We have had the privilege of traveling extensively around the world and have been loyal users of Booking.com since 2010. This is the very first time we feel compelled to leave a review and share our experience — a testament to the extraordinary impression this hotel has left on us. The staff are nothing short of exceptional in every sense. We are truly at a loss for words — such remarkable individuals who together create the soul and warmth of this establishment. From the front desk team to the breakfast hosts and housekeeping staff, each and every person we encountered was gracious, kind, and genuinely attentive. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our stay so memorable and for looking after our daughter and our needs with such care and sincerity.

Overall: Brand new hotel with a modern minimalist style, very kind staff, super clean, great value for money. Highly recommend, would definitely choose it again next time. Location: Excellent location on a pedestrian street in the historical part of Belgrade, 20–30 min walk to all major sights in every direction. Room: We stayed in the Suite on the 2nd floor (out of 5). Very spacious room with two toilets (one combined with a shower). Very clean and cozy. Breakfast: Don’t expect lots of options, but it was more than enough for a good breakfast. Bonus: Terrace, gym, sauna, and free tickets to the National Museum. Thank you!

since I first stayed here in March, the coffee and breakfast has improved greatly

the room was small, not much natural light, looking out onto airconditioning/heating units for other buildings so pretty noisy at times. I couldn't sleep with the window open because of the noise. The room was also hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work so I assumed this was centralised and not yet switched on for this hotel? However, I was out at work all day so not a massive issue - though in warmer weather this could be an issue.

The bed was very comfortable, but the room was small for two people with luggage. We noticed a lot of single travelers with carry on luggage. For them it was probably fine.

The breakfast was just okay. The servers were abrupt and surly. Though there was an exercise room/sauna, you had to request the sauna be turned on 20-30 minutes before use, but on our only occasion using it, they forgot to turn it on. There was a lovely outdoor seating area for breakfast, but along with the exercise room, no one mentioned it upon check-in. We discovered it too late. The complimentary afternoon "snack" was just a few leftovers from breakfast. Tiny pastries we didn't like. I asked for a glass of water. The server said I'd have to pay for it. How petty can you get?

The location of the properly is centre to the city. Upon entry to our room it looked very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and on our arrival they prepared 2 glasses of Prosecco for us both. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the verandah was perfect to overlook and watch the snow. Breakfast was included which was delicious.

Not a lot to dislike about this property. Our door was a little hard to close, when we closed it we had to lift the door up to ensure it latched in. Our main/ large shower head was broken as well.

All was perfect, despite of no iron available for self-ironing. Breakfast was excellent. I definitely can recommend this hotel, when iron will be available.

There is NO iron available in the hotel. The only possibility to iron clothes is to use the service from the hotel which is open from 09am only. I do not understand why is it so. I have arrived late when ironing service was closed already and had to leave before 09am. In my case the ironing service opened just 10 minutes before my departure and they ironed my shirt at the last moment, but I think this is not a good situation. No one has informed about this when the room was booked (I could bring my own travel iron

The hotel is located right in the city centre within walking distance from all important landmarks. It is a new hotel, with modern design and very nice staff. The breakfast is varied and all products are fresh and tasty. Apart from the breakfast, we received some afternoon snacks included in the room rate. We booked the superior double room and it was a big room overlooking an interior yard. The view was not particularly beautiful but we appreciated it was quite during the night.

The only thing I disliked and that is why I have not given a 10 was that the walkin shower slightly leaked on the bathroom floor, not a big deal. But the shower was very big and clean though, along with the entire bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and exceptionally quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. A big plus was the non-smoking policy, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment. The sauna, available upon request, was a great addition, and the gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use.

On the downside, the twin beds were too narrow, making them less comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing—the selection was limited, and the salads and vegetables looked tired and unappealing.

Excellent hotel in all ways: the facilities, the service, the food (super breakfast). Everything seemed brand new and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location on Belgrade's main walking street couldn't be better; still, our room was dead quiet at night. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The hot water took a few minutes to come on, but this is a really minor issue; we simply turned on the faucets and let them run for 3-5 minutes until it was warm enough to shower.

Excellent and very modern facility. they have a few things that I haven't seen anywhere else during my travels all over. for example, you have a touch panel inside the room that shows an icon out side the room for "Do not disturb,...) instead of hanging that paper on the handle. the room number is lit when you are in the room, ...etc. They have gym and sauna. ALL the staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful. btw, the breakfast was very very good. Oh, they have a snack at noon as well !!!!
