The location was perfect, right in the city center. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The A/C worked well, and the street-noise was almost non-existent, even though there were some bars near the hotel. The price was great for the location, facilities, and the service.

It was a bit of a challenge to go up with the suitcases because the hotel was on the forth floor, and in some cases there there was no elevators (but that staircase was tiny, and right after it there was an elevator to get from the 0.5 floor to the 4th floor). The bedding had some stains, but the towels were clean.

The apartments and the suits are located in a great place, right in the heart of the City. The person at the reception desk very friendly. Take care, that the apartments are loacated in the building accross the street from the suites (where the reception is). We found this out after excalating 5 floors by foot because the elevator was not working. The receptionist helped us carry our bags accross the street. The apartment was verry nice furnished with alot of style and you can tell they’ve spent alot of money decorating it. It had heated floor so it was a delight.

We stayed in one of the apartments. The doors don’t close, not even the one from the bathroom. They have handles but they don’t have knobs stay closed… The shower was also disastrous, the one form the ceiling spills all over and the one to hold in hand could barely be hanged. And final thing we did not like, but this is something regular in Serbia… the smell of cigarette smoke all over the apartment.

Great location and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff, no question there. The staff and cleaning crew were super friendly.

The air conditioner made loud clicking noises throughout the night. Also, the headboard clearly needed to be replaced due to two marks of people’s heads that wore through the fabric. The floor appeared to be covered in hair.

So the location was in the city centre, so literally, you are living between an open-door shopping centre. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was on top of their game.

So this is an intersting one, I booked a non-cancellation non-refundable at the hotel for 2 days, and somehow I had to cancel one day stay these guys were so nice they did not charge me, so who does that in this current world? On top of that, at their reception, there is this Anilton guy who treats the guest are their own house guest; he helped me in each and every possible way. I would recommend everyone who visiting Belgrade and wanna stay near the city centre, please do stay at theirs. They are 24 by 7 available, their management is really supportive to their staff and their staff is really supportive of the guests.

A wonderful hotel. I really liked it. The room was clean. The location is right in the city center. There is a supermarket just below the windows. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We arrived at 11 AM, and the room was already ready for check-in. A special thanks to the hotel staff for that.

Place was good enough. Staff was always helpful about everything. Location was superb, in the heart of the city. We had some small problems but if I visit this city again I absolutely will stay in here.

Elevator was broken for 2 days, it did not work all the time. In our room wifi did not work very well - signal appeared and lost . Moreover, A/C was not working quietly, it had strange sound which made sleeping difficult. The rest was perfect.

The location was excellent—very central and convenient. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the electric shades worked perfectly, making the room feel cosy and private.

There was a noticeable smell in the bathroom, and I saw some mould in the corner of the shower. Also, the curtain was broken, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location was convenient and had 24/7 shop next door so could get cold drinks for room fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was not the one we'd booked. Given another room and hotel acknowledged the difference openly by offering alternative compensation for the inconvenience. Much appreciated gesture
