ideal location between two quiet streets in the very centre, and still very easy access to public transport the staff very cordial and caring, so the best idea would be to ask if there is a slightest problem

some of the rooms may have little or no view at all, we were lucky with a free upgrade but without it our initial order might have been a disappointment for a longish stay like ours breakfasts get a bit monotonous - unless you’re into the game of omelette building kit also, everything in belgrade seems to be overpriced at the moment, so this is rather a general consideration for trip planning

This is a cozy boutique hotel with the best location. The hotel staff are friends of the guests, giving the most friendly feelings

Elevator - It worked a little strangely. You had to ask for dental kits separately.

Absolutely perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade for whichever reason. The location is sublime for tourists and business travelers alike, the staff (in all departments, starting from the reception, the colleagues at the breakfast bar, and the cleaning personnel) were all 5-star worthy. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable, not to mention the room size was astonishing (we stayed in a junior suite). All our desires and queries were immediately answered and we even got our clothes cleaned at the laundry a day before we had expected.

It was a perfect stay, nothing to remark: I was initially worried that the front-facing street (Marsala Birjuzova) might be noisy as it was mentioned in previous reviews but it is not the case of rooms in higher floors.

We stayed in the VIP Suite for our wedding, because we needed a big room for my wife's make-up artist, the photographer and other friends on the day of the wedding. It was really nice: good service, spacious room, good view from the window, decor wasn't too tacky. I would recommend it.

Nothing was too bad. The food from room service was unremarkable, but it didn't have a negative impact on my stay. The street the hotel is located on is a bit dirty/ugly at ground level, but that's not unusual for Belgrade and didn't bother me. It was obviously quite expensive, but I'm only planning on getting married once, so it was an acceptable expense.

Great location. Very nicely appointed boutique hotel with lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Carafe of water and little homemade sweet treats left out each day and bowl of fruit during the stay (4 nights) was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent in their very nicely furnished cafe. All in all, good value for money.

Unfortunately I, personally, found the bed uncomfortable as the mattress was hard (my partner on the other hand slept soundly as he prefers a hard mattress - at home we have a king size mattress split into medium and hard level of support!) I lay on top of the duvet which helped, but perhaps they might have toppers to make more comfortable. The room, which was the base level, was very well equipped and lit, but lacked natural light due to looking into a light well and was an odd shape which meant it wasn’t so roomy, but not a dealbreaker at the price we paid.

Townhouse 27 is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for the city centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming no matter the hour or the question. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it was lovely to be able to eat outside in the morning sunshine. There’s a great selection which changes daily. We travelled with friends in June, and although the weather was hot the hotel air conditioning was fantastic! I recommend the suites and it’s great to have a lounge area to use with our friends.

Everything is good is an understatement ! This hotel exceeded my expectations and worths all positive feedback here. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and all staff went out of their way to provide any services. The breakfast was nice with good variety. They even went out of their way when my girls liked the pancake and the next day they prepared it again.. Location is excellent to explore Belgrade city centre walking.. The room was perfect for our need as a family with young kids as opposed to other hotels. I would definetely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Belgrade and hopefully we will stay there again !

The property looked so cute and very clean. I liked the interiors and the entire set up as it seemed very cozy. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. Location was also good and it was close to all the places I wanted to go. Special mention, my first night in Belgrade it was snowing and I couldn’t find a taxi to get back to the hotel. When I called the hotel, they arranged a taxi to come and pick me up. That was so helpful for me.

Gorgeous hotel, cleans stylish, friendly and welcoming staff. We were upgraded to a lovely suite and it was really spacious. It sounds crazy but the hotel smelt fantastic throughout and breakfast made loads of effort with our vegan requests! The hotel is easy walking distance to pretty much everything in the city centre and the bus/tram network. Absolutely fantastic hotel!

Our only slight complaint was the temperature in the room. As it’s winter the heating was set to ON and we couldn’t turn anything up or down. It wasn’t a disaster but the room was boiling!

The bed is very big and comfortable however the pillows could be better. Welcome snacks are super tasty! I liked a lot the high ceilings and big windows. The room itself is very spacious. Breakfast are quite good.

The hotel is overrated in my opinion. Not sure it is 4* hotel. First, at the entrance the do not have a ramp so you have to lift suitcase up stairs. Same inside the hotel - they have an elevator but it stops between the floors. Of course at the check-in the man at the reception suggested help but at the checkout I had to do it on my own. sound insulation is not very good also. the furniture in the room is a bit old fashioned and looks cheap. Coffee in the restaurant is bad.
