Ambient enjoyed not only by us but many kings, presidents, , stars , scientists, artists, high dignitaries from all over the world with their framed photograph along the corridors on all floors. To just name few, the likes of Brad Pitt, Nicola Tesla, Kirk Douglas, Peter Ustinov, Nehru, Von Karajan, and many more Day and night lovely live music played on piano by different pianists one of them , charming pianist Bojana with her elegance and demeanor. Valet parking service and friendly staff. Hotel's excellent location and its grand decor.

Would prefer less salt in the food . Mattress somewhat lumpy

We booked due to the historic nature of this property and family memories of it. The staff was absolutely amazing. They strive to meet every need you may have and for us, met every one. Its location makes it very easy to walk to many of the historic destinations in Belgrade, the waterfront, the pedestrian walks, shops and restaurants.

We had a couple little issues with WiFi connectivity but honestly it wasn’t a big deal for our purposes but if you are a business traveler it may impact your stay. The staff did mention they had been dealing with it a few days before.

Everything was very nice. We were very pleased with everything. Just a small suggestion, you can increase the breakfast options. It was the same thing every time. We would like you to specify pork products, especially so that guests coming to the facility can distinguish them. Everything else was very nice. 10/10 points. Of course, the best part of the facility is the receptionist Marija. He took care of every question we had and answered every need we had. My husband and I flew to Belgrade for a 3-day weekend and wanted to stay at this hotel. The experience turned out to be wonderful: — A convenient central location within walking distance of landmarks, shops, and restaurants — A delicious and diverse breakfast accompanied by live piano music — A clean room with a comfortable bed — There was even a small gym where we managed to work out, followed by a relaxing sauna session (by the way, the spa and gym were included in the booking, which was very convenient) — The staff was very polite and attentive — they even prepared breakfast boxes for us on checkout day since we had an early flight and were leaving the hotel at 4 AM. This was our fourth visit to Belgrade, and out of all the places we've stayed, Hotel Moskva had the best price-to-quality ratio. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The staff is amazing, we stay here every time we visit Serbia and we have always had a great stay here. Our stay this time, our room was a bit small, and my husband asked if we could be moved and we were moved right away. The accommodations are wonderful.

We had a two night stay with the Spa package and he jacuzzi was not operational the first day, the second day it was not, but when we asked if it could be fixed, they complied and we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi for at least 1 day (which happened to be the day of the protest too)

Our first time here - lovely duplex (2-storey) rooms very convenient if you’re travelling with kids (adds some privacy), lots of charge points over the room. The hotel is a historic building though an ideal adaptation to modern needs. Very central location on Terazije, near Knez Mikhailova with lots of bars & restaurants. Very good breakfast with an open terrace and live music (piano man at breakfast!). Helpful staff, very often same-day discounts are available.

May be loud from outside ie traffic and bars around (but you can close the windows).

The staff are incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. It’s the perfect place to experience Belgrade’s culture and history while enjoying exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, and the room interiors might benefit from a touch of renovation. Also, we were glad we brought our own hairdryer, as the one provided was a bit dated. However, these small details didn’t impact the comfort or enjoyment of our stay.

Don’t have irons and charge per garment, quite expensive. Don’t have parking included, charge extra as it’s down the street. Although it is valet it’s convenient. Probably could do with a technology upgrade as tv’s only had cable and didn’t have any streaming nor could you stream from phones. Kids take their games with them, and tv’s were locked down and we couldn’t even connect the switch to them.

The location is great & the furnishings are beautiful. Bed & pillows were not very comfortable & felt like they were worn & needed to be replaced. Couch in the room was extremely old, sunken & so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on it. Staff at front desk were not very friendly either & looked annoyed when you tried to talk with them. Restaurant/cafe staff are much better, helpful & personable. However, the breakfast was the best with so much variety!

Bed is not comfortable & felt worn & overused. Couch was sunken & we weren’t able to sit on it, extremely uncomfortable. Front desk staff not so friendly & looked annoyed most of the time.

Probably one of the best locations in the city. The bell boy took care of bringing our luggage to the room. For guests who do not want to use the minibar they offer to clear the fridge to allow space for the guest’s own items. Our ‘regular’ room was spacy and offered an excellent city view. The internet capacity was more than sufficient for all our devices. The room had an electric kettle and complimentary tea and sugar. The breakfast is excellent and meticulously arranged with fresh items and a genuine attentive, helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is served inside or outside, accompanied by a pianist discretely providing a soft musical accompaniment to the eggs and bacon or a crisp petite pain au chocolat. The plug in our bathtub was defect and repaired, literally within minutes, when reported. All staff members – at the front desk, housekeeping and in the restaurant were super nice, smiling, polite and helpful.

Why only complementary tea in the room. Why not instant coffee? The concierge service has a problem. In the afternoon of our second day, we asked for help to visit a specific touristic venue in town. In the evening, nothing was prepared, so we asked again and got the impression that we would receive the requested guidance the next morning. However, the following morning, nothing was prepared and we wasted 35 minutes waiting time with a junior front desk employee, whilst other guests were queuing to check out behind us. Eventually we got away with a messy explanation and five post-it with scattered notes. Not convincing.
