Lovely experience overall. What stood out the most was the amazing staff, they’re truly what makes this place special. Everyone I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. A big thank you to Welco (not sure if I’m spelling that right) at reception+cafe for being so welcoming and professional. Also, shout-out to Boban and the bar/restaurant team- such a great group of people who really made me feel at home. The Swedish breakfast was another highlight- tasty, fresh, and with plenty of options.

If I had to point out one thing, I’d say the room quality could be a bit better. It was fine, but for a place that gets so much right, the rooms didn’t quite match up in terms of finish or comfort. Still, I’d definitely stay here again - mainly because of the incredible people working here.

This is one of my favourite ever hotel bookings and stays. The staff were exceptionally helpful, but not over powering. The room was large, clean and contained everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect location for visiting the main city new riverside district and Ada Bridge. My booking did not include breakfast, but the Hotel restaurant serves the most amazing breakfast menu to chose from. They also serve lunch and dinner as well as a well stocked bar and wine selection. The hotel was reasonably priced and the food great value (our favourite and value for money meals during our whole stay in Belgrade for 4 nights). Eclat is a hidden gem.

As a small older style property, there is no lift to the rooms. This was not an issue for us, and actually the only thing I could think to mention

The hotel room is incredibly spacious and filled with natural light, featuring elegant decor. The sauna is fantastic and adds a luxurious touch to the experience.

The jacuzzi on the terrace was dirty upon our arrival. After requesting a cleaning, we discovered the next day that it wasn't functional and the water was cold. We attempted to call for assistance, but the person on the phone was a substitute who didn't speak English. When someone finally arrived, they informed us that we weren't supposed to use the jacuzzi, and that draining it had caused a flood on the street. Considering that the jacuzzi was one of the features that attracted us to the hotel and influenced our decision to book, this experience was incredibly disappointing.

Had an amazing stay! The room was super spacious, definitely a bargain for the price. Loved the big bathroom and the sauna—such a nice touch! The balcony was perfect for sitting outside and just enjoying the fresh air. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing like spending time in private jacuzzi on the balcony!! Staff is very welcoming, solved all the small issues that we had at the beginning.

Sauna didn't seem to heat well. The maximum temperature was only 47-48 degrees. There was no cleaning on Sunday, because the cleaning lady was off this day (??)

I liked that the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant provided excellent food for the evening meal, and the cafe offered an excellent selection of foods for breakfast, The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and accomodating,

The shower in the bathroom - I ended up flooding the bathroom floor every day despite my best efforts not to. The quietness of the hotel was also a little odd when you needed to find someone to talk to - I couldn't find a reception desk/ point to find people.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are really nice and spacious. Everything was super clean. The location is very good. Close to the train station and the old town is easily reachable by public transport. All in all it was a great stay for a great price. Can only recommend.

Villa Gospava, a boutique hotel. Words can’t Des the level is service and warmth received. It’s a boutique property, you are in luck if you have secured yourself a booking . Drajon, experienced hotel manager, would make you feel at home away from home . Zohran an amazing service person. The presidential suite comes with a personal steam & jacuzzi .. and you would love it as we did . We requested for a liquid hand soap to be placed in the room , and they honored it; whilst few 5 stars fail to do so . Breakfast is EXCELLENT I genuinely can’t recommend it enough . Thanks a Million to the team who made it special for us

Good location, nice building, very helpful staff. We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant, very tasty, would reccomend!

Windows were open when we arrived which was appreciated as temperature was nice in the evening, however we struggled at night with mosquitos. Would reccomend to fit mosquito nets for the windows.

Room is specious and has everything you need. It was very clean. Stuff is very helpful and polite. They even bother to organize the parking for me.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom. The shower does not have a curtain so all the water drips in the middle of the toilet and makes everything wet. There is no elevator.
