The staff at reception were helpful; they gave us a kettle per our request and allowed us to leave the bags after check-out until our departure to the airport. The bed was wide and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the walking distance from many historic places of old Belgrade, and also in the walking distance from Zeleni Venac bus terminal, so it's convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

The bathroom is quite small in size, although it had everything we needed. We had to wait for 20 mins for check-out because there was no one at reception.

The hotel is located super close to the center - just a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street with most of the important places and bus connections. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the small fridge was a nice addition at over 30 °C (though it was not very powerful). Helpful staff.

The bathroom was very cramped. A lamp near the bed would be nice. The walls aren't very soundproof - I was between 2 other rooms and it got really noisy when someone took a shower. That's not great when the people in one room come home very late and the people in the other room get up very early. The street looked a bit scary when I arrived but it was fine.

It was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, available for every question and need of ours,, and very good hosts. The facility is 5 min walking to the Knez Mihailova street (10min for us, we were with a baby and walked with a stroller).

Our room had a very little daylight, almost none. The parking was not from the property, one time we were searching for a spot for half an our. We travelled around the Easter holidays and everything was full.

Located on an alley which is generally quiet day and night (a school is opposite to the hotel, but not much noise in the daytime either), the hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the main bus station. Within walking distance to main shopping areas and many dining options around the area. The room is spacious and comfy. Cleanliness is impeccable. Reception staff is nice.

On colder days, the heater may not be strong enough. But once all windows closed, that shouldn't be a huge problem.

Good location, reasonably priced for a weekend trip. Friendly staff, airport taxi available for €30 or around 3500 local currency. Let the hotel when we were going to arrive and we checked in 2hrs early

Compromised head height in the bathroom/toilet and wet room style shower which left the floor wet and slippy. Only minor things and I assume not all rooms are the same. Wouldn’t put me off staying again at all.

Hotel was close to the city center so we could walk to many sightseeing places. The bad was comfortable and room had mini refrigerator and air conditioner which was very important for us in those extremely hot days.

The bathroom was small and there was no parking lot but we left our car at a city garage close to hotel

Quiet place, the room was clean. The place is situated in a convenient location, close to all the city attractions, in the heart of the old city. Friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were largely very pleasant and would greet you everyday. The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect for someone wanting to explore the city without sacrificing a good night's sleep.

One particular receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood on the Saturday night I stayed there and she made it very obvious.

Great value and in a great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly.

We did have a problem with the AC but the staff very quickly sorted out the problem.

Location was good. Easy to access. Comfortable bed. Shower was always hot. Aircon worked great. Felt very safe. Great value for money.

Bathroom smelled a little for the first day. Very small bathroom- fine for 1 person. But the room could sleep 3 people.
