I'd love to give 11 out of 10 if I could. Everything was perfect at the hotel. Located very close to the Republic square but in a quite and calm street. It has a cozy lobby/bar at the entrance where you can chill. Breakfast was fantastic, not hundreds of options but very tasty and in a good quality for sure. Spa was also very small but extremely clean and kinda felt private. Just to make it clear; there's a steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi and massage rooms for extra price of course. The ladies at the reception and bar/dining room, also the housekeeping staff were very friendly and positive. Hotel savoy would be my only choice in Belgrade, thank you for everything.

Hotel is located in downtown Belgrade and has private parking. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel, and is very good for short business stays, or possibly for week or two of tourist stay - because in that case you only need a place to sleep. I have used this hotel many times for 2-3 nights at a time and will use it again in future.

Hotel has small parking area next to the hotel, and you have to ask for parking space when you book your stay. When you arrive, you will have to park in such a way that you block someone, and you have to leave your keys to the clerk at the front desk, so they have to shuffle cars in and out. I never had any problem, but if you keep valuables in your car, or you don't feel safe leaving your car keys at the front desk - consider another hotel. There are several other hotels nearby.

The property is in a perfect location in Belgrade , and literary you dont need car if you are moving within downtown . The hotel itself is excellent , the enterior is very nice , clean and heating is excellent. It is located in a beautiful historical building , impeccably equipped with all neseccary and even luxurious amenities . Spa center is very nice and the breakfast is delicious .The rooms are very cozy , warm , and very important - you are not hearing the noice from the heating which for me is very important. The staff is highly professional ,and very friendly .IMPORTANT FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS: I asked through booking.com about business invoice , when I checked in - the invoice was ready and exactly prepared as I demanded - which is really rare even for the most notable chains . Here I would like to point the service and help from Masha and Ana .

The only thing here is that I didnt have time to stay more - If I had I would stay more for sure .

Pros: -Quite a large and spacious room -Very clean and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel -Rooms are very quiet as all of them have sound insulation -Room was warm and the bed was huge and comfy with very good and supportive pillows -Internet was extremely fast and covered the whole room without exception -Breakfast was excellent, eggs could be ordered a la carte -Location was quiet and quite close to the waterfront where the christmas market is located -The hotel has a BMW Wall Charger for EVs, which is free to use as long as you need it, which is a huge plus given how iffy Belgrade's EV infrastructure is -We had SPA and Massage included in the room fee, which was exceptional value for money

Cons: -One slightly sad thing is that, given where the hotel is located, none of the rooms have any sort of view, but for 1 night that really did not matter to us -Hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby

Rooms were clean . Breakfast quite good . Staff friendly . Location good . Bed good . Shower pressure good

It was 18 degrees outside so this is considered winter despite being march . The hotels policy is to not have the air conditioning on during “winter months” . This results in the room being very hot . The only way of relief is to open the window but there is 24/7 noise due to the location. Cars, delivery vans at 6am, drunks walking past shouting and singling songs . Police sirens . It was impossible to sleep. This would have been solved by simply putting the air con on and letting the customer decide if they want it hot or cold in the room .

Our stay was really nice, the location is perfect just around 10 minutes on foot to Knez Mihailova. Following our feedback, our room was upgraded without any additional cost. The breakfast was delicious with variety of options together with fresh omellette service. The staff especially in the receptions were very helpful with smiling faces.

There is no clear instruction to reach the hotel from airport, you may want to check before arrival. Smoking is allowed in the lobby bar but it is like that in every place in Serbia unfortunately.

Lovely city Hotel, few minutes from the center, nice room and very welcoming and friendly staff.

I selected this hotel because they advertised a spa, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. When we inquired about the spa, the receptionist assured us that it was available for use. However, to our disappointment, the jacuzzi and steam room were not operational, as they were apparently broken. The receptionist was aware of this but chose not to inform us. I was both frustrated and disappointed by this lack of transparency.

The hotel is in good location , about 15min to the downtown. Girls at he reception were nice and helpful , we left our luggage before check in time and went to the city. Room was in good condition, without any deficiencies. We had access to SPA zone, there not many facilities(only 2 saunas and one jacuzzi) but we were lucky that not many people visitied it, so it was a quite nice experience.

Breakfast is not very variable and not a lot of space when its crowded, but overall it was ok.

Great location. Very ergonomic room: if you think that it doesn’t have something you might need then you just didn’t look well, it has not only standard things like kettle, slippers and shoe polish but even such things as scales! Stuff is very friendly and helpful, printed my bus tickets, helped to find correct bus station and even suggested take free bus instead of ordering taxi. My next stay in Belgrade will definitely come back

Everything was amazing. Hotel is modern, room was very clean. Breakfasts were very good, there was something new every day. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area, walking distance from the main central attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed ever. Great deal for the price they offer. Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again when in Belgrade next time.

Single room was a bit tiny. I was ok with that as I did not stay long and did not spend much time in the room. But for longer stays, next time I'd go with a double-room.
