Staying at OneLuxury Suites was an absolute delight. The central location makes it the perfect base to explore the city — everything is within walking distance. What truly sets this place apart is the kindness and warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine care and attention to detail that made us feel right at home. Each suite is a gem of design — elegant, thoughtfully curated, and impeccably clean. It's not just a place to sleep; it's a full aesthetic experience that elevates your stay. Even with our late-night flight, there were no issues with check-in. They were incredibly accommodating, which made all the difference after a long journey. Highly recommended for those who appreciate beauty, comfort, and exceptional service.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main streets. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The staff helped us with everything we needed and never stopped sharing their smiles and positive energy. They also offer parking nearby for 10 euros per day. You need to leave your keys, but since it is a covered and secure garage this was not a problem at all. Having this option so close to the hotel was a big convenience.

Plenty of dinnerware, knifes, bottle opener, coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules, terrace, and Netflix, I was able to check in way passed the check in time which is great when your plane arrives late. Staff was very friendly and professional and helped with reservations, taxi, restaurant recommendations - 5 stars!!

Pillows were not comfortable enough, having a microwave would be nice, room temperature was a bit too high and required adjustment, lift was present but very small for a luggage to fit it. Also the bed was adjacent to next room bathroom and when they were taking shower it was very loud.

Very modern interior with exepctional bathroom/sauna room. Extremly nice receptionists who helped us with information, reservation of taxi and restaurants.

The parquet floor is quite worn and squeaks. I understand that it is an older city building and that parquet is appreciated, but it is annoying because it makes noise when you walk.

It was just amazing! big room, very big bathroom and a we had balcony with a table, 4 chairs and a swing chair too. Allthough there was only 1 lady at reception each time, we met a few of them. Millica was very helpful on checking us in and showing us on map, main places of Belgrade town centre. Isidora, Mina, Manija and Leena were all very friendly, spoke great English. Best part was Location, right in the middle of Walking cobbled streets of old town. I wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights! We would highly recommend One Luxury Suites, Belgrade, 100%, without hesitation!

Location was perfect and the room was clean, trendy and adequately equipped. The ladies at the reception were amazing. We were impressed with every single one of them that we had met. They were extremely professional, warm, kind and service oriented; obviously highly trained. Being the face of this establishment, I think they did a splendid job representing the business and Serbia. Kudos!

There was only one lift and it was tiny. Though I understand that the iron and microwave can be sent to us upon informing reception, it would still be nicer if our room is already equipped with them.

I can honestly say that our stay at hotel was over my expectation. Location was perfect, you can easily go lot of good places on foot and even if you are not, it’s still close to everywhere. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and felt like home. But i think the most important and precious thing is stuff’s concern about our comfort and pleasure. I have to thank them all for their interest. They always there for us to help and everything, they are also super kind and lovely. They recommend us good places and we had so much fun. I hope to see them again.

What a fantastic little place. You wouldn't know from the outside the beautiful rooms that is has. We we're shown to our room by Bojan when we arrived late in the evening and made ourselves at home. A huge pullout sofa bed, smart tv and kitchenette in the living room with a jacuzzi bath in the far corner. Perfect little shower and toilet in the bathroom and a big comfy bed in the bedroom with lots of cupboards for storage. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially when I'd lost my phone! The hotel is located close to a gift shop and several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. I will return here if I ever visit belgrade again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Originally booked to arrive as a family, but last minute our plans changed to just the two of us staying and staff accommodated it without a problem. The apartment was great, the jacuzzi was the perfect touch, and the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay! It felt amazing to take a little time for ourselves and remember what it was like when it was just the two of us and dating. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and ready to return—hopefully with the little one next time since they kindly provide a baby cradle for the room as well!
