Everyone on staff was so kind, which made the stay at such a unique spot even more enjoyable. Easily one of the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered!

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was… a choice. It leaks soap all over the floor. The shower, though I could hold it, was too high for comfort otherwise and I’m 157 cm. Also, don’t expect to sleep in–as breakfast starts, you will hear every word spoken in the hall.

Hotel is furnished and decorated in 18th century style. I had a suit at an upper floor, spacious and nice furnished. Everything meet my expectations and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it to other tourists. The hotel is located close to the main bus station and a 30 min walk from the city center.

The bathroom door needed a small repair but ,it has been done right after my request. Some days there are major guided tours staying in the hotel but, it was not too bad.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, lobby and restaurant areas were otherworldly. The staff was very polite and informative. Breakfast was very tasty and had much variety. The room was cozy.

Room cleanliness can be improved, there was hair on the bed sheets and in the toilet. The air conditioner did not work in one of our rooms and it was a bit cold. The shower could use some maintenance, the water heat regulator was stuck on semi-cold water. The bar is closed outside of breakfast hours, we had a business meeting in the lobby and we could not order anything to drink.

Very good location, Breakfast on weekends until 11am Checkout at 12 noon. High customer focus. Nice and friendly staff. Good sound insulation in the room. I slept great after a walk around the city. The beds are comfortable.

The coffee during breakfast was not very tasty and there is no option to order a separate espresso Only from the coffee machine. But this problem is easily solved; there are many places where you can drink coffee.

The reception staff (Nevena, David, etc) were very professional and always available, really impeccable! The hotel as a whole is very pleasant, comfortable and close to the main attractions of the city center.

Nothing to report, perhaps breakfast could be improved with some croissants or something sweet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended!

I liked the Standard Room, the floor was shining when I went in the room, the bathroom was clean, and I found a complimentary bottle of water and delicious coffee and tea. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Well, I was charged a city tax of 160 RSD, even though it was included in the total price when I have paid on Booking.com. Also, the TV in the room was not working, maybe because I have booked a Standard Room.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. I was there in the summer and it was great of them to have a running AC as you walked into the room. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious.

Oversight on my end: dont get a room next to the elevator. You will hear it every time someone slams it shut.

Breakfast: - very poor - the coffee machine was not working for two days - the staff during breakfast was too loud - ambient music was disaster There is no sound isolation in the room

Good area, kind employees, beautiful arhitecture of the rooms and hotel.

Big noise in the morning with cleaning other rooms, they started at 8 AM. If you are late for breakfast you will not find much food.
