We have had the privilege of traveling extensively around the world and have been loyal users of Booking.com since 2010. This is the very first time we feel compelled to leave a review and share our experience — a testament to the extraordinary impression this hotel has left on us. The staff are nothing short of exceptional in every sense. We are truly at a loss for words — such remarkable individuals who together create the soul and warmth of this establishment. From the front desk team to the breakfast hosts and housekeeping staff, each and every person we encountered was gracious, kind, and genuinely attentive. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our stay so memorable and for looking after our daughter and our needs with such care and sincerity.

Very clean, modern and well maintained. Nice breakfast over all atmosphere.

I lost one of our two room keys, and the handling of the situation was disappointing. It took nearly 10 minutes just to explain what had happened, and the staff showed no proactivity – I had to suggest myself that the lost card should be blocked so nobody else could access our room. To make matters worse, despite paying over 200 euros per night, I was still charged 5 euros for the last cheap card. The whole interaction made me feel more like an idiot for losing the card than a valued customer. For a hotel in this price range, I would have expected a far more professional and customer-oriented approach.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. You are right in the heart of the city. Despite this, there is an extremely good sound insulation, the rooms do not make any noise. Right in the middle of Knez Mihailova 2 minutes, 8 minutes from Kalemeidan, 13 minutes from Tasmeidan walking distance. Countless restaurants open until 01:00 at night Only 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel. In 3-5 minutes walking distance there are many kiosks where you can meet your simple needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely polite, caring, helpful. We stayed in the room with balcony. The room is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the balcony is extremely adequate. All equipment is very nice, new and modern. Wifi is excellent. The airport takes only 18 minutes by taxi. They give their guests a free entrance ticket to the National Museum, which is right across the hotel, a very nice gesture. When I come to this city again, I would like to stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

In 1991, I passed through Belgrade, where I had to change trains on the way from Athens to Munich. I had 3-4 hours to visit the National Museum and the fortress, but so much has changed since then. I wanted to return for a proper visit. This hotel is next to a completely revamped National Museum, which also contains fine art. The booking includes a free ticket to this institution. The location of the hotel could not be better. All major sights are in walking distance, and - quite incredible - all buses are free in Belgrade! The major shopping promenade and restaurants are just less than five minutes away. I had booked a single room, but discovered a few days before arrival that, by then, I would have paid much more than for a double room (without museum view). Since I had already taken advantage of Booking's great offer of a free taxi from the airport, I did not want to rebook but asked for an upgrade, which was granted. This double room was spacious, very well furnished, super-clean, and soundproof. I did not hear a whisper. Breakfast, though always the same, was great, with excellent salads, cold and warm food. Really liked it. You can also come to the hotel for a free afternoon snack, essentially canapes and fruits. Reception was very friendly and efficient. Honestly, I have only praise for the place.

Air condition cannot be regulated in the room, which for me is normally a pet hate. It was set at 24 degrees Celsius, but it is possible to call reception and asked for an adjustment just for your room. -- Avoid asking the hotel for a taxi, it would have been the double price of what Booking.com paid the driver. Also, if you stop a taxi on the street, only go for those with pink or green (Naxi) signs; others are not regular. From the hotel to the bus terminal, the price should be 800-900 RSD, never more than 1,000. Some of the irregular taxis wanted 2-3,000 RSD.

Wonderful central location - practically on the main square, but on a quiet pedestrian street. Almost all sights are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafes around. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, spacious room with everything you need. Coffee machine and daily complement with coffee, tea and mineral water. Air conditioning with individual settings. Good varied breakfast. Fast internet. Equally convenient for business and excursion trips. Compliment from the hotel - a voucher for visiting the National Museum. If you have a lot of luggage, keep in mind - the hotel is on a pedestrian street, so the taxi brings you and picks you up 100 meters from it.

This place is great. The staff is amazing-very friendly & helpful. The rooms are great; the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It is also extremely centrally located. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was a gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Belgrade. I will point out again they do not allow you to bring in food or drink from outside. If this is an issue, stay elsewhere. I appreciate a management company that understands I do not want to see people in their quaint lobby eating from takeaway bags. Do not let this location on a pedestrian street deter you from booking here. The parking garage (Garage Obilićev venac) is a 3 minute walk - with our bags! Or you can have a taxi drop you on the other side of the National Museum. That is less than a 30 second walk! It is 200 ft ( I just looked it up on Google Earth). Just tell your taxi to take you to the Courtyard by Marriott (intersection of Vase Carapica & Dositejeva). Boutique Hotel Museum was less expensive and much more quaint than the Courtyard by Marriott! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Overall: Brand new hotel with a modern minimalist style, very kind staff, super clean, great value for money. Highly recommend, would definitely choose it again next time. Location: Excellent location on a pedestrian street in the historical part of Belgrade, 20–30 min walk to all major sights in every direction. Room: We stayed in the Suite on the 2nd floor (out of 5). Very spacious room with two toilets (one combined with a shower). Very clean and cozy. Breakfast: Don’t expect lots of options, but it was more than enough for a good breakfast. Bonus: Terrace, gym, sauna, and free tickets to the National Museum. Thank you!

The breakfast was good, the location was ideal (but see the comment below). I especially liked the freshly decorated room, with its comfortable arm chair and attention to several other features travelers may prefer.

The only drawback was in initially finding the hotel. It's almost hidden behind a cafe and a construction zone on the side of the National Museum. We had hauled our luggage up the outside stairs and into the elevator in the next-door building (on the advice of a passer-by) before realizing our mistake. This was difficult and concerning after a long trip to reach Belgrade. The hotel's reservation confirmation should include very clear instructions on finding the hotel entrance, with a detailed map showing the neighboring buildings.

Very professional staff, well-behaved and polite. The transfer service was impeccable, the drivers educated and funny. The breakfast buffet was rich and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel's position next to the Republic Square and near some of the most iconic features of the town was really helpful. In a nutshell, I would reccoment serious travellers to book here.

The hotel could have not confirmed the booking of a large group of co-called young interpreneurs, basically it was a large and roudy, noisy, and arrogant group of people from rotaract, that behaved as if they owned the facilty and would come in at random hours of the night, drunk and misbehaving. The hotel should have just kicked them out and spare them the problems with other serious business travellers.

I had a beautiful patio and very spacious room.

I didn't have an iron or ironing board. Instead, someone has to come and pick up my close to press, which I hate not being able to iron what I need as a I need it. Construction all around and one of the projects ended up cutting off the hotel's water one morning. I was racing for a tour and almost couldn't shower. Luckily, the water did come back on. They need two coffee machines for their breakfast service. I couldn't get a coffee with the amount of people lined up at breakfast.
