The room was equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, slippers, and a small fridge with two bottles of water inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. There was a TV with cable channels, including all the important ones (N1, Nova, etc.). The next morning, they asked if we needed fresh towels or anything else. The service was exceptional! The location is excellent, with easy access and parking available on-site. We will definitely come back to this accommodation. It truly deserves a perfect 10! Outstanding service!

We especially appreciated the fact that the hotel has its own parking, which is a great advantage for a central location. The rooms are spacious, modern, and non-smoking, which suited us perfectly since we were traveling with children. The hygiene is great and the rooms are very clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in the city center.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Olivia rooms for several reasons. Firstly, the property was impressively new and meticulously clean, which immediately made a positive impression. Its location was excellent, offering convenience and access to key amenities and attractions. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilets was impeccable, reflecting the high standards maintained by the property. Lastly, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Everything was good

We expected to see something average for such a price, but were pleasantly surprised overall. It's a real hotel, with everything you'd expect: reception, cleaning, parking. It's small, but it's a hotel. It is located in the city center, with grocery stores nearby and everything necessary for daily life. The hotel has parking, slightly small; by my count, it comfortably accommodates only 10 cars, and you have to be experienced to park. The entrance to the hotel is from the main street, do not mistake with the emergency one, that is located in the arch. The hotel is usually closed, you're greeted by an open door, and inside there's a glass door with a magnetic lock. I advice to message on their contact Viber before arrival, because if no one is at reception, you will be left on the street. Upon check-in, you'll be given a key to your room, which also opens the entrance door. I've seen many complaints about the door in reviews, but there's nothing wrong with it; it's for your safety to prevent unauthorized entry, as at night the reception is empty. In the room, we found a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and very clean overall. We didn't request room cleaning, so I can't comment on that, but we often were met cleaning lady, she always asked if we needed anything, and provided us with water bottles. By the way internet is very good. It was stable, always working, and I had full signal on all of my devices.

The parking seems to be not exclusively for the hotel; many different people parked there. I got blocked in twice in the parking lot, and getting out was quite a hassle. The reception personnel is often absent; if you need assistance, you have to message on Viber, as written in the contacts on Booking and on a note on the door. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner, not that we really needed it, but the AC itself was there. Also we didn't find any hygiene items except for toilet paper, shower gel (Without shampoo). No fridge in the room.

Great rooms, great value for the money, wifi was good, there is a small caffe shop / bar next door. Bathroom was great, room was very clean. Parking was free and under camera surveillance, felt safe about the vehicle at all times.

Difficult to find the location when you are not local, it is hidden from the main road behind some trees. Nobody was at the property when we arrived, but immediately responded when texted with the entrance code. We were only given one key card, but we were two people with 2 different plans for the night - shopping and sight seeing. Was not provided with a second card when asked. There was a bit of a language barrier as well with the lady at the reception, but she was very kind.

We booked this place for a night during a car travel. It was very easy to find and the receptionist was clear with his instructions. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable, something I very much value about a one night stay. A place where we were able to take a good rest!

İ love this hotel head to toe. Everything was perfect and completed. Even the bed. İt was most comfortable bed in my life. İnside of the place is new and highest quality. You will feel like you are in 5 stars hotel.

The room was very nice, everything was in perfect order and very clean. The staff was amazing, always around and ready to help. All in all we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
