooking the city was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options. We especially enjoyed the spa area with the large indoor pool, jacuzzi and the well equipped gym. Moreover, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return.

The bed was a little bit too soft for our taste. Some of the facilities seemed to need a little bit of renovation. There was only one coffee machine at the breakfast buffet, which caused a bit of waiting time.

The Metropol Hotel is a five-star hotel in an excellent location. The hotel has one of the highest levels of service that a hotel can have. Katerina is sensitive to every guest's problem and immediately finds a solution to every problem. The breakfast is exceptional in quality and quantity. The coffee and natural orange juice are delicious to the palate, and all that remains to be said is that this is one of the best hotels you have ever stayed at, along with a luxurious spa and pool. Thank you Katerina and the entire Metropol team.

Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! We had one of our best hotel experiences here. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering excellent service from the moment we arrived. The spa area was beautiful, with a clean pool and jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing. The hotel itself is a clean and luxurious space, with beautifully decorated, spacious rooms. We stayed on the 9th floor and enjoyed an excellent view. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety that changed daily, keeping it fresh and interesting. The location is ideal, with easy access to buses and trams right outside the hotel – and from January 1st, 2025, public transport is free to use, which is a big plus for the city! The hotel team went out of their way to make our short escape celebration special, and their effort truly showed. This place is 100% worth it – don’t think twice, just book it. Highly recommended!
