The location is amazing, view is okay-ish. You could see the beautiful hotel Moskva and the park underneath. It takes like 2-3 minutes to get to the main street and I mean for me it was perfect as I stayed only one day. The closet had additional blankets and pillows which was great since we did get cold at some point during the night. There is a bunch of bars/restaurants/coffee shops around, my favorite being the one in the park just downstairs with a beautiful view. Also the main bus station is some 10 minutes by foot. The lady working there was also really nice and helpful!

Some issues I noticed, and for me it wasn't that big of a deal but I guess it's worth mentioning. It's lacking the small stuff, like the bathroom light above the mirror was removed, there was only two power sockets in the apartment, out of which one was for TV so if you don't have a power strip and have more than one device, you'd be out of luck. In the bathroom, cabinet door underneath the sink were broken and held by a tissue paper that was wedged in between, kinda funny to see but I don't personally mind such small things.

The location is only a few minutes walk from the main shopping street , with loads of good restaurants nearby The room size was ok for a single traveler, room Wasn’t cleaned ( but I knew that before I arrived) Only saw one member of staff and think her name was Suzanne, who was extremely friendly, asked for fresh towels and when I came back had fresh towels in my room Getting in to my room was very easy , details and codes were sent before I arrived Wi/fi was good If I ever came back to Belgrade would stay here again

I had a room with window facing the road , so traffic was a bit loud ( but still managed to sleep ) No safe in room , but building is very secure

It was clean and very close to center

Our room was on upstairs and it was really hard to carry to baggages. There was no elevator

Perfect location,in the heart of Belgrade,close to Knez Mihajlova street,vintage hotels Moskva and Balkan,with perfect street view. Very helpful and polite staff at reception(Mrs Susanna). The building is old but stylish reminiscing old elegant Belgrade culture. A very good bakery around the corner and a bus stop at Zeleni Venac from where you can take a bus to take you literally everywhere in Belgrade. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Small room and bathroom but very,very clean. A/C works very well.

Hotel is perfectly located in the city center, iconic Moskva hotel is right across the street. Mihailova street is literally 3 minutes walk, you will find anything you need there, restaurants, cafes, bars. Shops etc. Bus #72 is just down the street, and it takes you to airport for only 90 dinar. room is clean and warm. Stuffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Maya. room is neat and warm. they clean them on daily basis.

I see some reviews talking about soundproof issue. During my stay, I had a wonderful neighbour, never made any noise. You do hear people walking by, it’s an old building, and wooden floor. I guess it depends on your luck, if you encounter some loud and careless tourist, you are screwed. Like any other places.

prilikom dolaska neprijatno iznenađenje - u vili nije bilo nikoga od osoblja. Lijepo je što je ostavljen broj telefona, ali bi bilo još bolje da se instrukcije o ulasku pošalju 1-2 dana ranije, a ne jedan sat prije. Nemamo svi internet kada smo u drugoj državi. - hodnik i stepenište su prvih nekoliko dana mog boravka bili prilično prljavi.

I am a solo traveller. I liked the location in the heart of Belgrade, close to all important places but also well connected to distant ones. Then, I liked the coziness and cleaniness of the room, provided with all that I needed. The staff was very kind and also very helpful, because my check in time was at around midnight, so I got all the instructions needed. That means they are very flexible and ready to make you enjoy your stay. This was my second time there and I do honestly recommend it.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, good price. The rooms are nicely furnishes. having a kettle is big plus. Great correspondence with the owners.

Spiral staircase is difficult to use for people with limited mobility and she you have suitcases. It was nice to stay on the first floor because of this.

The staff was really kind and helpful, everything worked out perfectly Easy check-in and check-out even when nobody was at the reception The location in the city center There currently is a construction site at the road in front of the hotel, which prevents loud traffic from driving directly at the hostel

I missed only 3 things in the room: - a shower caddy where you can place your products in - a darker curtain that would prevent the big neon sign to shine into your room during the night (it's not too important, I fell aslep at some point anyways) - most importantly: a fridge to keep drinks in during the hot days

This property is at the perfect location. In the evening, there is an outside noise from traffic and from loud passengers that you can hear in the room. The room was great, but there was some funny smell from the bathroom. It was very cold the first night, and there was a spare blanket in the room, which smelled funny. Next evening they brought a radiator. The host was great, very helpful. In general, great location and good value for money.
