From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the convenient parking available, which made my stay so much easier in such a busy area. The room was bright, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the breakfast. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to hearty hot dishes, making it a perfect start to my day. The food was always fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and inviting. What really stood out was the staff. Every single employee I encountered was friendly, warm, and more than willing to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the city. Great location, superb amenities, and exceptional service – I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—very convenient and easily accessible. The staff is incredibly dedicated and welcoming, making sure every guest feels special. The restaurant offers a great breakfast and simple yet delicious selection of meals for lunch/dinner , and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. The hotel provides valet parking, with professional staff who take care of parking and retrieving your car, making the experience even more convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service—every employee treats you like a VIP. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Everything was fantastic!

A centrally place hotel in the city centre where the staff made a massive difference to the overall experience. They made arrival and check in a pleasant and smooth experience to start with. Vallet parking in underground garage worked very well – and service with 5 minutes when I needed the car. We’d in room dinning twice in 6 days because it was so good and well prices. The location made walking the city a pleasure.

Had a bit of a challenge with room temperature however a fix was promised. Price for parking a bit steep.

The room was excellent. Everything was as new and worked flawlessly. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets did not smell of washing soap (very important for me!). Markus, at reception, is not only respectful and uncommonly helpful, but he also has an in-depth knowledge of the city and the best routes to take, whether walking (Belgrade was made for walking) or taking a taxi. I was going to order dinner one night as I wasn’t feeling so good, but he suggested I try the restaurant. Oh boy! The gnocchi with mushrooms was out of the world - and the panna cotta. I highly recommend eating at least one night in the hotel !

The heating system took a day to understand, but in the end, it works beautifully. Just the first morning was a bit cold. The breakfast is more geared to the local tastes (which makes it an adventure - that’s seriously not a bad thing), but the resto was six floors down, so I couldn’t just grab a cup of coffee and take it to my room. This is nit-picking, because there really isn’t anything to complain about.

Location - in the city center, at the same time the commute was quick from the airport and back there (transfer was also kindly organized by the hotel in both directions). Rooms and beds are super comfy. Shower and water pressure - 10/10. We stayed for 1 day only during a long connection between flights, but surely the place would be a great find for those staying longer, too. Breakfast was amazing, staff - excellent, attentive, responsive and kind, this is the BEST hotel we ever had in Belgrade (and we’ve been to many). We wish we spent more time. Definitely returning!

Garage is too expensive almoast 40 % of the price. Rooms are a bit to small

Stayed with my spouse for one night, completing our road trip through Serbia. Nice staff, comfortable rooms (thanks to booking for upgrading the room ;). The soundproofing of the rooms is at a good level. A large group of tourists checked in, but they were so quickly moved to their rooms that if we hadn't seen the moment of their check-in, we wouldn't have even known about their existence). Parking is expensive (25 euros per day), but it is worth it, considering that there is nowhere to park your car. Breakfasts are above average, nothing wow.

No problems were encountered during our accommodation.

Nice modern hotel, good location, helpful staff. The room was very spacious, with many places to put your belongings. Despite the hotel being in the center (100 m from the protesters), it was quiet in the room. A few groceries are just 5 5-minute walk from the hotel.

There was a place for a fridge in the room, it'd be great to have one there, considering the warm weather. Some of the bed linen was torn. It'd be great to have more variety at breakfast.

Location was great, in the Stari Grad, within walking distance to the main attractions. Private secure parking with valet service, which is a big plus. Nice room on the top floor with terrace and a great view to the surroundings. Good quality breakfast and coffee, tea in the room. Staff was being helpful and considerate.

There was smell of smoke in the room on our arrival. Granted, we did not specify non-smoking room, and maybe the law allows for smoking inside(?) but after we kept the windows open for some hours, the smell subsided, so I guess this could have been done prior to our arrival. And the carpet in the room has seen better days, it should be replaced.

Very clean and well-organized hotel in a perfect location. Quiet rooms. LAN sockets available. Great breakfast options. A large restaurant that is a good place for work or a meeting and a good kitchen. Friendly personnel and there's always someone 24/7 ready to help at reception.

Only minor things. Hooks in the bathroom do not hold a bigger tower well enough. Open shower design might allow some water to be on the floor if not used wisely but on the other hand it looks and feels great. In some particular rooms the wireless connection is not at full strength.
