Superb Luxury Suites in Belgrade exceeded our expectations for an 8-night stay! The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the spacious, clean rooms made our long stay comfortable. Despite being in an older area, the bathroom facilities (hot water, sifon) were fuctioning without any problems. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like the free water, coffee, and herbal teas, as well as plenty of storage space and hangers. The housekeeping service was great and responsive to our requests for fresh towels and sheets. Our room faced the street, which has a pub nearby, so there was some lively local music at night. While it didn’t bother us, light sleepers might prefer to request a quieter room on the other side. Special thanks to Vladimir, who was incredibly helpful with arranging airport transfers and making us feel at home. The New Year’s gesture of champagne left in our room was such a delightful surprise! For improvement, we’d suggest adding another mirror outside the bathroom for convenience and maybe providing slippers for guests—especially useful during the colder months when heating in the entrance area of the room was a bit challenging. But honestly, these are minor details in an otherwise flawless experience. Overall: Highly recommend! It's one of the best places we've stayed in Belgrade, offering excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

Beautifully decorated rooms, we stayed in one of their luxury suites and enjoyed a spacious room with a comfortable bed, soft linens, and plush pillows. Bathroom was good size, plenty of towels and nice toiletries with a strong pressure, hot shower. There was a nice seating area, plenty of storage for our luggage, and a side board set up with a tea kettle, coffee machine, tea/ coffee/ sugar, and a small refrigerator. Wifi signal was good and reliable. Located next to the popular pedestrian street, Knez Mihailova Street, there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafés and bars right as you step out this boutique hotel. Though it's a busy area, our room was quiet in the evenings, we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The Belgrade fortress was also located within a few minutes walk, where we enjoyed a breath taking sunset on our last evening. The best part of our stay was the attention and service provided by Vladimir. He provided great recommendations to local restaurants, regional wines to try, and things to do. We appreciated his messages in the mornings checking to make sure we'd had a comfortable sleep or anything else that we'd need. Communication prior to our stay was easy through whatsapp, and helpful when we arrived as we were offered transportation to the property due to our late arrival at the bus station. We were also offered transportation to the airport, which was quick, efficient and reasonably priced compared to a taxi fare or transport service. His customer service went above and beyond, making us feel like valued guests. We highly recommend this property and will surely stay here on a return visit as there is so much to see and do in Belgrade

Our 3-day trip to Belgrade was an amazing experience, and staying at this hotel made it even better! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had perfect lighting, giving us a warm, home-like feeling. The hotel’s terrace was also a nice touch for those who smoke. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Vladimir! He didn’t just enhance our hotel experience—he made our entire trip more enjoyable and secure. From arranging our airport transfers to recommending the best places in the city, he was incredibly helpful. Thanks to him, we got to explore Belgrade in the best possible way. The hotel’s location was also one of the best in the city, making it easy to reach everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!

Suite is really big and located in a heart of Old Belgrade. Literally in 5 minutes from most of main sightseengs of Belgrade. There are coffee machine, iron and hair dryer right in the suite. The host is absolutelly great man and will help you with anything tou need.

Not a minus, but you should be aware of these two things in case if you have some disabilities: - there is no elevator - it is located on pedestrian street, and you won’t be able to call taxi right to the entrance

Excellent location and very nice and helpful staff. When I arrived, the TV set was out of order, and they replaced it the next day. Problems with the sink drain were also fixed in a timely manner. They were also very helpful with my lost luggage delivered from the airport. The room was beautiful and comfortable, but the noise from the restaurant below between 21 and 24 was terrible. The restaurant serves tasty breakfasts, but their lunch/dinner specials are terrible. I had the worst piece of lamb in my entire life.

On arrival TV set was broken and the sink drain was stuck on my arrival. They could check earlier whether all is fine. I got an "upgrade" room, but it came with everyday evening loud music from the restaurant below. You can't sleep.

The location is perfect, just on the end of 'Knez Mihailova', and a 1 minute distance from Kalemegdan. Check-in instructions were super easy. I did an extensive research before booking, because we were travelling with our 8 months old child, and cleanliness was our top priority. The room was really clean and regular cleaning was done daily. The room has high ceilings, an extra point. Hot water was available whenever we needed to take a bath.

The only negative thing to mention, which is not related to the property, the place next to the hotel plays really loud music. It was not a problem for us since our baby is used to sleep even in loud enviroments, but it is a thing to consider for those who may seek a quite place. But regardless of this, we would definitely choose the same hotel when coming back

Where to start. First, the apartment: really 2 rooms joined together, one a spacious sitting room, the other a queen sized bed with full canopy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom great, good shower..... Next, the location which could not have been better. Right across a square from a big shopping centre with parking; and so convenient for the whole pedestrianised centre and for the castle (our favourite attraction). But really, the highlight was our host Vladimir. When we chatted as we checked in, he was horrified that we had parked our car in the nearby shopping centre. We've since calculated that during our 2 night stay, we would have paid 70 euros. He insisted on collecting the car with me, driving it to a "special place" as I was "with hop" where the parking was free. When it came time to leave, he extricated our car for us. In between he suggested restaurants for lunch and dinner and also recommended a visit to the Nikola Tesla Museum. [Watch out - they only take cash; we did not have enough so don't know how good it might be]. In summary: a lovely apartment at a sensible price in a brilliant location and a perfect host in Vladimir. If we ever return to Belgrade, we won't hesitate to book the same venue.

There was a little music noise from the adjacent restaurant - didn't bother us at all.

Location is excellent. Apartments are great, I stayed in number 2 then in number 6. Rooms are spacious & clean. Staff make the place though. Valdimir couldn't have been more helpful & all staff including the cleaning lady were so accommodating. I stay in Belgrade a lot & by far this is the best place I've stayed. In fact, we extended our stay out by a further 3 weeks! I'll be booking here again in June. My daughter & her partner also stayed for the weekend in apartment 7 and they loved it also. Couldn't recommend it any higher.

TV channels in apartment 6 weren't as plentiful in apartment 2. Apartment 2 can also be a little nosier due to the bar downstairs.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is next to the main tourist street -Kneza Mihaila but still in a quiet environment. And it is also very close to Belgrade Fortress - the most famous tourist view point of Belgrade. For an individual guest, it is quite convenient if you do not drive a car in the downtwo of Belgrade. The receptionist is also very helpful as she studies sociology and shared her viewpoints of Yugoslavia with me. The hotel works with the restaurant nextdoor for providing the breakfast, which is of good quality.

The breakfast only will be served after 9:00am, not ideal for a tourist.
