Wonderful location, 2.5 km away from the Republic Square. Therefore, access to the city centre is easy either on foot or by public transport. If you use your own car, you have to take into consideration the difficulty of finding a parking space on returning to the hotel (in the city centre you will have to use a parking lot, which is easy and not at all expensive). The room included a small, equipped with the necessary utensils, kitchen, table and chairs so we bought our breakfast from a baker's and a mini market nearby where we could find local, tasty dairy products and bread. The room was very clean and warm. Pets are accepted with an extra charge per room. The real asset of the hotel however, is the staff there. Very friendly and helpful not only with the accomodation but also with guidelines on what to see, where and how to go, moving around, parking, anything! Thank you people!

Parking in the area is a nightmare! Heavy traffic too (not in the street of the hotel, it's very quiet there, around it) ! Although the staff tried to help, available parking spaces (which are always paid) are hard to find... harder than Athens! Anyway, that's the city's problem but it's the only thing that troubled us.

The location is great - very central, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The staff is simply amazing - they were very helpful with all the questions and requests we had, which came in very handy when you travel with a small child. The apartment was also comfortable, we had a kitchenette with a small stove + fridge, it was regularly cleaned, and the little one had enough space to comfortably walk around. Totally recommend it for longer (and shorter) stays, especially if travelling with children.

The beds could be slightly more comfortable.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff, who answered to all of our questions. The apartment itself was very spacious and tidy. There was also a balcony. In the neighborhood also found several good boulangeries and restaurants.

Overall pleasant experience, but somehow we missed that we need to ask for parking additionally and it needs to be reserved in advance. In the end we parked on the street, as the parking was full. Also unclear about the breakfast - it is mentioned in the description that there are possibilities, but on the spot we got the answer that there are no breakfast options in the hotel.

Modern apart hotel. Hospitable staff. Quiet location, except for a kindergarten next door. We were provided with a nice cot for baby.

No barrier free entrance; no kettle; poor sound isolation (though compensated by isolated bedrooms); a tiny sink that is half covered by the mirror shelf. We also had a problem with window blinds. It got stuck. As a result the entrance to the balcony was blocked. Not a big deal, but still unpleasant. It wasn't fixed during our stay, i.e. within 2 days.

There is a parking area in front. Not massive but OK for about 5-8 cars. Breakfast was provided by an external supplier and the choice was quite good. The apartment was quite clean. Big terrace facing back yard.

The breakfast came cold and there were no microwave to heat it up. The bedrooms are really small for a double bed. Hardly any space around the bed. No powerpoint in the kitchenette area!

Very impressed with this apartment hotel. Good location. Restaurant, bars, shops all in walking distance. Staff very friendly and very professional. Exceptionally clean hotel and apartment. Facilities were everything we needed. Very pet friendly hotel - our dog felt like a special guest. We spent 11 very comfortable nights here and plan to return next year. Parking spaces are available - you must book in advance as there are only 6 - but price is reasonable for a central Belgrade location.

Parking can be challenging in the 6 spaces - but achievable.

The service was great. Very polite, helpful and smiling people. They answered all our questions. He directed us to the nearby sights that we can see. The apartments were a bit small, but quite enough for 2 people.

The mattress was very firm. Constantly sliding on the base and you get a gap between the two mattresses. The pillow was very soft. The price of parking is high, but when you have no other choice.

Friendly staff, great location, they clean rooms every day (which is too excessive in my opinion) little kitchenette is great, it is very quiet place, a balcony and sunshine in the morning

Very hard madras, no top madras either, lack of above light in the kitchenette, lack of small things for kitchen like salt, papper, water boiling kettle, kitchen towels, lack of outlet/socket besides the bed and close to the sofa, as well as in the kitchenette/working table. They could provide extension cord maybe?

Nice location! Very very professional staff on the reception speaking English , Russian etc., ready to help you on every level of your accommodation. Nice hotel in general just need some improvement. Linens and towel very clean.

There were discusting dirt on the wall under TV in the main bedroom . Plug sockets with dust ! 20€ for parking is too expensive even for European capital.

The place was very clean, new and modern. It was also quiet and had a nice terace. It is situated in a neighbourhood outside the center, which at first I thought is a disadvantage, but turned out to be really nice with cafes, restaurants and parks at a walking distance. The receptionists are very supportive. It is close to Nikola Tesla museum and Saint Sava church - both places are worth visiting.

The bathroom sink is a little too small. Unfortunatelly, there was no breakfast available at this moment. The parking is really uncomfortble, but they are coping somehow and always helping to navigate on the lot. The kitchenette is basic. For a weekend it is sufficient but if I stayed longer I would have missed a microwave, coffe machine or an electrice kettle. Overall I find these minor issues as the overall experience was very possitive.
