The hotel is located in the central area of ​​Belgrade, very close to most points of tourist interest. I basically parked the car and did the sightseeing on foot. You have access to the pool and spa. The receptionists are very kind and give you useful tips to discover Belgrade. I recommend a place where you can eat traditional Serbian food, Cevaplija and the Pekara Aca patisserie. Try the Gebanica cheese pie.

This hotel is a gem incredible staff super comfortable beds and ultra clean facility. Just a great experience all around. Having the spa downstairs it's a cherry on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Two areas for improvement 1. Every room needs a full body mirror it is not luxury it's a must. I trust & hope the hotel will make that change. 2. Unfortunately the clean towels that are provided in the shower always smelled like cigarettes. It may be that someone is smoking around the clean laundry room before it arrives in the rooms. It is very noticeable when you come out of a clean shower and Reach for these towels. Please insure this is something that you pay attention to and fix.

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and remote worked in the economy room. Moving the coffee maker and phone to another table, I had enough room for a full ergonomic setup - laptop on stand, portable second screen on stand, external keyboard and mouse. AC was great, place clean, and there was a lot of natural light in the room. I have a lot of problems with work setups normally and the chair and desk worked fine for me. There’s also a room off from reception with a big table where I think people can work. I often have problems with mattresses and beds, especially if soft - didn’t have any here. Decent sized TV on which you can log into your Netflix and YouTube, as well as lots of local channels. The gym and spa downstairs is a proper one used by the public, though it’s no longer free for guests (you can get day passes, or a longer pass). The gym has everything you need and lots of natural light, the spa multiple saunas, a steam room, and small pool. They also have regular classes (yoga, pilates, fitness) which were good. There’s an olympic-size swimming pool which I didn’t try. The staff were kind and helpful, and helped arrange room cleaning when needed (as I was often working when the rooms were usually cleaned). No problems with noise or anything like that. Right next to a big park for walks, and centre of town is 10mins walk away. Worked great for me!

True value for money for the mobile traveller who doesn't mind to move around and find places by themselves. A bit out of the center located you can easily walk within 15-20 minutes to the inner center of the city or walk to a baker to buy your breakfast and take your coffee to go. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped with most important things: well build walk in shower and good bed.

Windows on one side of the corridor are non transparent which I understand with a view on the inner roof but that gives a boxed impression. Leaving the see through curtains closed helps but this is the only thing that could use improvement.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was small but practical, the bed was comfy. Great position for sightseeing: a lot is reachable within a 20 minutes walk, the rest with highly reliable and FREE public transport. Good value for money!

The bathroom is tiny, which is OK, however a shelf or something to put toiletries would be handy. Swimming pool is charged extra, which is clear from the description, however some reviews claim one hour is free of charge, so this must have changed.

We recently stayed at City Joy Hotel and had a wonderful experience, primarily due to the exceptional staff. The team was incredibly polite and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is a major plus. It is conveniently close to swimming pools, the city center, and public transportation, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well, maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout our stay. We highly recommend City Joy Hotel for anyone visiting the area and will surely visit it again next time we are in Belgrade :)

Sanja and Stefan at the front are outstanding and wonderful! They help immediately with all questions or inquiries. Hotel's location is amazing, close to the city centre and a lot of attractions. Our room was comfortable and large, the city view was great - we loved everything and felt at home. Hygiene 10+, comfort 10+, service 10+, everything else excellent!

There were no free spaces in hotel's parking. It didn't bother us at all since it's easy to find parking in the surrounding area.

The gym and the sauna are exceptional! Usually gyms at hotels are super basic, rather small, and very crowded. However, in this case it was a completely different experience because there was a real gym where locals go to work out regularly, and the hotel just happens to be in the same building. This was a very clever decision! The staff was very kind and helpful. Every single person I talked with at the reception was super nice. I needed a kettle to make tea and they got me one, and they helped me out with various questions I had during my stay. Much appreciated!

The hotel itself is awesome and very nice and pleasant. The only thing is that the hotel can put bigger visible signs outside so that travelers can spot it.

Everybody from the hotel team were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. Thank you to all the team from the hotel. For the location, it's very easy to coordinate with the busses and trams from the hotel position. Also, big Bravo to the city of Belgarade for the punctual time schedule of all traveling means in the traffic. Despite the hot weather, the busses and trams arrived on time with AC on. The city is taking care of the proper light and annotations of the nightlife. I was sincerely very positively surprised. This is the way to go for one big metropolis. Thank you!
