This unique hotel, located within the Chinese Culture Center, offers a memorable stay with its cultural charm and modern comforts. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room to relax. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. An added bonus is the free parking garage, which makes staying here even more convenient.

Breakfast left something to be desired. While there’s a solid variety of Chinese dishes, which is great if that’s your preference, the lack of sweet options was disappointing. There was a nice selection of fruit, but no chocolate (not even Nutella), pancakes... The only jam available was orange. If you have a sweet tooth in the morning like I do, this might be a letdown.

Hotel has a Chinese restaurant - which is a nice change to standard meals that I usually eat in hotels. Waiter was very helpful, and he readily explained every dish we asked for, he suggested we order one soup, because they bring it in a large bowl and it's enough for 3 people, etc.

Except for the waiter who was very good, rest of the staff at the restaurant was very disorganized. We asked for soup, and two main dishes. One main dish arrived first, then soup, then the second main dish. But food was good, so that helped improve the overall experience.

Located in Novi Beograd near Falkensteiner hotel close to highway, perfect for my needs. Rooms (or, to use better word, apartments) are spacious, mine was probably 60 - 70 m2. Very clean. Free parking spot in garage level -2. Comfy bed, large bathroom. Check out was smooth.

Lady at reception desk was sick and I was waiting for her to appear at the desk for almost 10 minutes to check in. She has apologized and she looked really terrible so I could understand the situation. Big deal was water pressure and temperature in the shower. Pressure was really weak which I hate and water was going from boiling hot to cold every 5-6 seconds so I needed to be really careful while showering.

Customer service was amazing especially from Martina and the other lady with the dark hair on the morning shift. The both of them went above and beyond to make my stay perfect

Hallways smelt like smoke but it wasn’t terrible it was very mild. I just found it weird especially as they make you sign something to say you will not smoke in the rooms but people are still doing it

Awesome location near river, quiet and comfy rooms. Pretty nice breakfast however I would like to see some variety in positions to eat. Very nice and helpful staff. During check out I was given awesome gift.

Air conditioning in room was not good enough. Couldn't set up desire temperature at all. Poor airing in bathroom.

Stayed overnight at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, it was really great! EXCELLENT service at the front desk, we got free water in the room, free parking space in the garage, got upgraded (also for free) to a VERY nice and incredibly spacious room, and we received a nice little gift on departure. We have not tried the breakfast, but all other hotel features were amazing value for the money paid.

We’ve had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Rooms are big and very clean. High quality mattress - one of the best night’ sleep we’ve had in a pretty long time! Breakfast is excellent and has a large choice (from Asian to Continental) - very tasty! The chef is top. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. Thank you for your service, team LDS!

- I liked my stay, for other guest I recommend this hotel for business traveling, maybe not ideal for holiday tourist - breakfast is good, but tends to Asian style food offering (a plus for guest from Asia) - the shower operation is unusual (it works fine if you know how but caused major confusion to me) - some room have Windows but no outdoors visibility due to the architecture of the building!

Stayed here for 1 night. Staff was nice, check in was smooth. Comfortable mattress, clean room and bathroom. I forgot a shirt in the closet and the staff was kind enough to quickly notify me so I could pick it up.

Small selection of food at breakfast. No utensils, plates, or sugar on the table so you have to grab everything yourself. The back entrance is only accessible by stairs which was inconvenient as I had a heavy suitcase. Luckily it was only a couple of stairs.

Central location in Novi Beograd district, modern design, spacious rooms, great underground safe parking, staff are very polite and helpful, very recommended if you are visiting Belgrade.

The breakfast has very limited Western choices, mostly Chinese food, the buffet is not being refilled when it gets empty, the bathroom shower is leaking after showering and the water floods on the floor.
