Perfect location around 20 minutes walk from the old town, but there are a few bars and places for food locally. We had room 106 to the rear of the property so it was quiet. It was a large room with a balcony and lots of storage space for unpacking and to store the cases out of the way. The staff were all very friendly. We used the airport transfer service to and from the airport. Both drivers were on time, friendly and gave us information about the area and recommendations. There are cupboards in the hallway with extra towels, toilet rolls, hairdryer and iron if needed. Bar53 just opposite is good for a few drinks and is a local bar with good staff. We went on a few nights and felt like one of the locals. The Lebanese a few doors from up is very good for a quick lunch.

We did liked the accomodation! Especially the guy at the reception, true star of the hotel!!

There was no daily housekeeping and the room was very warm most of the time. We didn’t like the bathroom at all, many times we had cold water and were unable to take a proper shower.

Centrally based, just step aways from the main attractions. Excellent communication with the employees. We have had some small requests, and they gave all the best to support us. Possibility to rent parking space in the private garage, is huge plus, bearing in mind this challenge downtown Belgrade. For sure we will stay again in this accommodation.

It would be good to have small fridges in the rooms, as property is not offering breakfast. They have common kitchen, yet, it would be more convenient to have small fridge in the room.

The location is pretty good, the staff were helpful and incredibly nice. The beds were very comfortable. I can't really think of any amenities we were missing, everything needed for a short stay was provided. Parking was included for an extra fee.

The parking wasn't free but paid parking is pretty standard for Belgrade so i wouldn't call it a real flaw.

Amazing staff! The friendly and helpful reception went above and beyond to suit our needs and wants. Will definitely be coming back. Can only recommend! Cudos to the friendly man at the reception (dont have the name on me right now), definitely deserves a raise! ;)

The location is excellent, having everything you need around, grocery, restaurants, some of the attractions are really close and can be riched by foot. Also we walked with the baby to city center and took under 15 mins. The bad is comfortable and large enough. There is a small shared kitchen you can use if you need.

Since it is located on a busy boulevard, it's not a quiet location, especially due to the tram. But it is not such a problem we and our baby slept without any problems.

Good location about 1 km from the city old town. It is located in the middle between Saint Savas church and the Old town. The area was safe but not so clean. There is a coffee shop at the next building and a lot of others nearby. Also, two supermarkets , Mac Donald's and small food stores. Very helpful staff and a safe parking area in a garage nearby.

The noise of the tram and the fact that the room was too hot and the central heating system didn't permit to control the temperature of the room.

Good value for money. Clean, reasonably comfortable, up to date, has basic amenities.

Bed sheets were too small and would come off at night. If paying by card (maybe also by cash) be aware of a shady extra 3 % conversion fee to local currency. The prices are in euros which is not the local currency. Still very good value for money but annoying to deal with on business trip.

Location relatively close to the centre, if you don't mind a 20 minute walk otherwise I'd suggest somewhere closer. But for me, the staff were friendly and very helpful with booking a return taxi. Room was a great size and incredibly comfortable for the price paid; you shouldn't expect Ritz luxury but for a 3 night stay this was perfect.

we were staying at the similar apartments, but at the different address. The apartment had all necessities and tue kitchen was well equipped. The host was very helpful.

No information beforehand about difficulties with a booked room. So I found the problem reaching the host 2 days before arrival. They found another location for us. Everything was solved, but keep contact with the host before arrival so you had time to manage unexpected things.
