Beautifully restored rooms with top quality bed and linens, a/c, toiletries, and soundproofing. A little haven along many transit lines. Ana was so helpful with recommendations. Optional breakfasts downstairs are delicious and an excellent value, except that everyone in Belgrade smokes. This was a real challenge for my allergies. (The hotel is completely non-smoking.) Another reviewer suggested getting take out in your room. Tip: the hotel address is on a major street, which confused taxis. Ask them to pick up/drop off on Dalmatinska St.

At least in my room, the bed trembled when streetcars passed on the street. It's possible that you don't feel this on higher floors. Contact the hotel if you're a light sleeper. (I did not hear any sound from the lively restaurant and bar or the street.)

The most enjoyable part of this journey with my 5-year-old son and my friend was staying in this beautiful hotel. It was incredibly clean, very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and all the necessary supplies were available. You can reach the city center by walking, but our host Una provided us bus tickets so we could not walk with the child. Una was on the other end of the phone whenever we needed her and answered even our smallest requests meticulously. Also their little treats were much appreciated. Belgrade is a very beautiful city and when I come again I will definitely stay at Villa1927.

We stayed at Villa 1927 and were very satisfied with our experience! We’re happy to share our impressions. 1. Rooms: The rooms were very clean, with pleasant bedding and a comfortable bed. The furnishings were very convenient, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything needed, including toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials. 2. Food: Breakfast can be ordered at the restaurant on the ground floor. However, since smoking is allowed in the restaurant, we preferred to order food to our room and enjoy breakfast there. 3. Location: The hotel has a convenient location, with transport nearby to reach any desired destination. 4. Service: Special thanks to the staff! Maître d' Ana was incredibly welcoming, and Una answered all our questions via chat at any time. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gift we received for our wedding anniversary (we informed them in advance). The service left the brightest and most positive impressions!

Since our room was located above the restaurant, music could be heard on Saturdays, though only until 12:00 a.m.

We had a wonderful stay in this excellent hotel. Our room was very lovely, clean and well equipped. The hotel staff (i.e. Ana) was very friendly, trying to offer us a comfortable stay and clarify all requests. The restaurant is very good and we had amazing Serbian food and staff was very friendly and recommended us great local options to eat. For those traveling by car, ask at the hotel for garage parking, if still available (at an extra cost, but reasonable). The position is very good, as you can discover Beograd attractions by walking or public transport. We enjoyed our stay totally and would highly recommend this elegant hotel.

Everything about Villa 1927 exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, very tidy, and extremely comfortable- perfect for relaxing after a day in Belgrade. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in smooth and the entire stay feel special. Don't miss Uprava 1927, located right next to the villa. It’s a fantastic place to for a great atmosphere and grabbing some drinks. If you're visiting Belgrade, this place is a top pick, and I’ll definitely be checking availability at Villa 1927 first next time I come!

I was impressed with the hotel It is conveniently located close to several faculties of the University of Belgrade and at walking distance from touristic attractions and shopping áreas, the room is spacious and confortable and we (me and my family) enjoyed greatly

One important issue, which they acknowledge in their profile, is that the hotel has no elevator and the rooms are located either in the first or in the second floor, so climbing stairs is a constant, also, the personal is very sympathetic, but they took too long to resolve the question of an air condicioner which was leaking condensation water, we had to act ourselves to prevent damage to their goods.

My family and I stayed at Villa 1927 when we visited Belgrade to watch the Champions League game between Crvena Zvezda and Barcelona. There’s only positive things to say about this accommodation – our apartment was clean and had all necessities provided. The building is beautiful both inside and outside – I really liked how it was renovated as well as the fact that you can still see details from its original look from the late 1920s. We’ve been to Belgrade numerous times before, but this is by far the most interesting place we’ve stayed at. The lady at reception was very sweet!

It is a tiny hotel, with spacious lovely decorated rooms which are immaculately clean. The staff at the little concierge at the ground floor is very helpful and always smiling. The wifi is great, TV in both rooms (we were in a family room), big bathroom with a great shower and a balcony to the room for evening teas. In all, excellent hotel. Bear in mind there are no lifts and the hotel has 2 floors, so you might find yourself dragging up suitcases - it didn't put us off though! :)

Location - not great, but the local cab service that runs in Belgrade (Cargo) is quite handy and cabs dropped and picked from in front of the hotel which made it very convenient. So nothing negative really.

Boutique hotel, cozy and clean. Easy excess with a smart key/combination. Management has a very big focus on details, each room has travel kits with tooth brushes. Comfortable bed and pillows. I really liked the quality of shower gel and shampoo. Manager Una introduced herself at the first day of arrival, very personalized way to connect and made sure all guests are happy and comfortable. There’s a very good restaurant downstairs that serves throughout the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All guests get a complimentary drink of your choice. Great location 15 mins to get to old city. Transportation is right outside trolley or buses.

Communication with the owner was easy via WhatsApp (roaming....), and as on my drive to Belgrade thunderstorms made my trip much longer I arrived later than expected. And there was a solution--- The restaurant staff of the restaurant with the same name in the building was very helpful with assisting my late arrival and for accessing the garage for parking the car.... The rooms are situated in an older building, atmosphere kept but perfect renovated. Preparation of the invoice was without any challenges. There is a close by public parking garage, that is also fine. The surrounding housing is very nice as well, but the Ruzveltova is in permanent change, a lot of restaurants recently here... For me the city centre was in walking distance, but, yes, it will take you 30 min to get to the very centre. Yes, busses etc... but with taxoi drivers I have to thank the owner for ordering me a taxi, because when I took one myself I was cheated with a number of tricks at the same time (i am experienced!)

Oh, I did not test the breakfast... no opinion on that. Yes, actually maybe I am not used to electronic code locked doors, all worked well on that, a good solution. Ok, the parking lot in the garage is with a car elevator, all worked well, but it was my first time in such thing...
