Atera Business Suites is not your typical hotel — and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s located on the first floor of an office building (entrance at Kneza Mihaila 3, not 1), right in the center of Belgrade. The location is simply gorgeous, with most attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. There are also several public transport stops nearby, making it super convenient. The atmosphere inside is calm, clean, and peaceful. Everything feels new and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. The front desk staff were also extremely nice and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We didn’t use the hotel’s parking — instead, we parked in a nearby city parking lot about 400 meters away. It turned out to be a bit cheaper and easier for us. Breakfast was quite nice. While the buffet itself isn’t fancy, you can order dishes like omelets, toast, or scrambled eggs, and they prepare them fresh. The portions are generous, enough to start the day well. All in all, Atera Business Suites is a lovely, peaceful place to stay in Belgrade. It’s clean, comfortable, and ideally located — perfect for couples or anyone looking for a quiet, quality stay in the city center.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, with great reach to all turist attractions. The room was decent sized and the amenities were perfect for any stay.

I didn't like that I found a cockroach in the bathroom, in their support the cleanliness of the room was high standard, maybe the cockroach came from the window. In addition, at the bathroom door the carpet was wet. The breakfast was OK, with a menu for warm breakfast to choose from and a fair amount of options. We chose the omlettes and both were extremely oily and we couldn't finish them. Overall ok experience, hopefully they improve the breakfast.

The location is exceptional right at the start of the pedestrian area with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. We were very pleased with AC that was absolutely essential in the scorching heat this summer. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the midst of the activities. The rooms are vey spacious, a big difference from other old European cities.

Unfortunately, the spa services were not available, which was very disappointing.

Center of everything ! 2 min walk to republic square 5 min to bohemian quarter. Walk out the door and you’re at all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast disorder by a menu and the food is very good. The restaurant is fun to just hang out and all day as well or if you need to leave your luggage and get a drink while you wait. Slippers in the bath Robe is a bonus Very comfortable bed.

Needs more lighting in hallway and new carpet

Great hotel, in the middle of town. Walking distance from just about everything. The room was big, clean, and well worth the price! And the breakfast was more than excellent!

The parking is a bit odd, because someone from the hotel staff needs to walk to the beginning of the pedestrian area to let you out. But it is no problem, and you can park in a sheltered and guarded garage.

Location is amazing, it does not get any better. Breakfast is good too. Did not get a chance to check out the Spa but its there, that's a bonus too. Was surprised to see disposable tooth brush and paste, as well as a razor. Slippers and bathrobe were also in the room.

Parking. I asked for parking but I could not find it and ended up parking at a city garage. No wonder - being in the heart of Belgrade one should expect certain parking issues.

Breakfast was superb! The location was very nice and convenient for finding a money exchange, some places for shopping, and sightseeing, and also for free walking tours.

There were some smokers in the cafeteria. Also, the elevator is not connected to the ground floor. One step or two steps I needed to move my luggage by myself. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit challenge as well.

The room was really spacious and the bed too, it was huge! Tall ceiling, good sized bathroom with a shower that can fit two people. I would totally recommend this place for a romantic weekend. The breakfast is good, the eating space is spacious and feels really chick! The hotel has an "adult" vibe, so it's perfect for couples. We also used the hotel's airport transfer option, which made our stay even more pleasant. We even had a delayed flight and they had no problem adjusting the pick-up time. Unfortunately, because of the delayed flight, we did not arrive to the hotel on the first night, but we still had to pay for it. But that is not the hotel's fault.

The view from the room is almost non-existent, but there are curtains and air-conditioning so it wasn't a big issue. The card and the card slot which were used to open the door and have electricity in the room wasn't working optimally, so many times the lights got turned off in the room and bathroom.

Perfect location in the city, almost on the main city square. Staff is absolutely fantastic and professional. Great choice of breakfast options that are freshly made. Clean and tidy rooms. Most likely will be back in Belgrade and for sure I will stay here again.

Only inconvenience that we had was with the missing water supply during one night, but that had nothing to do with the hotel (whole city block was out of water due to maintenance)

Very good breakfast service and a good thumbs up to the friendly and helpful waitress / bartender. Hope to meet her again. Even when we were upset for some hotel inconveniences, she was able to make us smile.

The bathroom in the rooms need an urgent renovation and the reception staff should be more proactive in problem solving and helping guests most of all if they are tourists, prividing them with travel tips or pieces of advice. Guests need more, considering price & position. Mostra traduzione
