Hotel is furnished and decorated in 18th century style. I had a suit at an upper floor, spacious and nice furnished. Everything meet my expectations and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it to other tourists. The hotel is located close to the main bus station and a 30 min walk from the city center.

The bathroom door needed a small repair but ,it has been done right after my request. Some days there are major guided tours staying in the hotel but, it was not too bad.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, lobby and restaurant areas were otherworldly. The staff was very polite and informative. Breakfast was very tasty and had much variety. The room was cozy.

Room cleanliness can be improved, there was hair on the bed sheets and in the toilet. The air conditioner did not work in one of our rooms and it was a bit cold. The shower could use some maintenance, the water heat regulator was stuck on semi-cold water. The bar is closed outside of breakfast hours, we had a business meeting in the lobby and we could not order anything to drink.

Very good location, Breakfast on weekends until 11am Checkout at 12 noon. High customer focus. Nice and friendly staff. Good sound insulation in the room. I slept great after a walk around the city. The beds are comfortable.

The coffee during breakfast was not very tasty and there is no option to order a separate espresso Only from the coffee machine. But this problem is easily solved; there are many places where you can drink coffee.

I liked the Standard Room, the floor was shining when I went in the room, the bathroom was clean, and I found a complimentary bottle of water and delicious coffee and tea. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Well, I was charged a city tax of 160 RSD, even though it was included in the total price when I have paid on Booking.com. Also, the TV in the room was not working, maybe because I have booked a Standard Room.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. I was there in the summer and it was great of them to have a running AC as you walked into the room. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious.

Oversight on my end: dont get a room next to the elevator. You will hear it every time someone slams it shut.

Big noise in the morning with cleaning other rooms, they started at 8 AM. If you are late for breakfast you will not find much food.

Everything in the hotel is in royal style. The room was really comfortable, especially a bed. I have never slept so comfortable before. The location is also fine, near the center. Breakfast was good enough. Free WiFi was fine, it allowed me to work comfortable.

Everything was fine, except the restaurant service, which they are advertising in their guest book. I saw the menu in my room, there was said that they have room service and restaurant accepts orders until 10PM. But it turned out that they do not provide restaurant service, in except of the breakfast.

More often that not, guests complain when services are subpar or inadequate, but very rarely do they allow establishments to win them back with exceptional customer service and attentiveness. Queens Astoria Design Hotel went beyond and above service during my stay and it is to be commended. I booked very late and at the last minute because of several Booking.com errors that were completely separate from this hotel, so when I arrived I was tired and just wanted to rest. The room I was initially assigned was the wrong one, and when I went back downstairs, I was quickly assigned another room that exceeded my expectations. Every day, when I came downstairs, the concierge /front desk made sure that I was enjoying my stay and offered to assist me with any questions I had. When I requested an invoice in dollars to send to Booking.com, they took time out during a particularly busy moment at the front desk to tend to my needs. Because of their service and attention to detail, I extended my stay through the weekend, and the manager personally spoke to me to ensure that all my needs had been met. As someone that has traveled to Belgrade many times over the last decade and stayed in several hotels, I will say that this is hands down THE best experience I have ever had in one and it easily could have been the worst. THIS is how you win international guests over and as this city becomes a go-to destination, Queen’s Astoria Design Hotel will succeed where others fail.

1. Personnel is nice and friendly. I had a room that I asked for, thank you for that. 2. I enjoyed well decorated rooms 3. Even though the reviews about breakfast are controversial , the breakfast was overall good. On weekdays, when there are not so many people in the hotel, there are only a few ready sets of breakfasts. On the weekends it is buffet with bigger choice. (I would appreciate more dessert options (there was nothing for dessert on weekdays) and I'd upgraded the juice machine - the juices are obviously artificial and over sweetened)

1. The shower literally leaked: every time I took a shower there was a big puddle on the floor. 2. WiFi wasn't very stable. 3. Even though the housekeeper is kind (on the 6th floor), it wasn't very clean in the room. When I checked in, the floor was strewn with some white crumbs (apparently because the walls were painted recently), so the housekeeper came to wipe the floors, and she used the sink in my room for that. After she left, the sink was dirty and I had to clean it after HOUSEKEEPER. The towels were literally dirty, with dark stains. The shower bottom was also dirty. There was some broken glass pieces on the floor...

Decor of hotel and my room. Particularly the bed and furniture of elegance and comfort. front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast coffee was excellent as well as the eggs.
