This hotel has the WoW factor! Super cool design of the hotel. Almost hidden in the main pedestrian zone. The room whilst small, was impeccably clean. The bathroom also. I loved the details in the room. Coffee maker was a blast. The staff were amazing from the minute I arrived, so friendly and accommodating. Assisted me in a very professional manner to get my lost luggage from the airport. Breakfast was very good. Location wise - it's an ideal base for exploring Belgrade, it is just a few steps to major attractions and all the good spots. Will definitely be back!

This is a smart modern property that has taken over two sides of a courtyard between two of Belgrade's most popular pedestrian street. Our room overlooked the street but we had no problem with noise. Like any indigo breakfast is nice and thoughtful, a selection that is large enough, but not too massive, served in a very nice room. Staff on reception were excellent for giving local recommendations. We used Booking.com's option to get a prebook taxi for £18 which was excellent value and really convenient. The restaurant area looked really nice- although we didn't use it this time.

The website needs to be clear: if you want a twin room book the room that is called twin - not just a normal room with a bed preference - they don't guarantee to honour this - I don't know why it's an option. We had to cancel this and rebook for a twin. There is no direct road access - a taxi will get you close, but you'll have to walk the last 5 minutes. Look on google maps in advance, it can be accessed from both sides.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Belgrade, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Belgrade on Knez Mihailova Street. This vibrant area is the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city, surrounded by an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants that add to the lively atmosphere. The rooms at Hotel Indigo are beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat after a day of sightseeing. Speaking of the staff, they were truly exceptional. A special shoutout to Filip, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His assistance and friendly demeanor really stood out.

While everything was top-notch, there was a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning system. It's not possible to adjust the temperature directly from the room; however, the front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and will happily set it to your desired temperature upon request.

Very central and unique location right in the middle of a pedestrian street lined with shops, cafes, restaurants and wine bars. Close to parking. In-house terrace restaurant offers excellent food and drinks and is popular with the local fashionable set. Room with balcony was quite small, but other rooms larger. Great design/decor. Great in-room coffee and glassware. Very good breakfast. Was the last stay for us on a 10 day trip to the region and what set this hotel apart was above all the service. Every single staff member from booking to front desk to housekeeping to food service was extremely helpful and professional. Outstanding.

Note that taxis/drop off will be a short walk and not directly in front of hotel. Roller bags preferable. Shower pressure regulated, but was ok. Pillows could have been better. Still, would stay again.

At first I was hesitant, due to some of the reviews of the hotel on this app, but I trusted my instincts and I don’t think I was wrong. Respectfully, I disagree with the complaints that have been made as they seemed rather minimal, avoidable and/or easily inferred from the hotel’s profile. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled due to how off-putting some of them had been and how disproportionately it seems to be reflected in person. While there may be some aspects about the hotel that do not appeal to specific travellers (it’s location near eateries, not having road access, the design of the shower, size of wardrobe, etc.); these factors were, personally, not a very big inconvenience. I would also like to commend the staff for being above-and-beyond courteous, warm and welcoming. Aleksa and Ivana, particularly stood out in terms of their excellent service, though every single staff member we interacted with had been a lovely exchange. Perhaps the management has changed recently or maybe the hotel is slowly improving since their opening. Either way, I hope people are not deterred by the reviews unduly and do their proper research about the property and their amenities before booking. Especially since they seem to be more than happy to help you with anything you need or any questions you may have. I wish you all, all the best. Thank you for being remarkably welcoming in what can be such an inhospitable world.

This was my first time in Serbia and I was delighted to find this hotel. Most impressive were the staff at the front desk and restaurant. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night when I needed to leave for the airport at 4:00 AM. The staff vastly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the best part of the old city, just a few minutes walk from the castle park and one block from the Square of the Republic. Close to all the restaurants and nightlife, but in a quite and peaceful spot. The design and decor are fun, funky, comfortable, classy, and contemporary. The restaurant and courtyard terrace are absolutely wonderful on a warm autumn night. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional -- outstanding food and I particularly appreciated the local wine recommendations from the waiter.

We had a perfect stay at the Indigo Belgrade. We would especially like to emphasise the great staff, who helped us at all times and were always there for us. The hotel is very modern and clean, a really nice boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. It is right in the centre and you can reach everything on foot. It is clear to us that from now on, we will only book this hotel when we are in Belgrade. The breakfast was also great (I had avocado bread and eggs benedicts). The rooftop bar is a real eye-catcher with the great street art paintings on the walls! The drinks are great too. EVERYTHING TOP AND PERFECT! definitely 10 out of 10

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, although it is on a pedestrian street so its slightly harder to get a taxi directly to it (but its totally worth it!). We were given an upgrade which was great; the room was clean and the air con worked well as it was 38 degrees when we were there. The bathroom was huge and I really liked the shower. Breakfast was good, and there was enough choice without the hot food that could be ordered. The staff were really friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back

The service at breakfast and in the rooftop area could have been improved as we often had to ask for coffee.
