Beautiful hotel, tasteful and spotlessly clean. Comfortable room was a good size and the location for the old town is great. Dog friendly, they even put dog bowls in the room.

Pedestrian access only so a struggle with luggage from the nearest car park and quite expensive. I used the parking filter when searching as I have a dog and quite a lot of luggage I don't want to leave in the car and the hotel said parking available. Not very convenient parking be warned. Also despite providing soya milk at breakfast nothing else was vegan and no vegan snacks in the room mini bar.

The location was amazing: Its just off of Knez Mihailova, near the fortress and very close to a lot of museums. The water pressure is very good. The tea at breakfast was AMAZİNG, perfectly brewed each time (They have a semaver/samovar). The pillows were comforable and the room was a nice size. The street was quiet and clean. I loved the breakfast, there were many salads it was very fit and light. There were atleast 3 different egg options all days.

The bathroom had a chemical smell sometimes. It might be a recent renovation. My husband didnt like the breakfast as much as me, as the meat and hot meal options weren't as many as he'd like. The accesability was not soo good. You need few steps to reach the elevator for the rooms, and breakfast hall is not accesible with elevator at all, you need to go down a flight of stairs. The big bed was not a double but 2 singles squeezed together.

Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend it - really best option in town, including the nearby breakfast cafe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Even though it is in strict centre there was no noise - double windows are doing the insulating job.

(not a big deal) Air conditioning is set globally to either warm or cool, and that can't be controlled per room. It is only awkward when temperature is between that hot/cold moments, at turns of seasons.

The location is fantastic. Air conditioning is working very well and that was much needed since we happened to be in Belgrade on some very hot days. Beds are comfortable with good quality mattresses. Receptionists are welcoming and accommodating.

Entrence in the hotel is confusing; there are two entrances next to each other and it was not clear where to enter for check in. Some signs should be put in place. Also, both entrences have stairs whiteout a ramp for people who carry heavy luggage. The same is true for getting into the elevator. It seems that smoking is allowed. In the lobby a man was smoking a cigar making it uncomfortable for us who do not tolerate smoke. We were planning of having a coffee there but left because of it. Ventilation in the bathroom could be better. There should be more hangers in the closet for hanging pants and skirts.

Location is perfect! Silent corner right in the heart of old Belgrade. Everything in step availability: cafes, bars, restaurants, historical places. pleasant and responsive personnel. we were arriving early in the morning before check-in. and we were proposed to leave luggage until our room will be ready. Also check-in is at 14:00, but we were sattled at 13:00 - big respect for that. Breakfast is good. Only 5 Euros per person. different verity of food, some salads, ham, cheese and eggs.

We were didn't warned about city taxes on the moment of writing ~160RSD per day of staying. Not big price, but it is better to be informed about extra fees.

The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff are extremely helpful. They have an airport transfer option which protects tourists from predatory taxi drivers who overcharge. The room was larger than expected, clean, I loved having a large desk to work at, and there was good natural light. Although the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, taxis are able to come to within 100m of it.

The plumbing system was noisy when other people used it during the night. The room's door let in outside noise from the corridor, and it was quite noisy during housekeeping time in the morning - easily solved with headphones though. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, but the extraction fan helped.

Nice and clean room, I loved that the double windows provided isolation from the city noise. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was really good and had vegan options! I loved that there was a toothbrush provided in the bathroom and a robe. Not every hotel has those anymore. Staff were very nice and provided me with a phone charger since I forgot mine. I really appreciate that

You can't reach the hotel by car - you have to move along the streets for about 100 metres with all your luggage. Price is a bit high for Belgrade Just one small lift: if there's a group it's a disaster - you have to climb with all your bags by stairs

Fast internet, mini bar, heating, top notch location. Great coffee in the lobby. Comfy bed. Free toiletries and slippers. High quality bed linens.

Just a lot of unfinished things, including a ventilation hatch in the bathroom fixed to the wall by.. a tape. Sloppy cleaning (limescale under the sink was years old). 3 out of 10 soundproofing (when you hear your neighbour upstairs taking a shower at 4AM). I mean. The reception team is great, but 1 receptionist (in glasses) was completely ignorant and ruined the whole impression about the staff. The cleaning team was using the guests elevator during the cleaning (the staff elevator was out of service) It wasn't perfect, but nothing is perfect. So it's 9 out of 10. For the effort to make this place better. And compared to other hotels in the Old town, Capital Garni was very very very decent

The location is perfect, very central with plenty of cafés and restaurants close by, yet it is in a quiet pedestrian street. Staff at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Christina for all the helpful tips and taking the trouble to show me where to buy weekly bus passes and where to take the bus for the swimming pool.

Toilet flush in the bathroom was a little bit weak.
