This is a fantastic hotel. I went there for 4 days with a big group of friends and from my first interaction with their customer service team before we arrived to the time we left, everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you, the rooms are very nice, clean and of a decent size, the location is brilliant (in the centre) and the price was very, very reasonable. Everyone else in my group was also very impressed with this hotel and I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I could think of to make our stay any better

I dont think I've stayed in a hotel as good as this one. Everything was perfect, from the moment I went in to check in to the moment they said goodbye to me. The room is well designed and spacious, natural light and beds are super comfy. View from my room was great and I've enjoyed it with my morning coffee! The location of the hotel is magnificent, a stone throw away from all the major sighseeing destinations, so you can casually enjoy the entire city at your own pace. The staff is well trained, well mannered and super helpful with anything you can ask about (and I've asked a lot trust me) and the food is amazing too! I'll be back next year again around Spring time to enjoy this city once again and I already know which hotel I'm staying at again!

Location, spacious room

Just a few minutes walk from Republic Square, close to everything , very clean, nice sized bed, modern, newly refurbished, offers breakfast, is much nicer than the photos, daily housekeeping, amenities in the room including tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, good hair dryer, slippers etc. With a few additions it will be perfect! Definitely value for money!

Only one working lift and the one that did work felt a bit wobbly. Water in shower was cold in the mornings. Air con was a bit loud. Breakfast was pretty basic but still had options. It is newly refurbished so still needs a few things like towel holders in bathroom, toilet roll holder, an extra bin for the room etc but these are just small details. Our only issue was that even though we booked 4x executive double rooms we got two rooms that were smaller but maybe that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel lags behind in common areas, in its entrance and facade. For example, upon our arrival, even the taxi driver found it difficult to recognize the existence of the hotel as the appearance of the bar next door dominates. The value of the hotel is reduced by the action of the sex bar that is adjacent to the same entrance as the rooms are exceptionally clean in detail. The one elevator in operation (the second one was broken) was not enough for the traffic of customers. The breakfast average.

The lighting in the restaurant should be corrected because it is depressing and a decorator should intervene in the renovation of the ground floor space in the reception and customer area. Also a sign outside with the title of the hotel visible. It is worth more than what it shows on the outside.

Very clean, nice location, staff was really nice.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The whole interior is brand new and fresh. The design is really nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was pretty nice - all you need was there. Clean and fresh rooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Despite the minuses the hotel has, I would definitely recommend it, and will come back once I visit Belgrade again.

Since the hotel is right after renovation, it’s missing some small details like flowers and some green leaves which will definitely make it more alive. And it would be nice if they added soap dishes in bathrooms. What I did not like at all is soundproofing - very poor. You can hear everything from the outside of your room (and I suppose everyone can hear all from inside your room). It was also quite disappointing that the quality of the repair works made in the hotel is quite low.

The property was exceptionally clean and very modern , beautiful bathroom with disinfected wrap over toilet seat and complimentary toiletries , complimentary slippers were an excellent edition and very welcomed, super strong noodle shower head with lots of hot water and pressure. . The temperature of room set at 24 on arrival . Beautifully made beds , comfortable pillows and comfortable bed , perfect tog duvet . Fruit tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge filled with goodies.

The only thing I would say is not having a radiator in the bathroom. Which by no means affects the property at all. It isn’t a complaint just an observation which I personally would have added if I’d been the designer.

Very beautiful rooms, everything is brand new as the hotel seems fully renovated. Great location, clean, friendly staff.

Rooms are smaller than the photos. There is no place in the bathroom to hang towels (there was a small hanger but broken), there is no telephone in the rooms and there isn't an espresso machine, or milk for the instant coffee provided. Additionally, only two pillows (one for each person) on the bed, that makes it a bit difficult to watch tv. It is a very nice hotel but still under construction with room for improvement.

The location was great. The staff were pleasent. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Not enough seasonal, fresh fruit at breakfast, only apples and oranges. Could not find any butter. The coffee was too weak. The shower gel despenser in the shower cubicle was almost empty and no hard soap bars/discs were available. The pillows were hard and high, no choice of a softer, flatter pillow.
