The location, kitchen, nice large 4K TV in the living room, WiFi in the living room and outside was good, very friendly staff, and many many thanks to the waitress Natasha with whom we had a pleasant conversation.

The freezer is not freezing, please fix it. The WiFi in the bedroom was not enough for the TV to watch more than 360p YouTube videos, but not considering that as a huge issue, but it might be better. We had a slight overflow in the bathroom, but the service guy fixed it timely(we got a free dinner for that)

Perfect location, breakfast too, staff friendly, all fine, yes it are small defects, but on summary it not important

Who must repaired, in shower, room where door opened to WC must place door holder, in other case can break glass wall, on the window place net for bites. Other no negative. We recomende this hotel to any who go to Serbia. Take twice for minibar, pay only when check out.

The breakfast was one of the best that I've had at hotels. So much variety of options and all very delicious! 10/10 breakfast service. The customer service from the reception was always exceptional and answered all my questions. The room was very comfortable, spacious and huge comfortable bed! The entire hotel is very modern and stylish with a nice reception, lobby space, bar and dining as well. Location was good, easy to walk around Belgrade and to the centre from the hotel.

Unfortunately the internet kept disconnecting in my room constantly, weak Wi-Fi connection. I let the front desk know at check-out and the staff member said they can check and fix the connection in that room. Sound insultation could be improved, no sound proofing, I could hear cleaners all the time, people walking into their rooms and their conversations as if they were in my room. Hotel is called "Nobel Hotel" with no "Gallery" which was confusing when my taxi driver drove me there and I thought it was the wrong hotel at first, because my booking is under "Nobel Gallery Hotel."

There are no complaints about the cleanliness and the staff. The breakfast is varied, but not all dishes are tasty. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel did not live up to our expectations. The hotel does not correspond to the level of 4 stars and 8.9 rating. Despite the presence of cosmetics, hygiene kits and slippers, the hotel has the following shortcomings: - Cramped room. - Cramped bathroom and lack of horizontal surfaces. - Hard mattress - No hooks for clothes at the entrance - No hook for towels in the bathroom - Air conditioning blows directly on the bed - No mosquito net (had to hunt mosquitoes at night)

Safe jammed locked with my passport in it and they couldn't find the master key and when they did after several calls to reception the staff couldn't open it and maintainenance man had gone to another hotel I played around with their master car and got it open It was not repaired before we left 48hours later. No drawers anyywhere in room not under bedside table nor desk .Only 1elevator Only 1coffee machine not enough when hotel full

Excellent location – just minutes’ walk from Belgrade Waterfront, while circa 20 minutes’ drive to the airport. Very convenient for a layover in Belgrade to continue your journey. Hotel personnel was very polite and responsive. I checked out from the hotel around 04:00 in the morning and was handed in a breakfast box, which was rather basic, but still a nice touch. Hotel room I stayed in was quite basic from the point of view of interior design and equipment, but still in the context of the price per night and location, offers good value.

The location was perfect for my needs, because it was 8 minutes away from my meeting point

Very good location and service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hotel has everything you could need for a short or long stay. The breakfast is ok, but the à la carte restaurant and bar are excellent. The 24/7 front desk is a huge advantage. I would come back again.

The cleaners are very noisy in the morning and could be more thorough. The rest of the staff is wonderful, especially at the front desk.

This is a comfortable hotel, situated away from the main sights, in the quiet hospital/embassy quarter of town. There are plenty of restaurants situated within a ten minute walk. A good quality buffet breakfast is provided.

Although the breakfast was good, the coffee machine was slow. Groups are accommodated, meaning that demand for coffee is concentrated to a short period when the group are told to have their breakfast. I had to queue for the coffee machine for 15 minutes. Perhaps the purchase of a second coffee machine would be a good idea?

The most friendly and educated reception . Room was totally nice with all the necessities. Double bed was BIG enough for a couple 😁 Breakfast typically Serbian/Ballkan. Just because some people / clients prefer avocado and Lachs for breakfast, it doesn’t mean that didn’t had diversity. Everyday were some new food and taste was 10/10. Gut combination of hotel service and taste of home. Fell free to ask the team , they will always try to help you. And public transport is just around the corner. From there you can reach any spot of the city.
