Our check-in experience with Bobi (not sure of spelling) was charming and a wonderful experience. The rooms are located in the old city center. Close to restaurants, groceries, bars, sights. The air conditioning was cold and refreshing after a long day of taking in the local experiences.

Old facility desperately in need of interior updates-- shower, baseboard, bathroom console and shower heads all need to be replaced. The wifi was utterly useless as it never worked.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can reach all tourist attractions with a short walk. You can find many different options for shopping and eating on the same street. The rooms are of sufficient size. the bathroom is modern and very clean. reception staff are always helpful and friendly.

The only negative thing I can say is that the beds are not comfortable at all. When you make the slightest movement, you hear sounds from all over the bed. We had 2 rooms and they were both the same. We did not notify the reception because we could manage it, but the beds needed to be changed.

The receptionist "Bobby" was a "good" :) , cheerful and a helpful man. He helped us in everthing we need. The location of the hotel was very good. You can see the most significant landmarks of the city on foot. The room we stayed was very fresh.

The apartment building which the hotel was located in was very old, the entrance of the building smelt badly. And the reception desk was very close to the rooms. The sounds can be heard from the corridor of the hotel.

It was clean and location was the best. We had everything in the room including toothbrushes and other amenities. Most hotels do not provide that in the room. Stuff was top. Peter , Bobi , Stefan and Marko made our stay wonderful. It’s also very good value for what you pay

I loved everything about the property.

We as 10 friends took all 6 rooms and felt like at family , comfortable and safe. Marco, extremely helpfull was waiting for us at the street to show the hotel .We were in touch with him during our 3 days staying and he was always ready to help. He recomended us Igor, great taxi driver , who organized our trip. The hotels localization is best in Belgrad , the rooms are big and comfortable.The breakfast in Art hotel was full of cold and warm delicious food. Eden Garden has relation quality to price.Thank You , thank You very much for welcoming us.

Our host Bobby was very thoughtful and kind gentleman. Unfortunately I was not able to say goodbye upon my leave. A very good host will make any stay even more pleasant. Location is perfect, one step outside and you are in the main shopping street. If you hesitate about the location then I can vouch that this is just right. This coming from a very picky traveler.

Location was great. Right on the main shopping street. A short stroll from everything! Do go to the tourist information centre on the parallel street to find out about tours. We would highly recommend the walking tour that starts in Republic Square 10.30 a.m. You'll then get a pointer about top things to do on your mini-break.

No negatives. Apartment was great.

It was our first time in Eden Garden Suites and we would come again. Very friendly person on the welcome desk. The bathroom was beautiful with a big shower. The location was perfect on the street „Knez Mihailova“. We would recomend the apartment if you are visiting Belgrade. :-)

Reception was helpful, he called me to give some informations about the hotel and the city, it was a polite gesture. Location is perfect, on the main street.

The room was kinda small but ok, they accept only cash.

Location is good

It is not a hotel. It is just few rooms in one floor. Not fresh enough. Very old windows, I don’t know why. It is not a point but I don’t understand why they didn’t change it, would be more comfortable. The shower was broken.
