The room corresponded precisely with its description herein, no unforeseen deviations. It was maintained in a state of perfect cleanliness. The establishment enjoys a most advantageous position in the very heart of the city, and may be found with great ease from the airport. Just on the next street lies a delightful thoroughfare brimming with splendid eateries; I would be remiss not to mention ‘Mihailo’ and ‘Hari’s Creperie’ as particularly noteworthy, though all offered commendable fare. All members of the staff exhibited a commendable skill of the English language. Of particular note was a gentleman adorned with tattoos (Matija, if I could spell his name correctly), his graciousness, good humour, and obliging nature did much to elevate our trip. Truly, he was a most engaging fellow, the very picture of geniality.

The external appearance of the building did inspire within me a quiet gratitude that earthquakes are foreign to Serbia’s soil. While I understand that hotel customs vary by nation, I had humbly anticipated the provision of a kettle and a few porcelain cups for the brewing of tea or coffee.

The hotel was great ,top location ,staff were very helpful and courteous,beds comfortable and room clean , air-conditioning was quiet and efficient but what let it down was the breakfast, it was terrible.we ended up not eating there ..

The staff really made my stay enjoyable. Even though they had many unlucky challenges to deal with (the elevator and air conditioning broke on the same day), they were really helpful and friendly. These people are the real strength of the hotel and they deserve thanks and recognition for their efforts. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel is very central, they arranged transport for me. I will stay here again.

The elevator broke twice and the air conditioning broke, but these problems were fixed quickly.

The staff were super helpful to advise us about where to go for meals, money exchange, and public transit. Both desk staff who helped us were very friendly, and their English was excellent so sommunication was easy as well.

The shower head holder was loose so anging the water for showering was a bit tricky. The carpets seemed a bit worn or dirty near the entry and bathroom doors. The booking.com listing was misleading as we had filtered the search for airport shuttle, but discovered after booking that it was at an additional cost.

Unexpectably pleasant, clean and comfortable premises. In fairly good condition, although the last renovation was some time ago. Buffet breakfast is fine, not great but reasonably good in terms of diversity and quality. But the main merit is the location. Very central and close to major tourist attractions. Also the staff is professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Essentially, everything is fine. A slight refurbishment wouldn’t hurt. 😊

Location, staff, customer service, property standard were great. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and balcony was superb. Helping with anything or information by staff is really fantastic.

Not reachable by car; have to walk for around 80 meters to enter the hotel. same once check out which is difficult with luggage specially if those are heavy. Breakfast start time is late, it should be from 7.00 am instead of 8.00 am. There was no tea-coffee in the room. Check out time is too early at 10.00 am which I never see anywhere I visited in the world.

Everything was great! The location of the hotel was great and very comfortable! The room was spotless and clean! The breakfast menu was great ! Special thanks to the staff who helped us in every question that we had! In the last day that we left - Mateo , From the reception in the hotel helped us and with his help we managed to get to our flight and with his help we made our flight! Thank you Mateo!!

The hotel has reception and a small restaurant on the ground floor, and rooms at 6th and 7th floors. It has a great location downtown near a street with many restaurants, easy to go pretty much everywhere in the center of Belgrade just by walking. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel seem to be pretty new. The rooms were big, we also had a nice view towards the new city and Danube or Sava, not so sure which.

Breakfast is poor, 95% the same every day (fried and boiled eggs, boiled cheep sausages, 2 types of salami, some ham or pastrami, feta and another cheese, pickled cucumbers, olives, corn and sliced cucumbers, yoghurt, milk, cereals, some gem and butter I think, some cheep nasty cake, apple and orange juice, coffee). For the amount of money requested I've seen much better... The room has a cooler not refrigerator, no water heating cup. We found hair on the towels and bedsheets... Overall, not really a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel to stay for few nights! The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Location is great, right in the center. Staff is friendly and very helpful! They organized the taxi for us to take us to airport very early in the morning.

Shower has no door, so the bathroom floor gets wet easily. The plugs next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to charge our phones on the desk. We didn’t have breakfast there because we saw that it wasn’t international. Just Serbian breakfast (eggs, cold cuts, etc.), no croissant or anything sweet

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big compared to other European hotels. It was pretty modern. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect everything is walking distance to the old city of Belgrade. Lots of restaurants around and they are very cheap and the food in most is very tasty.

There was a problem with the shower where the water were just flowing out of the shower bay. We were lacking USB ports. There is no laundry service in/by the hotel. So if you stay long term it is a problem. The balcony was very narrow and facing the roofs of the apartment building across the street, so was pretty much useless. I would not suggest to pay extra to have a balcony. Also, unless you speak Serbian, the TV is useless. AS it is not a smart TV, you cannot cast movies from you own tablet/computer, which was quite annoying.
