Αmazing location, very friendly staff. The room was large, comfortable, clean, with a king size bed, nice bathroom, beautiful city view, very quiet. The breakfast was also very nice. Not dozens of options, but everything was very well cooked. The rooftop bar is also great and everything in this hotel feels cozy.

Hotels like this one should have toiletries and flip flops. In addition to that, I've spent 50+ stays in various hotels. From 1* to 5* and I was never rejected some extra bottles of waters (of course by paying an extra amount). We've asked for 4 bottles of water at 01:15am and they told us that this is not possible because the bar was closed and they couldn't charge the bottles, not even credit them to our room and have us pay for them at the check out. This is the first time, ever, of encoutering a situation like this.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Beyond its excellent location and everything around it, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. We received outstanding service from the entire team, always smiling, kind, and highly attentive. They went above and beyond when I requested a late check-out, allowing me to stay at the hotel until my taxi arrived. I did not have breakfast included in my stay, so I cannot provide feedback on that. There is a gym but I did not use it. A special thank you to the amazing front desk team, Alexander, Nikola, and Katharina — for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service. They were always helpful and responsive to every question or request. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

Mama Shelter has a very good position, being situated on the main street of Belgrade, having easy access to the main park of the city, the old town, and the commercial center it is connected with. The room was big, the view was nice, and the staff was always smiling and eager to help. I must also add that the breakfast area and the breakfast itself were a very nice experience.

While I have seen before in the reviews that toiletries are not offered due to environmental reasons, and same for slippers, seeing it for sale at the reception looks like a way to drive revenue at the cost of the confort of guests. For this kind of brand and hotel I think this is a shame and should be included in the cost.

Amazing hotel very cool decorated with exceptional location in the middle of downtown. Staff was always very helpful and friendly and the room (large double room) had a stunning view to the park of the castle with all the commodities you can wish for. The breakfast was excellent, with a very broad selection of food and drinks, and the rooftop with live DJ‘s was just the best! Very convenient, that the hotel is located in the middle of a shopping centre, in case you forgot to pack something for your trip 😊

A little more amenities would be great (hair shampoo, shower gel), since we only had one little piece of each for 2 people. We could however have asked for and it was super welcoming, that we were granted juices, fruits and delicious cookies as a welcome gift, what a thoughtful treat!

The reception staff went above and beyond to assist and answer any queries - check in/out was seamless and I could store my luggage for a few hours on my last day and reception also ordered a taxi for me to the airport. The room was great, really good size, the bed was really comfortable and the free movies were a great bonus. Location was fantastic, once you get used to the fact its on top of a shopping centre but then the view from the rooftop would not be as good. The rooftop bar deserves a mention as the views are superb.

Very little I didn't like to be fair - if I was to be super critical the shower connection in my room needed repair at the wall but that's an easy fix, I would've liked room service but was not available. If you use the dedicated elevator to the hotel instead of the elevators in the shopping mall, you arrive to a busy space where it is not apparent where reception is until you circumvent the food options.

This is the most charming hotel in an amazing location. The staff is super nice and helpful and the service is great. I always stay there when in Belgrade.

Hotel location is great, in the center of EVERYTHING. Bed is VERY comfortable, Staff is VERY nice and supporting. We were not satisfying with the room we got, and the reception staff did everything to improve our experience, eventually changed our room to a great one with very nice view of the park.

Breakfast could be better - limited choice, no eggs per request option, buffet were missing items regularly. The main access to the hotel is through the mall elevators, which are slow and very busy. We found it much easier to use the one single elevator that serves only the hotel (located at the back of the dining room). Hotel Parking is the mall parking and is very expensive (30 Euro per day).

The style is cool and relaxed. The location on top of a shopping center in the very heart of Belgrade downtown is just perfect. You find yourself in the middle of everything. I entered the chilled lounge like area on lobby level on an early Saturday afternoon and found people dancing 💃🏻 (yes, the DJ was already active) and in good mood. So I immediately liked this place.

Ma room had a noisy construction site just beside my window, so after my saturday party night ended around 5:30 a.m. my sleep ended 7:15 a.m. from construction works. This was a bit disappointing, especially on a Sunday morning.

Amazing location, extremely helpful staff, and interesting design. Even though this was my 2nd time staying.I got upgraded to the rooms on the first floor, and it felt like it was not an actual upgrade. The room was the same size, and it would be appreciated if toiletries were complete. I missed cotton buds, hair brush, and toothpaste. Besides the size of the room, the comfort on the bed, the cleanness, the size of the shower, and the toiletries, which made me feel like I was in a normal room. There was one huge difference between the normal rooms and the upgraded ones. The soundproofing. The room has a small balcony, and even if it's on the first floor, it's an additional layer to reflect sound from the cars. In the normal room, my sleep was interrupted by the noise from the main street. Additionally, there are only 4 rooms on the floor, and that means fewer people on the corridors. They also bring additional juice and fruits in the afternoon, and they welcome you by mame on a note on the mirror, which gives an additional friendless. Something that I would highly appreciate is to equip the room with additional thinner duvet because it was so much warm and heavy that I had to wake up every 30 minutes to uncover myself and then wake up again because I was getting cold. However, this has only to do with personal preference, and maybe I could have asked to give me one, which I didn't.

We stayed for 2 nights only, but it was really an extraordinary experience. The hotel is placed on the top floor of a shopping mall, so you can get everything in one place, the shopping mall is located directly in the very centre of Belgrade. The restaurant and BAR, which are located in the hotel, are really fantastic, with delicious food, exquisite cocktails, and the breakfast was just perfect. It is a great starting place from which you can explore this beautiful city.
