My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crystal Hotel in Belgrade, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near some of the city’s best museums and walking spots. Whether you’re strolling to explore history or just enjoying a leisurely walk along the nearby streets, everything feels conveniently within reach. One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant on the 7th floor. Not only does it offer stunning views of Belgrade, but the food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a meal and soak in the atmosphere at the same time. For those who like to stay active, the hotel’s fully equipped gym was a pleasant surprise. It had everything they needed for a solid workout, from modern cardio machines to weights, all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsible—always going the extra mile to ensure they felt welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. I’d highly recommend the Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and top-notch service!

The hotel overall looks great. My room was stylish and beautiful, but more importantly, the bed was really comfortable, pillows and duvet of precisely the shape and form one may need to rest really well. Breakfast was amazing. While the selection was not the most traditional one, there were absolutely delicious vegetables and fruits available. My absolute favourite was French toast with cheese one day, and excellent omelette the other. And omg, the cherry pie. I will now crave one for a long time, I think. I’m very picky with coffee usually, but the coffee I got every morning was awesome.

The only thing that wasn’t beyond awesone, was really loud air conditioner. Other than that it was very quiet in the room, but when airco was turned on, I heard it even through the earplugs. But hey, it has a button to be turned off, so it’s not a deal breaker at all.

Firstly, the staff were very good, with efficient check in and out. They ordered me a taxi when I was leaving, and kept me updated on its progress. The room was comfortable and clean, even if there was a bit of exposed plasterboard in the bathroom (which was otherwise very nice). I would rate the breakfast buffet as good but not excellent. The best thing is that they make the coffee barista-style, rather than an automatic machine like many hotels - the cappuccino was excellent. I only ate in the rooftop restaurant once, the food was very good, albeit with the large portion sizes common in Serbia.

Great sized and stylish room with awesome Church views on 5th floor. Everything as advertised. Cleaned daily. Complimentary water and nuts on arrival was a nice touch. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance of many city sights and a trendy bar/restaurant scene. Rooftop bar something else.

Air conditioning worked well at cooling the room but was pretty noisy. Bath towels could have been larger.

Bad was great, breakfast, location. Chekc out time is great - 12.00am. Time until breakfast is serving is also great - 11.00am. The stuff is excellent.

I take Executive suite so we expect that we will have view on the Church of the Sveti Sava and we didn't 🥺 Also for the Executive suit thay can be a little more frendly in the way of welcoming like idk box of chocolates, water or something like that. And about breakfast, they can put self serve coffiee mashine. Bc I have feeling that the waiters were quite nervous when I asked for coffee to be prepared for me, especially when I asked for a second time. And I didn't have coffee cups in the room. And if thay have offerrd Moët in the minnie bar thay also need to have appropriated glasses for champagne. That's all small thing but so important for me 😊

Everything was wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated the tuna as I can't eat eggs and find fatty meats too heavy for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were particularly helpful, giving us advice on how to reach the nearby city we planned to visit (Novi Sad), recommending the quickest way and an app with the train schedule. Our experience was entirely positive!

Great hotel, very well furnished/decorated. In a nice location with amazing view of Saint Sava. Very close to new beograd central station. Very kind and helpful staff.

Before arrival there was a data breach that caused me to receive scam direct messages from the official account of the hotel. The showerhead in the room was faulty and not functional.

the room has no tissues (in case you're under weather, use toilet paper), the hotel bathrobe had no belt, there was an empty cigarette box in my room table drawer․ I was checking out the next morning, so I did not have time to ask for remedy. UPDATE: I went back to Crystal Hotel 2 days later after an out-of-town event, and the hotel staff had gone over their heads to welcome me, offer me the nicest accomodation (I think my room was upgraded from what I had reserved), Not only the room was stellar clean, there were complementary water and candies, a box of tissues and a very personal welcome. It is nice to be heard. I can truly say the hotel management knows their guests and takes individual care of recognizing their needs and pays attention to service quality. It felt great to have such an attention to a review. Thank you, Crystal Hotel, for making this a memorable stay and for such care and attention to my concerns! I will be coming back again for sure!

Size of the room, comfort and cleanliness was superb. Food in the restaurant was excellent and well prepared. Communication was on very high level. I would recommend rooftop bar with amazing view and amazing food.

It is probably an isolated case, but early in the morning (5-6am) there were construction works in the street where hotel is located. That woke me up as outside sound isolation in the hotel couldn’t stop the noise that workers made.

the property was really nice and in beautiful surroundings in Vračar, and they are investing even further in it through the inclusion of a gym and updated conference rooms, as far as I remember. I didn’t eat at the rooftop restaurant but went up to look and it is just a beautiful gem that have up there, with a gorgeous view of the city and monuments.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like. The only thing I would have liked was a proper hair dryer in the room. The one attached to the wall (the old dryer/shaver outlet combo) is outdated and just doesn’t work very well. Everything else was perfect.
