The hotel was bulit excel and it so does. Wear shows here and there, but it was built in 1990 and going very well. Staff is fenomenal, everyone. Had no time to check the spa, which was in price. And the price was surprisingly great! The hotel is for every recommendation. We will definitely return.

Rooms are without possibility to open window or shaft to let fresh air in. All air goes through the vent system. The system is good, but I do not like to have AC on overnight. Again, it was acceptable in the room, even with AC off. It was very crowded due to a big concert in town, so breakfast was one day under expectation, but the second day was really great. Tee House allows smoking, there is no smoking area, but is not separated physically. Air is exchanged well, so no smoke around you, but smell is there. There is a bar that sells cigars also and normally allows smoking, so Tee house should be no smoking facility where guests that are not smoking can enjoy fully.

This is clear 5 Star hotel which is meticilous in their cleaning practices and go a long way for their clients. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel was excellent both in terms of service, combination of flavors and quality of the produce. It is reasonably well located, opposite a mall and 20-30 min walking to the very center of Belgrade. Staff was excellent. If you book here and expect worldclass service level with very comfy bed, well sized rooms and bath rooms. Welcome- you have found it.

For me as "Western" European they only negative surprise was breakfast choice when it comes to cheeses was relatively limited- it was just gouda and a local cheese. The quality of the product that was offered was excellent though. An advice not related to hotel- make sure to book taxis via hotel to get the right ones.

Room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom with all comfort. I did not have the time to visit the SPA. Strategic position foir someone who wants to visit Belgrade. Close to the center but also to Waterfront.

No scrambled eggs. You must ask to preapre them for you. Personally I prefer to have all type of preparations ready to choose. Especially when you have limited time and you do not want to wait. Also not such a big variety of bread.

The best pillows in all the hotels I have stayed in! Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel was clean spotless clean, our rooms were always re-set when we left for outing!!

We booked the hotel to be close to Usce park where the Rammstein concert took place. The hotel is modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is extraordinary. It has the whole variety of products you can think of! The interior of the hotel is very modern and pleasant. There is a parking on additional cost.

The price was 2 times higher than the regular hotel prices due to the concert but I guess this is normal for such days. The parking was 25 euro per day which is not included in the room price. There is additional fee that the hotel is charging when you are paying with card for the currency exchange rates.

The Spa was very good. The Hotel very central for my business and the service efficient

I was unlucky as I arrived on the day of a big convention ongoing in the lobby area with very noisy music until late. I was tired and had a bite in the Tea Room but the noise was excessive. No chance to go anywhere else. It is not acceptable in such a highly rated Hotel not to be able to escape it and being imposed it for the whole evening and night.

Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.

I liked my experience

Very modern luxury hotel. Very good and spacious rooms. Convenient facilities and good food. Helpful staff. Good airco in the rooms. Very good beds.

The ligths in de bathroom could be better - second room i use at this hotel and rather darkish in the bathroom. Price varies a lot from day to day i guess, i paid between 300 and 450 euro. Unclear why as the first time the hotel was much busier than the time i paid over 400 euro.

Everything was exceptional, from the valet service, house keeping, restaurants, reception staff. The hotel design is stunning and the indoor water features create a zen chilled ambiance. Various pieces of artwork, which I assume are designed by local artists are for sale,or can be duplicated for you. I can't fault it.

The fact I could only spend two days there. There is nothing there that is not too like.

Location was great, close to the Usce park (perfect for the people who come to the concert), the breakfast was nice and had a big variety of everything. The room itself was nice, beds are comfortable.

Two points to mention: 1. The breakfast restaurant was too small and people could not find the place to sit. 2. You can not use the SPA area after check out.
