We were a group of three, renting a double/deluxe room and a suite (superior first, then switching to junior one) - for a total period of 10 days. The junior suite - which is actually an apartment with kitchen and washer - was the most comfortable option for us. The double/deluxe room is also modern and has everything needed for a short stay. The hotel occupies space in an old residential building so in a sense you get a chance to live like a local - in the heart of Belgrade's pedestrian district - at a reasonable price! The receptionists at Prince Hall - Rebeka, Susana and Ivana - were excellent, helping with every request (calling taxis, printing boarding passes, etc). We would recommend Prince Hall to others. It's also steps away from pharmacies, Maxi and DM markets, all kinds of shops, cafes and an A1 store, when you can buy a local SIM card for your phone.

The small bathroom

Everything was fine, the location very convenient, in the centre of the city, in a pedestrian area. Cabs usually stopped at the nearest point where you can get to the hotel and you can even go through large shops like Reserved and H&M to exit to the next street, ul. Kniaza Mihailova. There is a lift and the reception is on floor 1. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the staff as well. The room was large, there were minibar and a hair dryer.

The smell from the canalisation in the bathroom but I think it might be common everywhere in Belgrade.

1. great location: at the main shopping area in the old city, in the center of everything 2. very good staff and service: during my stay I met three staff, all of them were trying their best to help and to accommodate our needs. They recommended a super nice driver who took us to Studenica Monastery, they suggested a better option for our travel to Novi Sad. Special thanks to the lady in our last day who went to "warn" our neighbor to keep quiet in the night. 3. breakfast: we enjoyed the varieties of the food, and the warm atmosphere at breakfast. The place for breakfast is quite small but cozy.

1. the bathroom in our suite is just too small. We took the 48sqm suite as we are 3 people. The size of the bathroom is tiny comparing with the size of the room. 2. the room next to ours does not belong to our hotel. The guests there were having parties every night till 3-4am! It's impossible to sleep at all for the first two nights. I understand it is not the hotel's fault but it did affect our overall experience.

Perfect location. The exit from the building is right on Knez Mihailova street. Nice room. Great facilities. I will definitely come back

The street is only with pedestrian access and could be difficult to carry the luggage. Also for parking. Elevator unfriendly but useful. Rooms look nice but some of them have view to the inner courtyard that is low. An outside AC fan makes noise and you have to stay with the window closed. A slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The aspects mentioned above are not necessarily negative, but you must know them before booking.

I liked the location. The room is small, but nice. There was some noise during the night coming from heat pumps that are placed below the room windows. Room doors should be fixed as they're shaking if anyone comes through the corridor or opens another door.

Location right in the middle of everything.

I rented the Junior Suite with the street view… I don’t think that all rooms are the same as this one, but this one definitely has some major issues… The shower has a very low pressure and it can not be hanged on the wall, the bathroom actually sticks all the time because of the poor drainage, the floor is squeeking anywhere you’d step, the windows are old and not isolating the sound properly, the king size bad had an old partly ripped off mattress… that junior suite is definitely not a 4star room…

The location is amazing! Right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the Fortress and waterfront. Numerous restaurants in the area, but the room was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast included to get your day of walking started.

Stayed for 3 days and only received 2 small bottles of water upon arrival. When we asked reception we were told that is all you receive which we felt was unacceptable.

I liked the hotel, location, the room, and the breakfast and that the staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue with the place is that they do not use Hvala Tips so that I could tip the cleaner with card as I don't carry cash.

Even if it’s on perfect location in the city center, pedestrian street, I expected to be loud but really it wasn’t. Bed was like cloud if you asked me I slept like a baby. I have to say, staff was super polite. I had special requests for vegetarian meals and milk and they respected it. I wanted late check out and it wasn’t problem and they even organize me transfer to airport.

Basically there is nothing to complain about.
