The owner was a friendly, very polite and helpful Serbian guy, who carried our heavy luggage, showed us where to park (very close to the hotel). The room was very clean and comforable. The location of the hotel was very central. We should have booked a slightly more expensive room, so we could have enjoyed a hotel room on the first or second level. Unfortunately we had decided to book the cheaper room, which meant, that we got a big, clean but souterrain room. We regretted not paying a little more for a room on a higher level.

Make sure to book one of the more expensive rooms, otherwise you might get a souterrain room. But this might not be a problem for you at all. If I would have known in advance, we would have paid more for a room on a higher level. You have to decide for yourself, if you prefer to save money or if you want a room with a nice view.

The staff was very friendly. They made us feel welcomed and at ease. Helped and advised us on good food in the area, public transport etc. Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was amazing and would definitely recommend booking breakfast with your stay. Great location!

We are young and healthy couple, so we dealt with the shower room challenge, but for elderly folks or anyone with mobility issues getting in and out of the shower could be a problem. The step is very high and there's also not much room to manoeuvre .. The room was under the ground level. This was ok for us because we came late and left early, only spent the night there, but it's something to have in mind if booking for multiple days.

I recently stayed at Hotel Madison Square in Belgrade and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to all of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the room was well-appointed with all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade!

Nothing, was perfect!

The location was great. Very close to what interested us. Nice and welcoming staff with good English skills. The rooms were pretty clean, like 9 out of 10. Great water pressure. We even got free coffee while checking out.

They got small rooms in the basement. The walls are thin so we heard conversations from next room. Also we were bothered by the sound of people walking up and down the stairs during the night.

Wifi speed really good. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good location. Comfy bed.

Room n. 2 is a little bit noisy, but nothing that would deeply disturb someone. One point of attention, that is not a complain, but only a suggestion that might help future guests, is to fix the shower to the wall, so we have our hands free when showering.

Son of owner didn't give us vouchers for breakfast but then the owner did. Parking place that they recommend is not OK. I barely came out because some lady parked before me and she of course demolished my licence plate.

Host was more than happy to help me with everything i needed from the moment i entered, this was my third time at the Madison, and i liked that they remembered me, staff was polite, rooms clean, very aforadble place very close to the city center

it was no noise from the street,enough hot water,nice tv with a lot of programs.Jacuzzi was great.

Everything was amazing, that was the best apartments i've ever had. Everything was close to me (bus, job, shops) and everybody was really nice. I recommend for everyone that they have to choose this apartment if they want to have a good time in Serbia!
