This small boutique hotel is a hidden gem close to the city center. We preferred to stay at this hotel rather than the main city center because this hotel did provide junior suites where the bedroom and living area were separated, which is very convenient when travelling with a small child. The breakfast was excellent and we were very happy to have the paid parking option as well, since parking on the street seemed to be a challenge in this area.

The attitude and the quality of service of the personnel, both at reception and at breakfast was excellent.

Parking in the garage is a challenge! The space is very tight and not designed for modern, larger-sized cars. The access and manoeuvring are next to impossible; one certainly needs assistance from the personnel, which is available during the day only. We arrived late at night, and there were already some cars parked randomly in places they deemed suitable. So it took me quite a while and a couple of small scratches on the car to park. Exiting on the next day was not an issue, as luckily we were leaving late and most of the cars were already gone. All of the above is an issue simply because the parking costs EUR 20/day, so the conditions should be better for a paid service, which I otherwise don't mind.

Small and compact hotel which seems to be first opened not too long ago, I wasn't able to see the hotel at the google maps street view but the hotel actually exists where it shows on map. Friendly staff and nice compact not too fancy but still decent breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice minibar with reasonable prices and selection.

Downside is parking, which is not possible on the streets and parking at the hotel is not free. Also the hotel is a bit far away from the main pedestrian area at the city centre, could probably walk there but the hotel clearly is a bit further away from the river, castle and other attractions.

The manager was very positive and made everything to let us enjoy their hotel. If she was not there, my rate for the hotel was going to be 1. The breakfast was good (although the room was tiny). They have a closed parking (although it can be challenging to park).

When we arrived at 1 am, the person in the night shift was absolutely unprofessional. He made us wait more than an hour as he had some computer technical issues. He was saying “I cannot let you in the room without paying”. Ok, although the credit card was confirmed by booking.,com, I gave him my credit card ,but he couldn’t take it. Because of his technical problem, he made us (including 2 children) wait at the reception for one hour at 2 am until the morning . Not professional at all. I think the hotel was not constructed as hotel in the beginning. The breakfast room is in the basement floor and very tiny (although the breakfast was good). The parking is a bit tight. The breakfast needs different sorts of coffee.

The most important for me was secure carpark and a decent one-night-stay bed to get some rest. Both were more than fine! The receptionist was a fantastic, polite and really helpful person! Despite I arrived at around 22:30 on a Saturday night, he was there to welcome me, give me instructions how to park the car in the underground car park and do the check-in in almost no time. I will definitely come back!

Breakfast was not bad, I didn't leave the hotel hungry but I thing the variety could have been a bit better for a 4 star hotel but - I repeat - I didn't leave the hotel hungry...

Walking distance to St.Sava Church and some other venues including markets. Good family suite suitable for families with children. Breakfast variety is good but lack of supply such as black tea not exist for 4 days. Good to have private balcony.

Our room was conveniently located, large, has a balcony, where it will be nice to spend time in the warm season, incredible bathroom, we would especially like to mention the warm floor. As for cleanliness, yes, every day there were new clean towels, room cleaning. However, we can also recommend cleaning the surface of the washbowl. Generally we are very satisfied with the service and especially with the friendly attitude of the staff when we were checked in much earlier prior to the check in time. Lovely, very tasty breakfast with plenty of variety.

Most of all - breakfast, charming, marvellous, splendid :) Also, the staff, attentive and helpful, the room spacios and clean, and location, quiet street, picturesque (as per my opinion) view from the window.

The only problem left unresolved - there were no slippers in the room, but that was a temporary problem, we managed to hit that very day when they were out of them.

Cleaning is poor - cleaning lady will do only absolute minimum (like throwing garbage) unless you specifically ask otherwise, it should not be arranged in this way. Small breakfast area and slow staff there - again you (a guest) should ask for very basic things like napkins, hot water, etc. if you want to get it

Above average size rooms, clean and well located.

There was no hot water when I arrived and despite being told this would be sorted by the morning, it was not. Management blamed it on local district heating issues. If they were aware of it, I should have been told at check-in. Despite being a fine hotel, not having hot water is not acceptable.
