Arranging the transport from and to the airport was a breeze. The check in was quick and efficient. Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Food was good, portions were huge. The bar area was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices.

Couple of servers in the restaurant did their job but looked like we bothered them to be there. Be aware that the cafe/bar area is a smoking area. The rooms are nicely insulated from noise on outside but not from the hallways. You hear everything that is going on in the hallway, every door closing every word people are saying etc.

The property is beautifully modern, offering a clean and comfortable room. The location is ideal for travelers, as it’s easily accessible from the highway, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Plus, there’s an underground parking available, which is a huge plus. The hotel is situated in the new city zone, with wide, spacious streets. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The addition of fresh-pressed orange juice and a smoothie mixer was a fantastic touch that elevated the breakfast experience even further. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Best hotel breakfast: omelette station, honeycomb, juice machine with fruits and veggies, 10+ kinds of pastry, etc. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. We also got an extra sheet for the sofa. Awesome Vanity set, and we actually used the sewing kit from it.

The major issue for us was the lack of privacy in bathroom. Not only it doesn't have a lock, it also has a glass wall with the room. There is a semi-transparent curtain covering the glass wall, but it's on the side of the room, not the bathroom. 🤦‍♂️ Living with a toddler in this room may be uncomfortable. P.S. I highly recommend the Hotel putting a matte film on the glass wall.

Overall, I highly recommend Falkensteiner Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With its friendly staff, convenient location, ample parking, and fantastic breakfast, it truly stands out as a top choice.

Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Vegetarian options plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable, we are used to a firm mattress and the one in the room was good. Excellent powerful shower. We could open the window a good amount, a pleasure to be able to have fresh air.

Evening meal choices in restaurant very poor. There was an Asian special while we were there and no alternative. We ate there once and while the food was good we were the only people there. Limited options in the bar too. Bar staff didn't have a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine! TV in bedroom would be better with Internet for non Serbian speaking guests.

Superb modern hotel. Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great location in New Belgrade. Friendly staff.

Somehow slow service at the check-out. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the receptionist, but the queue built up and we waited almost 20 minutes to make a check out, what I believe is too long. Window in our room was not possible to open. I have noticed that some rooms have windows that could be open, but our was not like that. That is just my preference, but I wish we knew that before. If it is importat to you, ask for such room in advance.

The room was really lovely, having a bath was excellent, the little touches like shaving and toothbrush packs were lovely. I forgot to order a special pillow but that is a really lovely touch. The spa was great, I had a really excellent massage there and very convenient that it can be charged to the room The money exchange machine in the lobby was also really handy Bus stop exactly outside makes travel to and from the city very easy

The fact that you can smoke inside is really horrible and ruins the bar area in my opinion - I did not stay to use it I just took my drink upstairs.

Absolutely wonderful stay and exceptional staff! I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely gesture, and were flexible with both check-in and check-out times. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

Room was clean, check in was very pleasant. Nice hotel. Will come back again.

Please pay attention to the cleaning staff in the morning as they start at 7am and they are so loud that it is impossible to have a good rest in the morning. Loud in terms of leaving the door of the room to close by it self so you get this BOOM sound.. etc. Please give feedback to them. It should be an imperative to have all the conditions to have a good rest in the morning. Thank you.
