The breakfast was very good and hotel location are very close to the city centre and near to the historic citadel just 10 minutes walk

Highly recommend this hotel. We were there for the Rammstein concert and when almost everyone in Serbia was greedy and asking for a lot more money we were really concerned about our stay in the hotel. But... The staff was really cooperative, we payed the parking online before we get there so we just went and parked in the hotel parking. The staff at the reception was amazing and kind and nice. They surely deserve a raise! The rooms were good and clean. The hotel is at great place, it's close to the Sava river. It's so beautiful there! If you are going to Belgrade, that's your hotel!

What I liked mostly is that I got very quickly place where I could stay and sleep last night after i have landed at Belgrade airport around 23:00.I had a problem with previously booked apartment 50 meters from hotel and aparently it was so called ghost apartment.However ,after booking the room in hotel ,first room was not cleaned not at all and in second room there was some old guy from Turkey watching the TV 😄.After i walk back to reception just after the Midnight ,the lady at reception found me finaly single room which was empty and cleaned.I think her name was Marija and i would like to say Big thanks to that lady for her help.The room.was clean ,they have water heater for coffee and tea From profesional side ,i would say that hotel needs to be renovated but out of that the bed was perfect.Also they serving the full breakfast which was included in the price.Not sure are they have some other amenities in hotel but I will look very soon when I come back.

Extrmely good value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the location is great, very close to the main attractions of the city. I would also like to praise the staff, especially Katarina on the reception and the person working breakfasts, made us feel at home, well done!

I've stayed here many times and I'm always surprised by how caring the staff are. This time was no different. I had a 2 meter long oversized bag and the lady at the counter suggested I reserve a taxi in the morning that would be able to carry it. She worked hard to reserve the taxi for me and everything went perfectly. If I had waited to the morning (which was my original bad plan) I might have missed my flight, because I had other delays at the airport. I can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Great staff and amazing manager! Staff were attentive and the manager helped me with organising private transport to continue my trip in Serbia after a rocky start. A big shout out to Vojislav and his team :). Location was excellent - right across from the intercity bus station, tram lines, near kiosks and NOVI Beograd (short 10 min walk), and a half- hour walk from most belgrade attractions. Rooms were simple and clean. Staff were prompt when getting additional amenities. There was a good mix of families and mixed aged tour groups so it always had a good vibe. Food was simple and hearty. The booking included morning breakfast which was a good mix of a typical Serbian breakfast. Definitely try the sauteed vegies and salads. If you're an Aussie looking to sight see and save on eating out on a few nights this place will not disappoint.

I'm not sure if this was just a heat wave/ city maintenance thing, but the power did go out in the square where the hotel was located for a couple of hours. The hotel has a lift and some really nice stairs but if you're getting creaky it will make you uncomfortable unless the lift works. The plus side is that there are cafes and bakeries everywhere, so if you feel like a coffee while you wait for the lift it's cheap and close by. The rooms could have a few more hooks for clothes and bags but overall good layout. Most of the staff know English pretty well while a few evidently avoid using it. But after being in Serbia for 4 weeks it's just the vibe. Be patient and definitely use key words and be straight to the point.

Since the change of ownership a few years ago, there has been a gradual but noticable improvement - I would consider the speed with which the hot water now reaches the taps as good, and after many years of being lukewarm, it is now hot enough to enjoy a shower. As usual, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful while remaining professional.

The room access cards are still a little temperamental, although there is always someone available to fix the problem immediately. On a personal level, while there was absolutely nothing wrong with the breakfast provided, I much prefer the previous buffet system - especially for someone like me, who needs to get to the airport for a mid-morning check-in with every minute being precious.

Convenient location across the road from Belgrade Bus Station, ideal for overnight stays in Serbia's capital between two longish stretches of bus trips (Bulgaria to Croatia via Belgrade). Amazing views of Belgrade's old town from rooms on higher floors (4th and upwards).

Not sure about Ernesto Che Guevara's portrait hanging over my lush king-size double bed in room 606 - maybe it's purpose was to scare away anyone attemting to join me for a spot of night-time gymnastics. It worked. I stayed alone and had a great rest 😎😁

Location, nice and very clean rooms. Large enough even for a big family. Breakfast area has a lot of spead. Receptionist (Aleksandr) is very polite.

Breakfast area staff do not care about the guests and they are busy talking. They have no English at all. They sit down in the area and talk while guests are not attended. Restaurant of the hotel does not have any food it is only a coffee shop. However theere is a big menu in the lift and is misleading.
