Very central location, quiet and warm room, polite staff, modern design, good breakfast (apart from the coffee)

There is NO parking at the hotel as is advertised, only a public parkhouse nearby. This is ok but it should not be promoted this way, since it is used as a searching parameter. The cleaning lady took my towel (only after having used it once) and didn´t replace it, so I was left with just a small one. What´s the use? Not enough hangers

Absolutely fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, brand new equipment. Breakfast room with a view and good choice of food. Many things are super convenient, some are not yet due to lack of experience. I was leaving early in the morning and asked for a lunch box. That was a delicious one! 2 huge sandwiches, fruits. Will come to stay next time for sure!

Few things to improve, more about usability and convenience really rather than complaints. Organize the bathroom a bit better - plastic used for toiletries is too hard and you have to fight to get the liquid out. The only way to use towels is when the door is completely closed, which is not convenient if you just want to wash your hands quickly. After using the top rain shower the whole room is soaking wet and there's no upper hanging for the shower if you want to save it and use a basic shower instead. Both using TV and tablet is not really convenient as there are many options, but no subscriptions. Tablet keeps logging out from the account and you need someone to log it back and even then there is very little reason to use it or it is not obvious or explained.

Stayed 7 nights as a family with kid. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Superb location, rich breakfast, friendly staff and authentic atmosphere are pros. They even offered us free breakfast on the first day as we arrived very early at 7.00 am just to ask to leave our luggage. Cleanness is also OK. Only con is they gave us a room with the view of the next apartment's back window, but we used the room just to sleep. Our kid is small so I can understand that they gave us that isolated back room without any shared walls to the other rooms. We haven't asked reception to change our room. Maybe if we asked we can get a room looking at the front street. We got positive impressions I would stay here again

Location is pretty much the best, near Knez Mihaila street. Taxis directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is relatively new so the furnishings are nice.

No free water in the room. Tap water tastes awful, filtration is needed. Glasses weren't cleaned thoroughly. Water in minibar wasn't replaced, I ran out. Room was too hot and the cooling couldn't be turned on as the hotel is either in heating or cooling mode. The tablet to control the room is a Samsung Galaxy Android device with an app to control the room. It is a security and privacy nightmare waiting to happen. I felt uneasy as all devices are signed into one Google account, syncing all photos and the tablets have a camera pointed between bed and bathroom. The hotel needs a dedicated device with proper remote management and no camera/microphone. This is an amateur setup.

Room amenities, open restaurant and sky bar, tablet control room facilities, minibar, very quality big tv, room and spa service. Very clean. Smiley young employees. Elevator is working well. Location is awesome if you are coming to Belgrade for walk in the exact center and see Kalemegdan arrounds.

Room was small there is a sofa mentality big coach together with two chairs making the room tight. Coach can be a bit narrow and put one chair to the room would be better ideas. That room is not ok for a family already but it is enough for a lonely traveler.

The hotel is located in a perfect location!!! In the city center, if there is public transportation near the hotel you can get to all parts of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and there is also a sitting area. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable.

The staff is very, very nice. Although we didn't get all the information we needed during our stay, for example the Little Chef restaurant experience which we unfortunately missed, the restaurant's operating hours (because we came on a holiday were different than usual), but overall the staff was very helpful and tried to help.

I really liked the staff, especially in the restaurant and breakfast room. Great and friendly people. They even offered me a free breakfast on arrival, as I'd been up since 3 and traveled in on an early flight. The location is perfect for exploring the city center, and it's also convenient to the airport. Hotel is brand new and the film theme is cool, especially the art from Heat (1995) in the restaurant.

There was a hanging lamp in my room that kept getting bumped when I opened the door to the wardrobe. But that's about it ... it's a great and brand new hotel.

Nice design, clean, comfy and cozy rooms. Room size for three was large enough for a short-stay like ours (4 nights). Breakfast had nice variety. Location very convenient, in the city center. The staff was really nice, kind and helpful.

There are no complaints. Maybe two suggestions could be made: - While light control through the tablet was flawless, some physical switches were a bit off. - A hanger for jackets/coats on the wall next to the room entrance would be really useful. It's a cheaply and easily fixed omission.

The hotel has exceeded all my expectations. Superb location. The hotel itself seems to have undergone a major renovation – all the common areas, the room where I stayed were has a nice/tasteful exterior design. The equipment level of the room and the fit-out quality is exceptional. Comfortable room size. Hotel personnel at the reception and the breakfast were super nice. Diverse and delicious breakfast on the 9th floor with very nice central city views. I will definitely stay in this hotel when next in Belgrade.

Literlly everyting was perfect.

We liked everything. Everybody was helpful, especially Ratsko. Everything looks like new and furnished well. The breakfast is above average, close to Turkish one :) Rooms are very clean. We also like restaurant. Although there is no bidet on the toilet, some kind of shower head was really helpful. Housekeeping is available until 10 PM

I thought Netflix is provided by hotel because of photos but it was not and shower does not close completely so it might leak to bathroom if you don't care but these are not big deals.
