Liked our room, even though it looked a bit different than on the pictures (room 417) The cleaning was made daily even though we did not request it, thank you :) Got help from the reception to install my SIM card in the middle of the night. Thank you!!

Maybe a small thing: when I left my bag for the day after checkout, I did not get a tag or anything that would confirm that the bag belongs to me. I was worried that anyone can just come and take my bag. When I arrived my bag was still there, so all good, but the reception lady was different so I don’t know how they keep track which bag belongs to whom, spooky!

The Location was fantastic. Reception clerks (Ladies) very friendly and helpful. Esspecially square view was great.

The prime location was the main reason for the booking. It is in the very centre of Belgrade, extremely well connected to other part of the city by charge-free public transport. If you plan to go out dining or clubbing, this is the perfect spot. The room was clean and comfortable, but there are no additional amenities. No pool, gym, breakfast, or even coffee in the room (tea bags and a kettle were included). This is an ideal place to sleep if you are planning to spend your day outside, and sleep and shower in a clean and comfortable setting.

No coffee maker, nor a fridge in the room.

Location is perfect. Right at the center and it's walking distance to everywhere. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes around the building. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was great. The staff was always ready to help. I will definetely stay here again for my future visits.

It's not a 4* hotel. There are rooms in a building on the 5th floor. The building looks like an abondened place. Unlike the rooms, the building is very dirty. Since the building is not owned by the accomodation company, the staff is not responsible from the entrance which is understandable. We were scared to get in at first. Until we saw the room, we were discussing to go to another hotel and give up our payment. It was the only disapointing part about our stay.

Had such a hard time choosing a hotel in Belgrade, The room was beautiful Deco and high ceilings. It was fun living on whats there central square. The weekend was quite loud from the street and square. The other nights were pleasant. They were very sweet when I by accident smashed my perfume, cleaned very thoroughly so I could walk bare 👣 after.

There is construction work under the rooms. The time I could read the water would be unstable, it would have been nice with a water bottle in the room. Woke up thirsty and there was no water (found some in the kettle, I had boiled earlier)

The location of this hotel is unbeatable—most of the city's top attractions are just a short walk away. The city view from the room made the stay even more special. The room itself was great and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, will definitely stay here again next time!

The only thing I can think of is that the signage of the hotel by the entrance is quite small, took some time to locate it at first, but it really is nothing.

This was a last minute booking due to an issue with original accomodation. The booking process went very smoothly and quickly with no issues. The view from the room overlooking Republic Square, the National Theatre and the Danube was really great! Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of storage for different types of clothes and personal belonging. Excellent shower and bathroom with lots of products. The cleaning was done very well.

The lift was a bit small and slow but that is really very minor.

Hotel is in a perfect position. The hotel staff is beyond polite and helpful, always in an honest cheerful mood, lovely ladies! Cleaning lady also was super lovely and kind. The hotel staff will help with anything! Room was clean and good, blackout curtains!!!

When you get there it’s confusing to know how to get up to the hotel which is on the 5th level. Okay that figured out, only other complaint is… the AC did not work, it blew hot air and I couldn’t sleep from heat. Toilet also doesn’t flush super good.

-The staff was very helpful and friendly, available 24/7 -the location is perfect, at one corner of Trg republik - very big smart tv with lots of English movie channel

*Some maintenance problems: -the ground carpeting had stains and spots -the shower switch leaked a lot of water upon use -the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room -found a grey stain and some splashing on one of the sheets *The building's entrance is old and worn, and can discourage anyone from going up, but when u reach the hotel's floor, it's a total change for the better.

The location cannot be faulted; the hotel is right on the centre square, and as soon as you walk out, you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. From there, you can walk to all the sights. The staff were accommodating and nice, and the room was well equipped.

The hotel's lobby is in an old building on level 5. Sadly, at the time of our visit, the lights were not working at the entrance of the building, so you had to walk into the building in the dark. Additionally, the smell of cigarette smoke from the cleaning personnel has made it into the lobby.
