Firstly, the location. It puts you at the heart of Belgrade. Despite being next to Republic Square,when sleeping, you dont hear any noise it was lovely. The room is very nicely sized, my luggage and belonging fitted well and it can easily fit 2 people in. The vanity and the lighting were also great, and the shower was well sized. The rooms were cleaned really well daily, and items like tea and water were replenished without ask. I have to say special thanks to the receptionists. From greeting to check out they were lovely. Not only did they help me out to get around, but they also provided information on things to do and see in Belgrade. Including Rakija suggestions. Overall, if I come back to Belgrade again, I will surely stay here.

We had the pleasure of being upgraded to GRACE room and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with every request being promptly handled. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better – situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It truly made my stay hassle-free. Plus, our room had a balcony overlooking National Theatre and main city square. As for cleanliness, the hotel was spotless. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the common areas were pristine. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional experience with outstanding staff, service, location, and cleanliness. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

The location is fantastic for a central stay. Just about a minute from the National Museum and Republic Square. The room is very swank feeling for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful with reserving Taxis, giving advice, etc...

The A/C is not going to knock your socks off, but it does a decent job. The restaurants below are not terribly noisy, but there is a live music acoustic guitar performer that will definitely provide you with entertainment... whether you want it or not! so, if you are an early to bed type, just be aware he performs until about midnight.

Clean, modern, cosy and the location was perfect. The reception staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to greet us when we came back to the room. The mini bar was surprisingly affordable, some items were cheaper than you would find in the supermarket. One suggestion, provide a little carton of milk for people that enjoy a tea 😁

Nothing to do with the hotel but the lift to get to the floor the rooms are located seems dangerous. Gives off cold war Russia vibes.

The place is in a great location, right at the center of it all. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Dragana and Marija were the best staff i have dealt with in all my years of travel. They accomodated everything and also gave great pointers on where to go and visit and where to eat. Thank you for being the highlight of the trip.

The AC was a tad bit loud. needs a minor adjustment. The rooms are a bit close to the front desk might be an issue if you sleep in after 9 or 10am.

The location is conveniently close to popular tourist attractions, which made me very happy as everything is just a short walk away. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff, especially Maria and Jovanka at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful to everyone. I had a friend visit, and even though he wasn’t a hotel guest, they provided us with a five-star hospitality experience—truly top-notch. Thank you, Maria and Jovanka! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Serbia.

Dragana was extremely helpful. Our first room was very small but we were upgraded without hesitation. I need to connect a Firestick to the TV for UK TV, again Dragana was helpful beyond expectations

The rooms are clean, a bit small if you choose a standard double but go for the deluxe they are perfect The standard is fine for an overnight stay but anything longer, go for the deluxe double

Everything about my stay was amazing. The location is in the central and close with everything. Just right in front of the building, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staffs are lovely and very helpful.

Nothing really. It’s just the room isn’t soundproof so you can hear people chitchat from outside of your room, but if that doesnt really bother you then everything is perfect.

The location was perfect, you can't get more central than this. There are a lot of places around to eat and only 100m away there is the main street (Kneza Mihaila) where you can find everything. The room is big, was enough for 3 persons easly, and facilites were as described. Bathroom is very big and transparent but easly managed with the drapes. Don't expect to have sound proofing dough :))

Turning the bathroom sink water with pressure will cause water splash all over. This can be a point to improve :)

Actually, Dominic Smart hotels are group company that include other hotels which have other names such as Terazije. Normallu we reserved a room that is inside but we wanted to stay with a balcony room. When we arrived the hotel, the recepcionist helped us about changing our reservation to other group hotel terazije. This offer was perfect for us because we wanted to stay with a balcony room. In briefly, -The hotel, building was perfect. -Clean, quiet and luxury. -The location was perfect!!! ESPECIALLY LOCATION.(If you stay in this hotel, you dont need to rent a car) -There are some drinks in the hotel but with a payment. -We could leave our baggages to the reception because our flight was late.

-The elevator of the building was old, and we didnt know these type elevators so it was felt us unsafe.
