Everything was beyong expectations- the room was clean and bed comfortable. The spa is lovely- saunas are great surprize, as they were properly hot! Thank you so much! Best ever is the breakfast buffe, and the view from the restaurant! Just amaing! Staff is friendly, always helpful. I also bought massage- very much recommend! Location is convenient- buses go to every direction very near hotel, some of them right outside hotel door. Old town is a 10 min walk away. Would stay there again when in Serbia. All combined- unbelievable value for the money. Strongly recommend.

Smoking is allowed inside the house, which is a huge negative surprise about Serbia in general. Luckily the hotel-room itself was smoke free, so that was ok, Have not met this anywhere in the world for ~20 years...So be prepared to smell sigarettes almost everywhere...I am allergic and asthmatic, so it was a bit of a challenge...

The facilities, breakfast and the rooms were all just perfect. The location was nice as it was within walking distance to the main street, with access to buses from just outside the hotel entrance.

In our friends room dirty sheets were put on their bed, but it was all sorted out by the reception.

First of all, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Before I booked it I found some negative reviews about the breakfast and noise so I will tell you something more about this in order that you do not have any doubt when they book this hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It is a combination of buffet and a la carte menu. From the menu, you can choose one of 5 dishes (3 kinds of egg dishes, tuna salad, or toast) + pancakes. There is unlimited coffee and drinks. You can see attached photos. With every dish you can choose different cheese, salads, meets... We stayed 4 days on the second floor, there was a bus station in front of our window, only one morning at 6 am, I heard bus noise, other nights it did not disturb us at all. The hotel is very good for couples. There is a nice spa center, it is small, but they do not allow to be more than 5 people at the moment in the spa so it is ok. We were lucky, except us, nobody was there. You should book it in advance, we booked in the morning for the evening the same day. There is a pool and two saunas. The spa costs 5 euros per person for one hour. The temperature in the pool was ok. The restaurant is placed on the last floor, a very comfortable, pleasant, and romantic place, the view is wonderful. Location - city center, 7 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. They have even wine glasses in the room, you can rarely find them in hotels. Pleasant lobby, I used it during the day for remote work. Wi-Fi is perfect, They clean the room every day. The transparent wall between the room and bathroom. There is a black curtain if you need privacy. The furniture is not new, but it is not bad. The last morning we left at 4 a.m. and we got take away pack breakfast.

There is no free parking. However, it is general problem in Belgrade, so if you want a hotel in the city center, you will have the same problem almost everywhere. The hotel has it is own parking, it is secured and costs I think 20 euros per day. However, it is 5 minute walk from the hotel so when you arrive it can be a problem where to park the car in order to register in the hotel and get permission to use their parking. You can park on the streets everywhere but is also not free, you can pay for it by sending sms (pay for one hour) and it also cost around 20 euros per day but difficult to find free space. There is some garages a 5-7 distance walk from the hotel. I parked my car for free in Shopping Mall Galeria. It is 25 minute's walk from the hotel. At the moment it is still free.

I am giving this hotel a perfect score of 10. We stayed in this hotel for a week and really happy that we chose this hotel. The hotel is well maintained and clean. I also like the breakfast with a view of the city. And that the location was close to the street of many good restaurants. Would definitely choose this hotel again when we decide to visit Belgrade again in the future.

It is allowed to smoke inside the restaurants and establishments in Belgrade. Thats unfair for those who can't stand the smell of the cigarette smoke. My friends ask me if i can recommend Belgrade, my answer is: if you can tolerate a cigarette smoke everywhere you go, then yes i recommend it :)

Fantastic welcome by the staff. Very clean and excellent room. Excellent location.

The absence of a gym in the hotel.

Exceptional stay, the room was so comfy and clean. The bathroom lovely. Highly recommend booking a stay with spa included, or paying the 5 euro each for an hour, it was perfect after a long day of walking round the city. The transfer they booked for us was exceptional service. The breakfast was the one of the best we've had in the region, freshly cooked and so much choice.

It's not the prettiest or cleanest or quietest road outside but you can't hear anything inside. But there's lots of buses and late night food places just outside which was very useful for us arriving very late at night.

Perfect location just next to the buses to take you (for free!) to any part of the city (including the airport), and also both old town and modern part are close by foot. The property is new and neat. Despite a lot of buses are standing just next to the entrance, the sound insulation is good enough to mitigate this. If you can get a room at the upper floors, you wouldn’t even notice that there are buses and active traffic. We were on the first floor, and it was still fine. The spa area is not big and costs additional 5 euros per person, but this is probably the reason you can be there all by yourself own, which we enjoyed. The rooms and beds are good, nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant was under renovation, and no one told us or put a note in the lift at least. We discovered it only when we got there and saw the construction materials everywhere. A bit weird.

great room, spacious and comfortable, good service and delicious breakfasts friendly staff, all issues were resolved quickly excellent location - close to the center and quite convenient exit from the city by transport and taxi

we lived right under the restaurant (on the 6th floor, the restaurant is on the 7th) and starting from 7am you can hear chairs being moved and noise during breakfast, although you want to sleep longer the door of our room had no lock from the inside the shower periodically started to drip spontaneously

Perfect location, you can walk to everything from here. Super cool interior. Clean and welcoming. Restaurant on the 7th floor with nice breakfast, value for money.

Some of the rooms are a bit "worn down", but cleanliness is great. Spa area a bit small and loud, not worth the extra money. Was nice though to have the spa to our self as a group. Rooms facing the street, some noice from the busses parked outside and music in the middle of the night from the doner shop. Everyone smokes inside restaurants here, a bit disturbing when you are not used to it

Such an amazing hotel - really stylish but at the same time welcoming. Staff all super professional & friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent quality & variety in the top floor with outstanding view over the city. Highly recommend booking into a dinner as well - fantastic ambience & meal at the restaurant. Spa facilities very nice. Hot pool, sauna, steamroom facilities - be sure to reserve a slot in advance. Very comfortable hotel room - peaceful, comfortable, a good night sleep. Very well located near to the city centre - fantastic proximity to the old part of town. Would definitely re-book this hotel if returning to Belgrade. We stayed for 6x nights , giving us time to explore Belgrade & take some excursions to Uvac canyon, Djerdap National Park, Lepenski Vir, Golubac Fortress, Krusedol Monastery & Novi Sad, courtesy of Belgrade Walking Tours. We also took a YugoCar tour courtesy of Yugotour. Highly recommend to stay in Belgrade and explore Serbia for a good week long vacation if you can (it’s more than just a weekend city break - in my honest opinion)
