A fully equipped apartment with all the basic kitchen and household essentials. The place was warm and comfortable. It’s well located in relation to the city center and all the main tourist attractions. We arrived at 1 AM, and the check-in process was smooth. We booked an airport shuttle at a fair price with hosts, and the driver was very helpful (I highly recommend this service, especially if you’re arriving late at night). The hosts were very responsive and answered all our messages promptly.

The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need for a longer stay. The location is very good, it is about 10 min walk from the center of Belgrade on a quiet street, offers a few restaurants within a minute walk for a less expensive meal out than the center. The beds, pillows and duvets are very comfortable. Both ladies at the reception are extremely helpful

There was only 1 AC remote for 2 bedrooms and the living room which was inconvenient

Location Excelent! 5 min walking from City centar. Staf very helpfull. The rooms big. And comfortable beds. The apartment terace , nice kitchen .

Bad ventilation sistem. Smells from cooking. Not changing the sheets and towels 5 nights. The wardrobes are non-functional and in poor condition. The satellite TV does not work. If you stay longer, be aware that the toilets are not going to be cleaned for that period. Renovation needs to be done soon.

Apartment needs a little (minor) TLC. About half of the kitchen under-cabinet lights not working. Loose faucet in the kitchen. Doors not properly hung, (swinging open or closed). The kitchen door is particularly annoying. Shower doors not closing fully. Loose rugs on a polished wooden floor in the bedroom. Loose floor panels at the balcony doors.

A nice and spacious apartment with a good location near the city center. A baby cot and a high chair were provided, everything was very clean, the personnel were really friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for our family to stay!

The room was very very clean. We love the host, very helpful and friendly. We were having short stay in Belgrade. We like the location since it was near to the famous Moskva Hotel (the landmark of Belgrade), famous Kneza Mihaila, and Republic Square. It is also quite near to airport shuttle bus A1, approx. 800- 900 meters. We also find minimarket and various halal food near by.

We’ve been traveling so many places in the world and I may say the wifi connection is really bad. The signal was very low even though we stay in the first floor. I do my job using the wifi but hard for me to send an email. I think the access point limited only for 1 device. It was only connected with my laptop but not for my mobile phone. Also, almost € 150 per night for 2BR was a little bit pricey for us

The location allowed us to get to most of the places by walking. A supermarket is also nearby. The apartment provided everything you would need and is VERY spacious. I was staying here with my husband and my father and eventually the apartment was a much better price for us with a lot more space compared to a regular hotel with 2 rooms. The parking is right next door (gated and with security cams). The reception staff was very friendly. Towels and slippers were provided.

I liked everything. I was expecting it to be big, and it really was. We had everything, from towels provided to slippers, coffee, tea, water, etc. It had an elevator, and the staff were very kind and really helpful with everything that we asked (more towels, calling a taxi..). All in all, if you are thinking to stay in Belgrade, choose this.

This is the third time that we chose to stay here, but I think we will not return. The location is amazing! Staff is very nice and welcoming.

The apartments are not well kept and as time goes by, they are getting more and more destroyed. The sofa and the armchair were badly stained, the floor was so dirty and I think that it was never cleaned, as our socks were literally black. There was hair in the bathroom and the kitchen was just disgusting. Utensils in the kitchen are old and certainly need to be replaced. For a price of 123 euros a night (and this is with the Genius discount), this was definetly not worth it.

the property was an easy walk from the main city centre and close to the St Sava Church and Belgrade on the water. The gym access, and large amounts of space in the room made it feel like home.

We stayed in the attic apartment and the ceilings were on an angle so a couple of bumps to the head and the fridge made some loud noises
